I regret buying here. We put through our initial deposit of $1000 or $2000, can't remember exactly, back in June 2016 on a block in stage 2. We were about to send through the 5% deposit to sign contracts to then be told that we were 'sold' a block that 'wasn't for sale'. To amend this, we were offered a block that was much smaller than the one we chose in a later stage without any attempt to rectify this without me having to say so. Hartleigh then agreed to match the size & price of this block for us which was great, but took months to get done. The titles of stage 5 compared to stage 2 were already estimated around 6 months later which was obviously an inconvenience but we agreed as we wanted to secure a piece of land & thought it was an opportunity to save a bit more money. Further to this, there was more and more delays. Right now, stage 6 (stage after stage 5!) has settled & stage 5 has now been estimated to settle in December. We believe this is due to issues 'retiring old assets' something to do with the intersection from Pattersons Rd involved in stage 5. Every 2-3 months when stage 5 is due to title in a month or so, they add another 2-3 months to it! I am so far over it, I regret buying here, we have lost our deposit for price & inclusions lock ins from our builder due to the delays! My fiance & I were driving through the estate to see progress a while back when we found out there was going to be more delays & when we asked the lady in the office if there is anything that can be done about the delays, we were very rudely shut down, I don't know what she thought we were asking for, we just wanted information.. Don't buy here unless you're ok with no communication, mistakes & are happy to wait 2 + years from deposit to move in! I have not heard any of these issues in surrounding estates. So, SO disappointed in the overall experience & completely out of patience & sincerely wish I purchased an established home or another estate which I won't do now purely because of the insane price increases over the last 1.5 years. So disappointing from an estate that is meant to be so wonderful!

Started off great, until we put a deposit down, one phone call in the 6 months since deposit, land settlement has been pushed back from February now to August/September with no email or phone call or any explanation by Hartleigh. Poor customer service. Just a quick email explaining what’s going on would be great. When we purchased they basically lied about settlement as there was no chance that it could have been met at that point.

Great experience. Mick Abbott was informative, answered any queries or questions and made the process of buying a land easier. He has been extremely helpful and answering all our calls even after hours and on weekend. Even we requested to remove rubbish from our lot as it was presented there before our settlement. We spoke to him and sent email and he was quick to take action on it. Thank you Prab and Garry

Unpleasant experience was looking forward buying land there felt unwelcome ,wasn't happy at all didn't get information needed sales person was unprofessional what a bad experience and waste of time .
