Review of Service provided and Suggestions: Mr. Rafeeq is a trustworthy person who heads this agency. When I first enquired about a specific tour package he was very frank. He told me what we're the pros and cons of going for a cheaper priced tour plan. For example, a six-hour transit in an airport where food isn't available. So, in a way he mentally prepares the prospects about any shortcomings of a package. Having said that, he did make arrangements by arranging for packed biryani to eat when we won't get food. He made promises and fulfilled them, except of course when sometimes things weren't in his control. For example, if you are travelling to Madina when 12 Rabiul Awwal is just a day away, no travel agent will find it easy to accommodate you in a hotel unless he spends 3-4 times more than what is in the budget for the guests. He did find accommodation as soon as 12 Rabiul Awwal passed and hotels he had pre-booked were available. I found out that the people who take bookings on behalf of the travel agents are vulnerable to break their commitments with the travel agents once there is a huge demand due to events like 12 Rabiul Awwal, so they will leave the travel agent and his clients in the lurch to somehow fend for themselves. He was upfront about any issues that we might have to face on the tour and was also willing to address those from his end by reaching out to his network. He was quick to respond to any questions or issues the pilgrims had. I had a hundred questions to ask and he would patiently and promptly respond to each of them. Having written all these positive things about the service and experience travelling through this agency, there is still room for improvement in terms of food and accommodation: 1) Accommodation in one hotel and going to an adjoining hotel for food is not so convenient, if this situation cannot be avoided, you can consider delivering food to the pilgrims at their rooms. This might call for an investment in plastic lunch boxes and water bottles, but the experience your clients will get will be worth more than the investment. Ditto for pilgrims who, for purdah reasons don't like to eat in a buffet-like setting when there's a mixed gathering, you can cater to the needs of this section of people also and make it the differentiating factor of your business. 2) Tea was in short supply. If the pilgrims are an hour late for food, they can't expect tea and fruits as those would he finished off by the first people to reach. This is just one tough problem to solve. 3) Dining area used to be very crowded, getting to the dining area and going back to the hotel room was very difficult due to heavy rush at all times, lifts are too busy in these situations. The first point probably is the only solution but that's for the owner of the company to decide given that there are regulations that need to be followed in the hotels. If Mr. Rafeeq can solve the above two, Hayaat tours will have solved what no other company in his domain has. Solving this will catapult his company to the most popular one simply by word of mouth marketing.

Very bad service. When we came to Jeddah no correspondent from the travel agency came for pickup. When we came to the hotel, rooms weren’t allotted till 4pm, we were sleep deprived from staying up the night and tired but no one is bothered. The wifi doesn’t work and they give lame reasons like it will come when you go to the room. The rooms are very dirty. The bedsheets are like they have not been washed since months. The room is very far from haram. They said it will be about 300m but i promise it is double of it. The distance is about 650m from the boundary of haram. I calculated using apple watch. Also, others who stay in the same hotel have paid 10,000 less from the amount charged to us. In the hotel we stayed the others from similar travel agency had better food than us. I would never recommend this travel agency to anyone. We have been duped after paying 95,000 and umrah experience destroyed. The hotel in Madina was decent and hence i gave one star rating. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.

I have always trust issues with the travel agencies,but this one is the gem in the market he never leave his coustmers alone until u travel ur destination,I have some issues with my documents whlie I'm travelling to dubai,and my flight got cancelled and I never forget that experiance,but thanks to Rafiq bhai the time he dealed was outstanding very quick response juz in 30min unknown guy came to me and said Rafiq bhai send to pic me up,imagine his sources and market at Maldives,and he never left me alone until I go back to dubai.Atleast got a chance to say thanks to u
