DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired them to move 4 hours away, one worker was completely rude, didn't introduce himself, belittled and yelled at the other worker, Ali. They were extremely unprofessional and required my partner to tell them to stop arguing as all of our new neighbours could clearly hear them. They damaged all of our furniture showing now care for our possessions, took personal calls and expected to be paid for that extra time. They left items on the list and then tried to charge us $660 extra to fill the truck only to put an extra 15 boxes on when i asked if 60 had been packed (not even close to 60 boxes arrived at the new house). I was told and pressured to sign for payment and then the driver had to leave instantly as he "had a long drive home". I was not given an opportunity to inspect my property and have been informed it wasn't payment i was pressured to sign but for damages. Now the company will not contact me back. Paid them $1810 for the job and found close to $2500 worth of damages to furniture, all photographed to take the matter further. IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS ARRIVING SAFELY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Jdar has been rude and unhelpful in this entire matter however he has the invoice and knows exactly what has gone wrong with this. Fair trading has been contacted due to his unprofessional manner and the damages your staff caused. Update: the company is no longer returning contact or providing contact details for the owner to rectify the matter, cannot reply to their previous reply so thought i would update the original post for people to see the unprofessional nature of this business.

I asked for a quote for an interstate move and storage. 1. It was not made clear on the quote that this was only for the move into storage and that I would receive a second quote one month later (once I was already interstate) for the cost of "a second move" whilst they had my items in storage in another state with no other option but to proceed. 2. As it was a weekend delivery they also expect payment in full before delivering any items. 3. I also received several calls before and during the move that suggest the team wasn't paying attention including follow up sales calls trying to silicate business every day for about a week after I had already booked the service and also after the initial part of the move had been completed. The team on the phone were friendly and the guys in the truck did a great job (although some items were damaged during transit) but I will not be using this service again.

The boys at Hard and Fast were amazing - Haik and Ash are true professionals. They made sure at every step that I knew what was happening, and they took extra care with all of our belongings. Our wooden furniture wash completely shrink wrapped to protect it and our wood + glass antique furnitures were padded as well for extra protection. On top of all that, they managed the job very quickly (especially considering the flight of stairs at either end!) and were very friendly. Extra shout out to Haik and Ash who really care a lot about what they do, making sure everything is protected and safe :) I would definitely recommend Hard and Fast to anyone looking to move

Highly recommend! We shifted a four bedroom (approx 55 cubic metre) house from Sydney to Brisbane. Hard & Fast Removals were ALL excellent to deal with. Anna was great with helping us with a number of questions early on and getting everything locked in. The thing that stood out the most though was the removal teams on BOTH sides of the move. They were so respectful and took great care with our property, our belongings and made sure that we were comfortable with what was going on. I have moved countless times over the years and I would rate Hard & Fast up in the top 3 companies I've used and would absolutely use them again.

Poor, said they didn't have an e-tag so they did an extra hour driving to get from summer hill to Springwood (we left after and arrived an hour+ 10mins before)so an hour extra pay. No response from the office when i called about this, drivers wanted all cash no receipt , stupidly gave to them (we were already exhausted from the move). Took constant smoke breaks and only addressed me(male), and ignored my female partner who was clearly the head tenant. The only good thing was our cupboards weren't destroyed and they showed up, small victories i guess.

I Would like to reach out and personally thank each and every single one of the team / office staff who assisted with our warehouse relocation. Commercial/ Industrial equipment was handled with the upmost of care. Inventory was distributed into allocation zones to perfection. I could not fault a single thing. Forklifts were provided and the palette racks were dismantled and transported carefully. 10/10

It’s the second time that my husband and I have used the service of Hard & Fast. We were already 100% satisfied the first time and we are confirming the same precise, fast and reliable score for our second move. They are very responsive from the staff in the office to the removalist and competitive price, especially for the sharing truck. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic service while dealing with the issues involved in moving my daughter with language difficulties from Sydney to Melbourne as a shared load. Gentlemen who handled pick up from her were on time, polite and helpful and the goods arrived next day and were unloaded with care and cheerfulness. Were very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

This company gave a very competitive quote, and the two removalists were professional and helpful. They wrapped all delicate items in blankets and/or plastic wrap. The truck they sent based on my itemised list wasn't big enough for all our items, but we worked out a rate for a second load which didn't cost too much extra. Great value for money!

This is my second time using Hard and Fast for an interstate move and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The team in the office are friendly and very responsive and the movers themselves are great: friendly, fast moving and very well organised. I have had two great moves with Hard and Fast and wouldn’t hesitate to move with them again!

We have move many times over the years and we have never received the level of service we got today from hard and fast removals. They were so quick and really tried to keep us under the minimum charge of 2 hours. We got it done sooner than expected and we saved a lot of money using these guys 10/10 great job

We moved from Sydney to Brisbane 20 cubic, on the day we had extra items. The wonderful Anna from the office couldn’t fit extra items we have but suggested we do a local move to storage then put us on the next available truck. Made our life so much easier! Had Mick and Nick from Melbourne to Sydney. They arrived on time and very efficiently wrapped and moved all our stuff. Unloading was a similar experience with everything done and put where we wanted. Pricing was very reasonable and you can have piece of mind that your goods will be safe!

Respectful, careful, and quick. The guys were really nice blokes, very careful with our stuff, patient with our disorganisation, and provided an excellent experience during a stressful time. My father in law met them at the other end of an interstate mine and was equally impressed.
