I can confidently say that every staff member I've encountered during my time as a customer has been equally impressive. What sets this shop apart is the genuine care and dedication of its staff. You won't be disappointed with the level of service you receive here. It's worth mentioning that on days with a 20% discount, the shop tends to get quite busy. Most terrible service I have ever encounted , I’m disgusted at the old lady that works there with the short blonde hair when I was asked to move out of the way while I was limping through the store In terrible pain with a severe back issue. I was looking for some natural pain relief will 100% never be back to that store she asked me to hurry up and move out of the way when she could clearly see I was having trouble walking and was being assisted by my wife never I have I felt so degraded and upset. Considering I run a large retail business with many staff I would have fired a staff member on the spot for treating a customer this way you are an absolute disgrace for a human being

Went on a Sunday to buy a vegan or plant based probiotic. The girl I spoke to told me there’s no such thing. I told her that’s just not true but then she kept on going saying it’s not vegan because they’re alive or words to that effect. Yes Probiotics are live microorganisms but they’re not animals as she had stated, nor plants (even though they were once classified as plant). They’re even on your webpage. I haven’t encountered this level of ignorance outside of a big chain supermarket for a while. I had even said I’m not here to argue but she kept on going anyway, which is when I just walked out mid-sentense and left her talking.

Went to shop for pre mix bread four , not many to choose from, but bought enough for a few loaves. The bread came out hard , heavy and dry . Changed the yeast , no improvement at all. Got bread flour from another shop and the bread was perfect. Wanted to buy some more products but they had none of what I wanted . Very small shop , first when you walk in , it looks like a lollyshop , if you are a health food shop , there should be more healthy products. Will not shop again.

Wow!! This store has had a complete transformation. It is fantastic. Products are easy to find and see. Store is beautifully laid out and very inviting. Pricing is easy to see and there is a great product range. Excellent customer service always present. The store is super tidy and clean. An absolute pleasure to visit and shop in. Advertised closing time of 5:30, I got there at 5 and it was closed. It should be updated so that people don't waste their time like I did.
