Very hopeless service over all and Jimmy as a director doesn't even care to keep his customers informed nor respond to them properly. He always tries to wash away his hands by asking to liaise with external parties when he can be that bridge between vendors and purchasers. Never keeps up his words and doesn't care about what inconvenience others face due to his inability to handle his shop. No management skills. I had a lot of run around to get the keys to my property post settlement and they took almost 5 days to get the keys done for me. He said he doesn't have the keys once, then he changed them to lost keys, later one of his other colleagues said Vendor took the keys along with him to overseas etc etc. All I was given is one set of keys to the back door and one remote to the garage. No keys were given initially to the front security door nor to the main entrance of the house. Over all had very stressful moments and ill feeling about this agency Whereas his colleague Monica is very kind and always ready to help. Understand what customer service is and always keep the customers informed at all times where possible. I wish she was here to handle my case end to end for a smooth closure.
