My wife and I were looking for a very last-minute holiday with our six-month-old baby. Within minutes of walking into Hays Eltham, we had a cheap and cheerful holiday to Turkey in the diary. Hays Partners (easyJet Holidays in this case) never skimped on customer service. We were met at our destination airport and transferred to our Hotel where a rep was ready to meet us with helpful and kind advice for first-time visitors. We had a medical situation with our son which was easily sorted by the hotel. All the costs were covered by the insurance company organised through Hays. We had to pay upfront costs and were paid back upon application through the insurance company. All the information was printed and given to us before our holiday, so that was relatively stress-free. We were hearing hotel horror stories from other visitors in Turkey, but we had no issues with our hotel. Hays obviously choose their partners well. Flights, hotel (B&B) and transfers for £580 just out of season. We were delighted. Thanks a lot, Hays Eltham!

Cant fault these guys since the shearings collapse they have been very helpful in helping me with my claim even before that the team in bromley which has now sadly closed were in my opinion a damn good team true professional's they were polite and courteous and understanding a credit to the name HAYS travel and their MD should be proud of them I heard recently that they have had to make some redundancies? This is very sad but I really hope they get through this .

Booked holiday with Hayes Travel in Eltham 3/10/2020 but after holiday cancelled we rebooked for 8/10 couldn't have had two best assistants Katherine and Lorraine helping us to get our holiday to Tenerife booked and sorted .After a lot of hassle with canceled holiday then canceled flight they put they're self's out for us , and here we are in Tenerife enjoying the sun .Thank you both for your help .a credit to your company Barbara Waller and Pauline Wilkes and Co

There was a problem with the goods I had delivered so I had to visit the store to arrange a collection I will reselect but need to take my time as ovens can by more complicated than you think. Treated with total respect by Nik,give the guy bonus he is dealing with a whole range of goods. He was polite and curious at all times,even though he queue was very long. Thank you Lynne

Read about the service in the Which magazine so thought i would try out the service and i can see why they are are a Which recommended provider best service I've ever received all the ladies were willing to help my put together a package holiday for me and my family i can't thank you enough a 5 star service

Was completely mislead on the holiday we booked and when we tried to rectify the situation I was called a liar alongside my partner oh and Google maps also lies! Will never use this branch again!!!

In these days of on line booking it's still great to have a actual travel agent to visit and discuss options. Staff are always friendly, good knowledge. It's our go to
