I worked for HP briefly back in 2018 and I was recently at this location and to my surprise the store was brimming with unmatched selection of products, superior customer service and, details worth mentioning. They have surely upped their game in the last 3 years. For example, the natural sunscreen selection was by far the best I've seen. The cashier was super friendly, informative and well-masked. They have the point system but without the card (which is awesome - one less card to carry). You give your phone # and collect points at every location. Lastly, the non plastic bags made of potato starch are eco friendly and reusable. I have seen HP grow from strength to strength. I remember even back then they were customer oriented (paid attention to feedback) and took care of their employees offering appropriate training and opportunities for advancement. I only wish well for them. Onwards and higher from here. Keep up the good work! People are taking notice .

Used to be a huge fan of this place, used to be 4 stars. Not anymore. My fiance and I just visited and while we were shopping, we had set a drink down on a shelf to look at something. The lady working walked right over to us, picked up the drink and began to take it AWAY from us, while asking us not to put drinks on the shelves. She should have just come by and said, "oh we just can't have drinks on the shelves please." And we gladly would have moved it. It is not okay to walk over to a paying customer and physically handle their things as though they are children. I am beside myself and will probably never return to this location.

Be very careful when shopping here. I bought some protein powder that was advertised on sale in the store. When I got home I noticed they did not give the discount. I called the store and asked the manager who “checked” the discount and said the discount was not applicable on the protein powder I bought. When I checked the flyer, the discount clearly applied to all products for the brand. Clearly their payment system does not automatically apply discounts so they don’t have to sell with a discount. And the manager knew that he was not telling the truth. Check your receipts!

I came into the store to get my mom some vitamins and protein powder for myself on the way back from work. I got approached by Sal who was very friendly and helpful. Sal walked me over to the aisles for the vitamins and protein powder and asked me Open ended questions on the items I was getting; he even recommended me other supplements that I never thought I neeeded. The shelves and aisle were well stocked and maintained. Thank you Sal for approaching me and helping out.

Watch out for expired goods and extra scanned items on your bill at the Healthy Planet on Dorval. It seems that every time I shop here there is at least one expired and one extra item that I did not purchase on my bill. The prices are reasonable (so not worth going back for low price items) but after having to deal with all this, it ends up being way better to go somewhere else (and cost around the same after the extra charges).

Thank you very much to Saima, a employee of the store. She has extensive health knowledge and even knows every product in the store. She can always give customers the most professional advice. After her recommendation, my husband finally solved the perennial problem of severe constipation, which was so surprising and touching to our family! I will come here often and share more friends to know Heathly Planet!

The shelves are pretty full so I've come in several times in the past 6 months to checkout the selection. Each time the staff act strangely and are very slow to cash out customers at the register and like others have pointed out their behaviour makes me feel uncomfortable. I don't expect retail workers to be super friendly..I expect retail workers to act like regular retail workers who act like humans!

My experience has been stellar every time I visit the store! Sal has been a great help in recommending products based on my needs. He is very knowledgeable and cares about the service he provides to his customers. I was surprised he remembered who I was the next time I went to the store after a short interaction with him the first time. A great testament to how much he values the customers he helps.

I started buying all my vitamins, minerals and other supplements from healthy planet. I've compared prices and their regular prices are cheaper than other health food and nutrition stores especially those inside malls. They usually have some sale going on which makes the prices even better. They have a large selection when it comes to brands they carry, I always find what k looking for.

Good store with lot of options to choose from. Prices are correct. But the staff always make you feel uncomfortable. They come to you with obvious cold and fake smiles in a way that makes you feel like profiling. For example, If they ask you if you need help and you say no you are fine, they still stick around starring at you which does not make for a good shopping experience.

Pleasant helpful staff, good selection, and what i find worth encouraging is that prices are competitive to amazon which is rare for an actual physical store. Also, they might not carry every brand of product there is, so if u r looking for something very specific and short in time, u might want to call ahead or check their website before u make the trip.

I’ve been to this store 3x in the last 6 months looking for products advertised on their website and they don’t carry it. I understand these stores are franchisees however, there needs to be some sort of standard within the corporate brand to carry what’s advertised online. I won’t be shopping here again, as it’s becoming pointless looking for products.

Friendly service. Two people who work there answer as many questions as I ask them. I like some of their specials. Great variety of goods to shop. They have a wide assortment of choices for supplements from recognized manufacturers. I like their selection of Botanica liquid herbs. They also have a better selection of Enlightened ice cream.

We love the people and products at Healthy Planet Oakville. My one complaint would be constantly empty shelves in the tea section. This is an issue we've mentioned to the sales staff half a dozen times at least but nothing changes. Specific brands would be Traditional Essentials and Triple Leaf Tea Company

Today I went to healthy planet as they have promotion. Tania helped me a lot. She was really informative and helpful. Her help did not only depended on what I am looking for but other choices that could do the same with more affordable prices. Thank you Tania for making my visit to Healthy Planet special

Starting to see a number of repeatedly out of stock items missing from shelves. We've had to turn to ather franchises several times now to purchase the things we're looking for. The staff have been wonderful, but equally perplexed by product not being ordered in suitable quantities to meet demand.

I wrote yesterday but it is not showing in reviews. Just to say how very much we appreciate SAIMA at your location. Her great knowledge of supplements and homeopathics is a blessing to us and as well, her Wonderful Customer Service Skills. You are ( and we are ) so lucky to have her!

My husband and I have started shopping at this location and we are very appreciative of the knowledge and recommendations that Alaa has given and passed on to him. When we encounter Sal, he has always been helpful and very personable, so see no reason to shop elsewhere.

These days being asked by a store employee if they can help with anything is refreshing. I didn't catch her name but she offered to help my wife and I find what we were looking for, and we had a small nice conversation about options which was helpful and informative.

I’ve been coming to this location for years now and I just love it here. The best deals and so many amazing vegan products. Staff here are knowledgeable, always so friendly and very helpful! One of my favourite stores to shop at.

This is the only Healthy Planet location I shop at. Our experience with Sal and his team is nothing but amazing. They have a lot of knowledge about their products. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family!

The expired products on the shelves. Face this many times but today I thought I will share with others who doesnt pay much attention on expiry dates trusting that is valid since you are in organic store. Is this even legal ?!

Been going to Burlington forever; so glad now in North Oakville. Really friendly and helpful staff. Great selection and were willing to bring in a product for me that wasn't stocked and now I get there regularly.

Good service and a wide variety of products... It's always beneficial to let them know why you need these vitamins also if you're purchasing pre-or-post supplements. I also do my best to shop local (Oakville)

Some of the rudest sales associates I have met. Plus, overall selection and quality has decreased since I was last there. At this point, may as well go to the larger health store a few steps away.

This location doesn't seem to have a much as the east Oakville location, maybe they are removing some items. But the last two times I've come in they didn't have the same selection.

The staff here is rude and unfriendly. I received a lot of attitude by the workers. I was charged for two chapsticks even though I only bought one. Very unpleasant experience.

Good selection. Not the cheapest but they offer a frequent buyer points program which Organic Garage does not. Also better stocking than OG too.

I didn't know this location was there as it's tucked in a plaza. As they tend to come, the interior is clean and organized.
