Major disappointment with Havertys. Spent over $6,000 on a dining table, 6 dining chairs, a bar cabinet and 2x recliners. Upon delivery, the bar cabinet was missing its handles. Here we are almost 3 months after the initial purchase and only 1 handle shows up at our house...pointless. One of the chairs in the dining set needed wood glue at a joint because it was separating. When the recliners arrived, one was missing it controler. I had to go by the store to get a controller which clearly came used from a floor model judging by how it was presented to me. For the cost, Havertys failed us on multiple levels right up to today where they couldn't even send both missing bar cabinet handles at the same time. I am done with this company and would recommend against handing over your money to them. The quality is just okay but the fact multiple items showed up incomplete after what we spent, leaves me with the opinion that they're overpriced due to the lacking attention to detail and quality of service across the board. At least at Ikea, you end up with extra parts for what you pay. If I knew I was going to be missing parts and repairing brand new furniture, I would have never stepped foot in this store.

I specifically asked the staff at Lakeline to hold off on shipping until all my items arrive. They disregarded my request and started shipping me bits and pieces. I had to deal with multiple shipments and was charged for multiple Guardsman plans. It was like pulling teath dealing with the inexperienced delivery personnel who did not even bring basic tools with them. I had to teach them how to use tools to properly install frniture that required installation. This is a sub zero type of service certainly one that did not warrant the fees I was charged. I spent many hours on the phone talking to their customer service department. Be careful. If you must do business with Haverty's, ask a lot of quesiotns and do not let them distract you with the small talk. This was such a painful experience I am still suffering since March 2023. It is 10 months later and until now, we are still in discussions. Their computer system is ancient. It is not connected to Synchrony (their lender). If you call Synchrony they will tell you they od not see the orders. If you call HAverty's thye tell you to call synchrony. It is a MESS......

Great floor sales staff, super helpful, super friendly. Sadly that's where the good stops. Bought a new couch for $1500 with a warranty in May/June of 2021. This spring the seems of the cushions started tearing. The foam was falling apart. We called for warranty/repair. Said they would call back to schedule. Nothing. No call back no appointment. Called again, they had no record of the first call ever happening. Said they would need to have someone call as they couldn't schedule it. Again still nothing. So here it is 6 months later I've now have 2 torn cushions out of 6, and 1 back cushion that feels like the foam has disintegrated. If I wanted garbage I would have gone to Rooms for Less and gotten the same thing for far less money. When you pay Havertys prices and get Rooms to Go quality... it pisses you off.

My wife and I purchased some furniture from Haverty’s in 09/2020 at Haverty’s in Cedar Park Tx, we initially felt the furniture was of good quality. We did not purchase the warranty (Our mistake), my wife and I thought with only the two of us in the house it should last a while. Unfortunately, the couch started pealing on the headrest of one couch and the footrest on the other. I contacted customer service with no support, I then tried to contact the manager, she would never get on the phone. Recently, I was contacted by a general manager, and we discussed this matter, and he made it right. Thank you for explaining the details of the leather as well as making it right, Great customer service.

We walked in not really expecting to buy something, and we met Cindy. Cindy was extremely patient, kind, and gave us her honest recommendations. She also told us about a service that they provide where a designer measures your home & renders a 3D design. Valeria and Cindy came to our house and took measurements and we looked at the rendering a few days later. We ended up purchasing a large sectional and coffee tables. I really appreciated the level of attention that Cindy provided. She even gifted us some goodies to protect our couch. You can tell that she really loves what she does and that is evident in the customer service she provides.

I had the pleasure of working with Sylvia today (10.24.23) on my purchase of a Dining Room Set & Buffet. She was very knowledgeable of the product, had a professional attitude and the check-out was quick. She also explained all of the details regarding the delivery schedule and I am so pleased that these items were in stock and I can get them within the week. Highly unusual these days! It is also highly unusual to walk into a business and work with someone who really knows what they're doing and seem interested in your needs rather than someone who is just there to "punch the time clock". I will definitely be a return customer.

Love Havertys!!! Sylvia is an awesome salesperson!!! Helped me find the perfect sofa, swivel chair, rug, television console and ottoman!! So helpful and patient with me with all the custom fabric choices. Pillows were a down blend so they are making pillows without down for me. Best customer service!!!!!! I purchased my previous sofa at Havertys and will continue to be a repeat customer. Going back for the matching chaise lounge because it is all extremely well made furniture!!!!!!

I bought a TV console and two end tables from Haverty’s. The items were scheduled to be delivered separately but they all came damaged and needed to be exchanged. Seems like Haverty’s doesn't do any inspection before the delivery of the furniture. So far I‘ve been staying home 4 days for the delivery and exchange of these items.

The furniture looks awesome in the store, but everything goes downhill after you purchase from them. It’s been nearly a month and they haven’t fixed the issues I reported on the first day it was delivered. Unless they reach out and get resolved soon, I cannot confidently recommend this store to any family or friends.
