I used to visit clinic for my daughter's vaccination for about an year. Doctor and staff looked ok as I faced no issues. But from last 3-4 months, doctor has hired an inexperienced lady compounder. She doesn't even know how to put vaccination inside syringe. She also doesn't know how to handle babies. My daughter was crying in my arms and she took 10 minutes to come up with vaccine. Also not able to hold my daughter properly. Last time, my daughter got a big cut while taking vaccination in her thighs. When I shown this to doctor, she told I am having illusion. When I came home, after couple of days, big cut was clearly visible. Also I was feeling little solid formation inside skin which looks like now dissolved. I would recommend to not go for vaccination here as staff is inexperienced any mishap can happen.

I think the doctor was good, very patient and gave us enough time to listen to the medical issues related to my 8 months old baby She was very calm and my baby's condition back to normal in 1 n half days. Thanks alot for that But I visited after 15 days for vaccination and I was very panic and really upset after realising that they administered an EXPIRED VACCINE. Nothing happened to baby, thank god he just had a fever for couple of days and has become normal. To be honest I really liked the doctor and she was very polite and listening to our issues. But who will make such blunder to give an expired vaccine to such small babies? She was apologitic but ma'am please please make sure you personally check the expiry dates because your reputation will go because of a mistake by your staff. Thanks

Doctor is a gem ! She's very patient and most of all extreamly knowledgeable and has good hands heart and good head . A complete doctor in true terms .... All doctors are good ... But a patient needs someone who can treat with a heart and shes one of the finest in Bangalore... I have seen some comments on consultation charges are different from vaccination .... Guys if that is so u can buy a vial at medical store and give it yourself .... There is a reason why it's charged .. it is for the skill of the doctor .. and i can never understand people who spend 1000 in a movie theatre and feel bad on spending 400 on childs safety ?

Experienced doctor,she will treat all patients with very kind,and heartly,i saw some one review about payment how much fees is not a matter,mainly your kids have to get well. for parents nothing is important than the kids.today i went to clinic very good response from staff and doctor.and cash payment or online payment that is not a issue today some sever issue I can't able to pay through UPI how they are kinded means they gave own time to get the cash from home or ATM, actually they are trusted us they will come back return and they will pay , and no one will give these apportunity . Iam fully satisfied with these clinic.

We are very happy to have her as our child's pediatrician.Best doctor we have ever met.she not only treats our child's illness but also educates us about the illness and tells us about the illness and precautions to take to prevent common illness. We are quite regular to her clinic for my child's vaccination .The nurse shows us the expiry date and MRP of vaccines before they prepare injection. Best thing which I liked most is madam tells us to take our child on our lap while giving vaccine instead of making the kid sleep on bed Thanks for your dedication mam.

Expensive and rude staff, unaccounted cash business (only accepts cash). Doctor is well behaved and experienced. Edit - adding response.. one can easily notice the rudeness in response. "MIND IT it's not a Business" then why there is Fee. Services offered and payment done = business. Doesn't matter health business or any other. But you made us take trips back and forth between your Pharmacy and Clinic, reason you don't accept GPay or Paytm --- ONLY CASH. didn't you notice you received 4 STAR coz of your doctor's reputation rather clinic as a whole.

I wanted to give zero stars for this clinic but unfortunately there is no option. I had an awful experience at Health Bear Children's Clinic, run by Dr. Madhurya Dheeraj. My baby boy was suffering from fever, cold, and cough and the medicines prescribed by the doctor ended up causing a severe skin allergy in my child. This clinic's treatment only made my child's condition worse, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please ignore and avoid going to this clinic.

The clinic is charging 5 times the cost of vaccination cost. Visited the clinic first time on 20th Jan 2023, and attended showed two vaccinations for kids, costing more than 7000/-. Just looting the public, please check the cost of kids vaccination in the market before approaching this clinic.

Very costly for such a small clinic. They charge 500 rs for consultation which is a common amount now in Bangalore..But only 4 days we will get and that too we have to pay 100 rs for followup.On 5th day we need to pay 500 rs again.

Doctor is well qualified and she doesn't suggest the vaccine unless needed, she denied it as not needed although we asked for it as per the vaccination chart. Only concern is the consultation charge is little high.

Gave very high dosage of medicine to my baby for vomitting which was later corrected to less than half of it by another doctor. My baby was very tired and was on bed all the time due to this heavy dosage.

Check the fee chart. Especially Vaccination charge(Only to administer the medicine, vaccination purchase is separate) Also charges for giving an injection (written as intramuscular injection).
