I have ordered twice and on both occasions there were lengthy delays and no updates and no one would reply to emails for days on end and when they did, there was a complete lack of care. Its a shame that this company has not taken any opportunity to improve or provide any form of service as this occurred twice (a year apart). Best to avoid buying online from this shop. Worst experience ever.

Very poor customer service. No one answers phones or emails. I placed my order weeks ago and today it was apparently delivered, but if it was, it was delivered to the wrong address! Now it’s too late for my KK present so I’m going to have to buy something else. I expect to receive full refund if I ever hear back from anyone . Wouldn't recommend.

I did an online order a week or so back. I mistakenly selected two of the same candles and sent an email straightway requesting if they can replace one with another one that I liked. No response from anyone and yesterday received an email that my order is on its way. No one answers the phones and emails stay unattended to. Not happy!!!

Staff at both the lower kiosk and the upstairs store where extremely friendly and helpful. When the kiosk didn't have quite the right combination of items in stock they directed me upstairs where the staff member was extremely obliging and swapped an item in a gift box making the perfect mother's day present for one of my client's.

Very helpful and friendly staff, greeted almost immediately upon entry and told about all the deals and products currently in stock. Amazing customer service, will definitely be coming back
