Exceptional and professional In today's corporate climate of continual improvement in both systems and customer service, I get asked at least once a day to write a review or take a quick survey. 95% of the time I decline or ignore and the other 5% is I get stuck or put on the spot and don't want to be rude. This is because most service I get is mediocre or just satisfactory and I'd rather say nothing than give negative feed back. When Daniel asked me to write a review on how he handled the sale of our property, I was happy to take the time and write this review. Daniel ticks all the boxes one could ever ask for in a real estate agent. He was professional, thorough, detailed, well presented and communicated each step of the process with weekly updates. He was honest and upfront about our property, as well as sale price expectations. He made suggestions throughout the campaign and always discussed the pro's and cons of each idea. Some advice we took and others we didn't, but most of all he invested himself fully into getting us the absolute best result for our property and he did.

From the first meeting at our home, George and Christina made us feel relaxed and respected, even answered all our question right from the start, made us feel comfortable and confident in selling our home with them, every step of the process they called us in advance let us know what was happening and even moved things around for us from the advertising team taking the photos, to even open houses to work around our schedules and anytime we called to ask a question they answered. Most of all, she has worked hard to take manage any issues with the property, such as organising tradespeople and dealing with the tenant. She also does thorough inspections.
