The worst experience I have ever had with a panel beater. My car was not ready when it should have been. Incorrect parts were ordered and I had to wait longer than expected - whether Harvey's or their supplier ordered the incorrect parts is irrelevant, Harvey's should have been on top of it. Added to that, once I received my car, almost EVERY SINGLE part that Harvey's changed/fixed was not fixed correctly and I had to return the car to them to fix, this was done despite telling me that my car had undergone QC (quality control) . Even up until now, the areas that were repaired were not done 100% to my liking - their reponse "It's plastic, thats how it is" Added to that, my car came back with extra scratches, which Harveys claims to have been there when it was sent it, even though I doubt that very much. Lastly I was not at all happy with the attitude of the manager. Refused to acccept resonsibility for anything and did not even apologize when I said the repairs were not done correctly and that the car needed to be seen to again. I certainly shall not be supporting this place again and I'd advise everyone else to first be 100% certain on choosing Harveys before sending your car here. It would be better to choose another panel beater.

I received good service from Damien and Gerard Robertson , was kept up to date with the repairs done on my vehicle Once I received my vehicle I noticed the paint wasn't matching and decided to take it back.. upon arriving Harvey's had a look and the owner Charles barth had informed me that the color difference had nothing to do with their job , but to my knowledge and pictures that I had , before they had did the job,the color was matching and Charles barth looked at the car and asked me straight "what do you want me to do about the color difference" He kept asking me that as if I would know , the car went in for a scratch and dent on the back door and rear fender and came back with the rear bumper not matching after paintwork He even told me that I'm being unreasonable I wouldn't recommend Harvey's because of this one incident After all that they eventually did sort it out, just that his customer service is bad

You get some untrustworthy panel beaters out there, but at Harveys panel beaters, Woodford rd Durban they are not one of them. I am truly impressed by the professionalism with which my repairs were completed. It was done within the estimated time frame and workmanship excellent. I will definitely recommend you to all, as you have restored some faith in good panel beaters out there. Keep it up.

Had a good experience. They did a great job on my Audi. Even gave me back my parts with no hassle or questioning. They managed to push repairs to be done a day earlier than expected when I told them I really need the car to be done. Great staff, from the Ladies at reception to the gentlemen at the workshop! Will definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely fabulous end-to-end service. There were regular updates on the audatex customer portal. The staff were friendly and accommodating- even offering me a lift to work on the morning of drop off. My car has been repaired to perfection. Harvey's Team, if I could give you a 6th star, I definitely would!

Wow! The service was incredible. Someone answered everytime I called and they communicated where my car was every step of the repair process. The staff were super friendly and most importantly my car was fixed and polished like new. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have used Harvey's for two different job's - one claiming from my own insurance. They dealt with the insurance company directly, promptly notified me when I can bring my car in and kept me updated throughout the time they had my car.
