( this is the one in Austin) I want to start off with saying if you go through Harrell in Austin ask for Desirae because she is hands down the best of the best and she is so caring and understanding. I am so so glad she was the one that took care of my son David Jr because if it was not for her I was going to find another funeral home. With that being said my son fought so hard to live but because he had a very hard medical life my son loss his fight due to septic shock and multiple organ failure. We was told the Harrell funeral home was an amazing funeral home so we made an appointment with Andrew Gonzales and when we went to our appointment he was cold and so rude. The first thing he said after saying sry for your loss is it will cost $3000 just for the cremation and he started rambling on about all the prices even though we told him we had no clue what we was doing and to please be patient with us. About 15 mins in Andrew told us he had not seen our son yet and so I showed him photo of my son and Andrew said very rudely ,” if that was my son I would not show him to no body” and then he went on and said WAIT I need for you all and anyone that sees your son to sign a waver so we don’t get sure for any mental anguish that may happen. Then he said that he no longer wanted to be our funeral director. All of this was said within 10 mins and all I could do was cry and we then told Andrew he had no clue what our son had been through and that our son looked so peaceful because our son no longer was suffering. After that meeting we did not see Andrew again but Desirae was the one that did all of our funeral arrangements and I am so glad she stepped in because she did an amazing job on our son and took great care of him and understood what we wanted. If you do choose the Harrell funeral home in Austin please ask for Desirae she is amazing.
Tremendous care and kindness from every person at Harrell Funeral Home. Jerry walked us through this surreal process with compassion and patience, he was with us the whole way. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do and I could not have done it without Jerry, Paul, Jason, Jerry (there are two Jerry’s), and everyone else at Harrell . The building is lovely, very welcoming and warm. Jerry followed up on every detail, let us take our time while grieving, and was almost like a family member with the care taken of us. They have thought of so many details one does not even fathom to think of when losing a loved one, especially unexpectedly, and you have not pre-planned. These folks are so special, they are answering a calling because not many could do this daily unless they really, truly care. Thank you, Jerry, and everyone at Harrell Funeral home for the ultimate respect given to my Sister. Thank you for taking such care of me and my family, and allowing me to honor my Sister’s life and memory in a beautiful way. I will also say that Tonya, with the After Care Program, took great care of me. Offering this service to the loved ones of the deceased is incredibly helpful. It is like they are holding your hand while guiding you through a painful process. Consider having to call every health insurer, utility, credit card company, life insurance company, investment company, etc, etc and have to repeatedly tell people my loved one died and I need to notify you and understand what I have to do next. I lose it every time I have to say, “My sister passed away.....”. The person you are partnered with in the After Care program helps you make all those calls together. I am beyond grateful for this service offered by Harrell Funeral Home.
Harrell’s funeral home feels like a small hometown family. I have reached out to them in times of counseling, pre-planning for a friend’s mother, and death of a cherished loved one. My Grandma Grace passed away this month. As her Executor, I am feeling both the emotional loss and the impact of closing her life’s business. My first friendly face at Harrell’s, Kathy Shugart, has been stored in my phone for years. Even though we meet in times of stress, she soothes my soul the way a best friend does, a true Southern lady who hugs you with her eyes, squeezes your hand and you just know everything will turn out ok. I have been fortunate this month to meet Andrew Gonzales, our funeral director. Andrew has helped me navigate my grandmother’s pre-paid funeral plans, purchased years and years ago. He has been a rock for me to lean on, a genuine gentleman helping me celebrate my grandmother’s life. With Harrell’s, I received the most surprising gift in the form of a Full-circle Aftercare Estate Specialist, Cherise Alexander. Cheris reached out to me via phone and in just a couple of hours saved me the agony of trying to figure out “what next” in closing out social security, Medicare, health insurance, bank, investment, credit card, vehicle, life insurance, subscriptions and protection services with national entities, including Transunion to prevent fraud. She saved me hours of waiting on “phone hold” with contacts that went right to the source. What an absolute angel, and for this experience in particular I most wholeheartedly would recommend Harrell’s to family, friends and neighbors. Cherise, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Overall a disappointing experience. I researched independently owned funeral homes and Harrell had good reviews, so I decided to go to them. My father passed away 15 years ago and I needed a new urn so I could transport him when I move. I couldn't find an option to book an appointment for just purchasing an urn on their website, so I went in person. Google says Harrell is open 24/7, so I assumed that there would be a funeral director on site to help me. When I showed up the front desk staff were friendly, and told me that they were having an all day meeting but would see if they could find someone to help me. When a funeral director came to help me is when the experience became negative. He was clearly annoyed that he had to help me, and was rude and curt. I was rushed through picking out an urn, I felt pressured to pick one out quickly and wasn't walked though the process at all. If you're going to charge someone almost $400 for an urn, you'd expect more care to be put into the process. I paid and was immediately told to leave. A very disappointing and negative experience. My dad is very important to me, and I expected better care from such a highly reviewed business.
Burying a loved one is always an emotional and a surprisingly expensive procedure. However, we have found that Harrell provides extremely good support, gently coaxing the necessary information out of us when needed, and helping us to deliver a meaningful memorial for our loved one. Their staff are extremely pleasant and personable to deal with. The part that surprised me is that included in the process (and at no additional cost to you) is access to their Full-Circle Aftercare service, run by an expert team that provides support with the endless procedures that follow on a death - contacting authorities, banks, credit cards, etc. After they make many calls on your behalf, you receive an email with a comprehensive list of tasks and procedures with notes as to what they have done and links to information about your next steps. They came up with stuff that hadn't occurred to me, including claiming back over $200 from the Texas list of unclaimed funds. It's like having a hand to hold when you start on a challenging, complicated and exhausting new path you really don't want to tread when you'd far rather be focussing on grieving your loss.
If you ever choose this funeral home for a loved one I recommend you stay clear from me Andrew Gonzales he was so rude and so cold this man has absolutely no compassion. We set an appointment to speak with Andrew to go over my brothers viewing arrangements. We was speaking with Andrew about what plan we should go with anyway we ended up showing his how my brother looked and andrews exact word where if that was my son I wouldn’t allow anyone to see him. I don’t think I’m comfortable with being your funeral director. I’m going to need you to sign a waiver so that we don’t get sued by people for mental anguish. A little back story on my brother he was born with hlhs had a transplant and ended up with multi organ failure he was a fighter and passed peacefully to my family he looked so peaceful and handsome when he passed. Andrew ended up passing us to Desirae she was absolutely amazing she is the reason why I’m giving the 4stars she took such good care of my brother and was all around the most amazing person.
When our family's Veteran patriarch passed, we wanted services befitting his great life. Harrell's fulfilled that vision and more. First, Harrell's quickly arrived at the hospital the night of his passing, smoothly transitioning him from the room to the hearse, appropriately draping our patriarch in the U.S. flag. Harrell's was splendid handling the memorial service, guiding us through all the planning, preparing, and executing with class. Their professionalism permitted all involved to be focused on our patriarch and his memory. Specifically, Doug and Wade teamed well, bridging the extended time from the death to the memorial service with ease and thoroughness. Doug kept in continual contact with the family, making sure we had everything needed. The Harrell facilities are lovely, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and compassionate. They have our heartfelt appreciation for handling our sentimental and solemn time with compassion and class.
My experience with Harrell funeral home was nothing short of amazing considering the circumstances. We first met with Paul when my husband entered hospice care. Later after my husband passed we met with Andrew Gonzales! He was do caring and so considerate . Later we had the pleasure of speaking with Kathy Mills with After care. They had been trying to reach me. Today when Kathy called, I just happen to be in tears after a very frustrating day dealing with my husband's finances. Kathy was so compassionate and after we spoke she left me with so much hope!! Her caring and loving demeanor put me at ease. I know when my time comes I want Harrell funeral home to take care of me. I will return to begin pre planning for myself. Thank you Harrell funeral home and all of your staff, you took great care of us as a family and made sure my husband's service was amazing and well planned
We recently lost my father-in-law after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Jason and the staff at Harrell funeral home made a difficult time so much easier to get through. We wanted to honor dad's wishes to be buried in his home state of West Virginia, and Jason took care of everything. From their kindness, to communicating with the receiving funeral home, to arranging the transport, we did not have to worry ourselves with anything. We were kept informed of every single step, and just knowing that the staff at Harrell was taking care of so many aspects for us took a burden from us in our time of grief. I couldn't recommend any other funeral home as highly as I can Harrell. They treated our family with immense consideration, and we saw this with every single person that worked there. Thank you for helping us while we were grieving. It meant the world to us.
It is obviously sad and unfortunate to lose a family member, especially your mother, but it is bitter sweet to have a funeral home that is so dedicated to making sure your experience is caring and comforting. I will forever be a Harrell Funeral Home advocate. I was treated like family when I was there and it never once felt like a business transaction. There was never even a mention of when I had to take care of the bill itself. I had to ask when I was suppose to pay. They do not want to add that burden on top of your existing grief. To top it all off, Paul Williamson, my funeral director was outstanding. Not only did he make sure mom's services went on without a hitch, I feel I have made a friend for life. When it comes time for you to unfortunately select a place for funeral services, Harrell should be at the top of your list. Thanks Harrell and "Paul"
If i could i would give Harrell funeral home in austin 10 stars! My mom and I had a terrible horrible customer service at the kyle tx location. The people at Harrell funeral home in Austin tx they rock they have lots of patience, respect and explain everything to the T. Jerry and Andrew and one other person forgot his name sorry. They were incredible and outstanding with what we wanted for my grandmother's funeral. And the most part was when they surprised us at the graveside with the longhorn song. My grandmother was a huge longhorn fan. We greatly appreciate that. I would recommend Harrell funeral home in Austin tx to anyone. They are professionals and have outstanding customer service skills and helped my mom out in your time of need. They did not hesitate either they jumped right in and helped her in a big way. Thank you guys and your staff as well.
Harrell Funeral Home took a lot of stress and anxiety from my shoulders in deciding the final arrangements for my Mom's funeral. Andrew Gonzales took care of the largest to the smallest decisions. The funeral was in a country cemetery and he had it ready to go when we arrived. He even helped with the water for the guests. After the funeral he helped with the additional chairs that we brought. From flowers to getting the obituary published in my Mom's newspaper, he handled it all. Kirsten Ferlin with Full-circlecare provided a checklist and has already notified federal and state agencies of my Mom's passing. Kirsten was able to answer all of my questions and made this process more manageable. I will highly recommend Harrell Funeral Home--my Mom had a prepaid funeral for 5 years.
Paul at Harrell’s funeral home in Austin was particularly empathetic and helpful with a constant, gentle smile. The entire Austin based staff was willing and able to assist us in designing, announcing, carrying out my Mother’s funeral service, graveside prayer and internment in a respectful and loving manner. They did all of this in under 36 hours on a weekend. Mom had prepaid and chosen her own casket, headstone, cemetery plot, police escort, generous sum towards the obituary and flowers. All my siblings had to do was find a florist willing to deliver on a Sunday (which Harrell’s website assisted us in doing), design the funeral service, and write the obituary. Paul and the others Harrells did all the rest. My 10 siblings and I highly recommend Harrell’s Funeral Home.
It was a sad and difficult time navigating the funeral details for our mother, Erminia Navarro. Doug Du Bois and all the staff at Harrell Funeral home (Kyle location) were phenomenal! Their personal attention to detail was beyond amazing. I was impressed with Doug's ability to be extremely professional yet, not lose the care, sympathy, and warmth that our family needed at this time. We were guided from the point of pre-planning all the way to aftercare services provided by Harrell Funeral home. There is not a single complaint or negative comment that can be made from our end. All the details and service from start to finish were lovingly met beyond expectations. Thank you so much on behalf of the Rodriguez and Navarro Family. Sincerely, Lydia Navarro -Rodriguez
We lost my dad so suddenly and I had to be the tough one in the family to make the best choices for him. I am amazed at the love and care the staff in kyle has shown. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted for my dad and that everything was perfect. They were there every step to answer questions and make things easy to handle. They gave us so much help and information, and always found answers or solutions if they weren't sure. Joe, Wade, Kylie, Mary, Leo we're all SO VERY AMAZING, and helped make my daddy's final send off a good one since it was very unique. You cannot find a better place for your loved one in these difficult times. I'm so thankful for them and what they do and the professionalism and sincerity they show.
Harrell Funeral Home went above and beyond to make sure my mother-in-law's funeral was handled exactly as her daughters had requested. It was a small grave side service, but it was handled very professionally and with such grace. All of the details of the service were taken care of so that none of the family members had to worry about anything other than to say their proper good-byes to their beloved one. Jason Harrell and all of his staff are courteous, sensitive to your needs and make sure every need or request is met. They treat you like you are their family which means so much during such a difficult time in life. I would highly recommend Harrell Funeral Home to assist you and your family at such a challenging time.
Wade, our director, was wonderful to work with. He helped us through the entire process and kept us up to date on any changes. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and loving during this hard time for us. We needed to have our loved one shipped out of state and view them before the flight. The facilities at Harrell’s in Kyle were comforting and homey. They took very good care of our loved one and prepared us for what we would see. They gave us privacy and were there for us every step. Wade and his staff went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We were grateful to have a wonderful place to assist us even when we couldn’t remember everything. Thank you Wade and Mary for everything.
I don’t know where to start to thank you everyone at Harrell’s for the kindness and professionalism they showed to my sister and I during the most difficult time of our lives. Unfortunately, we lost both parents within 7 months of each other. The dignity and respect they treated our parents was beyond words. Numerous family and friends commented on how beautiful the services were. Harrell’s Funeral is definitely a credit to the profession and I would highly recommend your services. No words can adequately express all the compassion and understanding you showed to us as we were grieving and trying to make decisions. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you. — Deborah and Cinda
We experienced a sudden loss of a family member and were unprepared for it. The team at Harrell Funeral Home were kind, compassionate and very helpful as we processed our loss. Their staff was efficient and the information was very helpful. Our celebration of life service was held at their facility and they did a wonderful job of helping it go smoothly. I would recommend their service. The aftercare service that is a part of their service has been helpful and an unexpected plus. It is helpful in remembering import things that need to be done at a time when your mind may not be as focused as you might normally be. We appreciated their service at a time we needed it most.
It has taken me a year to write this review. Burying my son was the hardest event of my lifetime. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding care that Andrew Gonzalez and the team at Harrell Funeral home gave my Family. This event was tragic, We are still healing. The level of professionalism is unmatched. The sympathy and compassion was extremely heartfelt. I was not in a good place, and was losing my mind. I was forgetting things, and trying to cope. Andrew was helpful every step of the way, which helped tremendously. Death is unavoidable, however it brought my family great comfort having the support of the professionals of this establishment.
Our experience with Harrell’s was absolutely a blessing. From Jason walking us through the details regarding the care of my father’s body, to Morgan, from the aftercare program, talking us through every detail of post-life issues that must be addressed. Morgan even contacted many of the agencies necessary on our behalf. What a blessing! The loss of a loved one is never easy. The many details that must be addressed afterwards can be overwhelming. Harrell’s, and their aftercare partnership, has loved & cared for us so well through this difficult season. I am so grateful for the skill & compassion they combine. Thank you, Jason & Morgan!
Harrell has been and is still a great organization. Their care during the funeral preparation process is exceptional and their aftercare program is outstanding. Paul Williamson was very thoughtful and showed great care. Jerry Harrell also showed kindness by checking in as well. Cherisse from the after care program was thorough and showed great patience and willingness to serve and help the family. I have worked with Harrell as a Pastor and when my Father died. Over the years they have consistently cared for the folks in the South Travis and Hays County area. I am grateful for their service to the community.
Wade, our director and the entire staff was extremely helpful, very understanding, friendly, comforting and caring. My brother (Steve Mireles) was a Veteran and Wade made sure that my brother was laid to rest with Military Honors, That meant so much to us. Unfortunately for my sister and I this is our fourth family member we have lost and I can honestly say that Harrell Funeral in Kyle is the BEST funeral home we have used. The facility is beautiful and clean. Thank you to Wade and the Entire staff for being amazing! I'm Thankful my sister found this facility.
I would like to thank Paul Williamson for his help during this difficult time. He was very helpful with his explanation of all the different items going over them throughly. He answered any questions that I would have and gave us piece of mind that everything would be taken care of perfectly. He did a wonderful job with my mom by making her look the way she looks all the time. The funeral home was amazing and reminded me wilderness and cowboys. The staff is so friendly and helpful with everything even when I had to change my mom’s obituary twice.
Jessica at Harrell Funeral Home was wonderful to work with. I work with another family owned funeral home in Raleigh, NC. We contracted their team to assist us with a family that needed their help with transporting to Raleigh, where he was laid to rest. From my first phone call I knew we were in great hands. Jessica communicated everything clearly and followed up and went above and beyond to assist. I personally thank you for helping and your kindness will always be remembered. Harrell Funeral Home is top notch.
Harrell Funeral homes has handled numerous funerals for our family since the early 1990's. They have always been patient, understanding, respective and accommodating. The services varied for each family member. We have used them for full formal services, cremation memorial services, and offsite (out of funeral home) services. They can assist with life insurance processing and assisted my mother with pre-planning for my grandmother's funeral. Jason and the staff at Harrell's are always a pleasure to work with.
This past October mom lost her beloved husband, and the family lost a great man who meant the world to each of us. During the entire process every member of Doug's team was so kind and available for us. In addition, yesterday they held services for the families that lost loved ones and it was so touching-the songs, video, ornament display, scripture and testimonials provided for a very touching service. Thank you for all that you did for us, it did not go unnoticed. The loving family of James Kohler.
I highly recommend Harrell. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I feel like Andrew went out of his way several times to make the process easier and less stressful. My husband was a veteran and Andrew showed honor to him in so many ways. The lady at the front desk made me feel welcome and always had the paperwork I needed. Even the Aftercare phone call and information was beyond what I expected. I will be making pre-arrangements for myself at Harrell when my life settles down.
Impossible to adequately express our gratitude to these amazing folks. From start to finish and beyond, their kindness and genuine concern to detail and answering questions carried us through the entire process with our loved one. They have been there for us repeatedly through the years, always just as kind and caring. And always with a significant monetary savings over other funeral homes in the area as well. Absolute excellence, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommend.
Extremely professional and empathetic. Patient and understanding with a wide range of services and options. We were very comforted that this service was one item we wouldn't have to worry about. Harrell's even went so far as to research a PAST service that they did NOT even perform to make sure we had the information we needed. They met all our requests, what-ifs and then some. Hopefully we will not need to use again, but if we do this is where we will come. Highly recommended.
During a very difficult time with the loss of my wife of 48 years, Jayson Lynch was very kind and sympathetic to me. He was patient and very supportive. I cannot adequately thank Harrell Funeral Home for the professional and courteous assistance. I was equally impressed with the After Care Representative, Kathy, she walked me through the maze of things I had not considered being required as part of settling the estate. Thanks again to everyone at Harrell Funeral Home
Harrell's Funeral Home was extremely professional and kind. My husband was cremated and we also had a prior viewing service. Everyone was so attentive. The facility is very clean. They treat you like they would treat their own family. I loved my experience. They also offer a after passing service that ensures your taking the correct financial steps which was so helpful. I recommend them to anyone who wants and expects excellent customer service. Tracy Clary
We had the need to request the services of a Funeral home in Austin and we selected Harrell Funeral Home because they are family owned. We are glad we did – Jason Harrell was very attentive to our needs. Someone from our community passed away in College Station and we needed them brought back home. The staff at Harrell Funeral Home displayed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. They are definitely an asset to the city of Austin.
It was a great experience during a difficult time. After having used a different funeral home a couple of years prior and having a bad experience, we tried Harrell Funeral Home for my brothers funeral. From the first contact through the end of the funeral, everything was handled with compassion and professionalism. Lynette handled all of our arrangements and she was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I would highly recommend Harrell Funeral Homes.
Great family owned business! Highly recommend them. They handled my father's funeral 20 years ago flawlessly and I have chosen them for my mother's now. Incredibly responsive and sensitive. To my surprise they even called to help me with the list of practical things needing to be done after death like social security payments, life insurance, etc. and either handled it themselves or gave me the resources I need to take care of it. Very impressed!
Harrell Funeral home has done a great job in helping us with funerals for both my father-in-law and mother-in-law. The various programs they have available to assist with planning the funeral, how to cancel items (insurance, email accounts, add fraud alerts to credit reporting agencies) and options to help with cleaning and organizing the loved ones home are extremely helpful as you try to navigate the waters in a time of sorrow and chaos.
Even though we haven’t had the visitation for my son, Christopher, as of yet, Paul Williamson has been there for me and my family in a way that has made it possible to be bearable. I do know that when we have our service because of the comfortable homey feeling that this place has we will all be able to look back and see this is what Christopher wanted a big thank you to Harrell funeral home in an even bigger thank you to Paul Williamson
This service has been a God send at an overwhelming time in my life after the death of my mother. I was asked by Paul at the funeral home if I would like to speak with this agency to assist with my many questions. Not only did the agency contact me but actually took over death notification of military pensions, any loans, junk mail, etc. What a relief and removal of having to tell so many agencies this difficult news.
I would like to give this funeral home the highest rating possible. Their courteousness, professionalism and helpfulness were beyond any of the family's expectations. The beautiful job they did on my sister was so natural that she merely looked like she was napping. Thank you for making this experience a very easy one, on behalf of myself and my family. Candy Spite Aguirre
My father was a long time resident of Kyle, Texas. From the beginning meeting the Funeral Home was very helpful and answered all of our questions and offered advice and listened to the family. My father had the best send off ever that was well-deserved with all of his years giving back to the community. Doug- words cannot describe what this meant to the family. Jim Kohler
We were so pleased with our experience at Harrell. They made our sister Margaret look like she did before she ever got sick. We asked them not use a lot of makeup and they honored our wishes and made Margaret look so natural. They went out of their way to help us make difficult decisions and transfer Margaret home to her parents. I would recommend Harrell's to anyone.
Paul and the entire staff was extremely helpful, very understanding, friendly, comforting and care. Paul made sure that everything went right, meant so much to us. I can honestly say that Harrell Funeral in Austin is the BEST funeral home we have used. The facility is beautiful and clean. Thank you to Paul and the Entire staff for being amazing!
During this very difficult time of loosing our Father. We could have not asked for such an amazing team. From the preparation of my Father's services to the after services they offer. There facility in South Austin, Tx is beautiful. Andrew Gonzales and Kathy Mills where of so much help and guidance. Thank you for everything from the Mata Family!
Michael Drebes at the 100 Heritage Dr. location made our lives much nicer given the circumstances. Michael has a way that he makes you feel at home, part of the family and goes above and beyond to make sure you and your loved one is taken care of with a loving hand. Thank you Michael for easing our pain and for understanding our loss.
I met with Michael today to put together my final arrangements!!! I chose to do this now so it's not left to my child to try and decide. He was was great, informative, and showed me some new things in the industry. I feel good about what we accomplished and now I know my daughter won't have to be bothered with it!!! Thanks Michael.
The Staff of Harrell's Funeral where gracious patient understanding it was a beautiful service that I was able to give for my Husband to my Friends and Families. The planning to getting everything ready took a load off me. They were able to execute all my wishes. l am Very Happy that I found Harrell's Funeral. Kaye Jarrell
Our mother passed away and we were left to make her last wishes come true. The people at Harrell's Funeral Home were just great. Lynnette showed great kindness and professionalism. I believe in my heart that our mother was proud of how everything turned out. We would like to Thank everyone for a great service.
Paul Williamson and Kathy Mills provided excellent service during all phases of my mother's passing. They are very knowledgeable but more importantly they are both very compassionate and understanding people that are willing to hold your hand through the all the ups and downs and unknowns of losing a loved one.
When you lose someone unexpectedly the process of arranging everything becomes overwhelming. Amy was a godsend. The professionalism and attention to detail was very much appreciated. Their compassion and care not only for mom but our entire family was so needed. I cannot express enough how grateful we are.
As a minister I have worked with numerous funeral homes. Harrell is the best in the business. Their slogan says it all, "where love lives on." They are caring, competent, and run their company with integrity. Their decorum, compassion, professionalism, and services has helped our family immeasurably.
At a time when things are very emotional, Harrell funeral home made the business part of it very simple and very smooth. They were very helpful in setting up cremations and the needs that we had in regards to death certificates and ways to go forward. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
My family has used the services of Harrell Funeral Home for many years. My experience with them was excellent. I was explained my options and pricing up front and there were no surprise expenses added to the cost. I would refer Harrell Funeral Home to anyone seeking funeral arrangement services.
Our sister passed unexpectedly. Harrell's was compassionate and caring. They made everything easy in this stressful and heartbreaking time. The Aftercare Team was wonderful and helped take care of a lot of things, which relieved a lot of stress. I highly recommend Harrell's.
Our Funeral Director Andrew at Harrell's Funeral Home made our Funeral arrangements for my husbands service go so smoothly which took a great load off our shoulders. He explained everything to us in detail. I would highly recommend Harrell's Funeral Home for anyone in need.
Jason Harrell provided sensitive expertise during a difficult time. Their attention to detail during planning made the service goes smoothly. The Aftercare service is an unexpected benefit to ensure post-service details are addressed immediately and not forgotten.
I suppose visits like these are not ever easy. However, I wanted you to know you and the staff made this as comfortable as possible for all of us. I can't imagine anyone else taking care of our mom! She was a blessing and you have been one for us as well. Becky
Everyone was exceptionally helpful and extremely nice. Especially Jerry Harrell, he went out of his way in every situation. Our family was very satisfied with Harrell Funeral Home, would definitely recommend them in the future , Barbara Daugherty & family

Doug was extremely professional and helpful with guiding my family through the cremation and service process. My family was very impressed with the facilities. My dad’s service was very special just as we hoped. I highly recommend Harrell Funeral Home.
My younger brother passed away and my parents were devastated severely, it was already hard on us and Jo Moreno was the one to help us very nice and comprehensive. Helped us in every thing we needed for us to give my brother the farewell he deserved.
I was so fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting with this warm and wonderful representative of Harrell Funeral Home. His name is Mr. Michael Drebes. He was thorough, attentive, patient and was focused on my needs in question. I've
All of the staff were so very kind to me and my family. Very professional and comforting. I would highly recommend Harrell’s Funeral Home because they not only take care of your loved one but they are there for all of the family.
This is a wonderful service! They walk you things you wouldn't even think of doing after someone passes. Everyone should work with them even if you think you have everything covered. They make everything so easy and worry free!
