I'm very pleased and thankful to the bank and one of the reason is Nikhil J who is working as manager at the Bank. He gave extraordinary excellent customer experience. He went way beyond. He also answered my query on a busy weekend and saved me from froud. A big hatts of o Nikhil for his patience and always thinking from customers side as well in understanding their needs. He surely deserves a big raise. Thanks again Nikhil for everything you do, keep it up

I used to think sbi is the most outdated bank but after visiting this bank I changed my opinion. After sitting for one hour to change my mailing address all I got in return is the "PERSON" who knows how to do it is not there. Apparently it's rocket science.

It's been 3 complete weeks since I've submitted my documents for an account and I've not received any information on what has happened. The people working there are unbothered and negligent. I've had to call them several times to even get an answer.

There is no less rating than this hence 1 else i wish i have a zero. Staff can't get a print out of bank statement for seal and signature which is least expectations from a customer. Staff name Priyanka Joshi

One of the slowest service providing bank and branch. Had an issue opening the account and been waiting in the branch for 2 hours, waiting visiting for 3rd time.

Waiting time is too long Long queue only one cashier deposit the other two counter are empty no one there
