My experience was fantastic I booked the day before and was able to acquire a spot for two people they were fully booked but made us room. I was treated like a queen the entire time and the treatments were phenominal the only thing I have anything negative to say is the size of there robes I'm a ladies size 20 and the robe did not fit so I had to use a towel around me which started my journey of relaxation of quite negative but highly reccommend there foot peel poppy seed body scrub and polish and facial!!! I fell asleep which never happens!!

10/10 A perfect getaway spa treatment in the CBD. The staff were so welcoming and experienced. I called wanted to organize a couples treatment and they were very accommodating. We added the “nourishing tea” after the treatment for 50$ p/p which was the icing on the cake. You are also allowed to use the steam room as well as the hotel pool and bar area when completing a 60 min treatment which were very nice. We both left feeling extremely relaxed and refreshed

I can see why this spa is called Heavenly. Google said they closed during the week but we called and Glenn, the manager was amazing and accomodating and able to fit in our group of 4. We chose the wish package which left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Lauren, my therapist was fantastic from start to end. A great experience, would definitely recommend. Will be back when we revisit Brisbane. A hidden gem :)

Amy and Maria tended to our every need and made the experience extremely lovely and personal. We enjoyed an anti ageing facial which was the most RELAXING massage I have ever had and my skin has never felt softer and hydrated. Would definitely recommend Heavenly Spa!

At Saturday lunch my sister told me I looked really refreshed. Considering I was on a 710am flight out of Brisbane that morning since by flight the night before was cancelled, it could only be facial I got from here Friday afternoon.

Had the most amazing experience. Jessica was lovely in arranging a booking for me and provided the most relaxing massage and facial I think I’ve ever had. Next time I’m in Brisbane I will definitely visit again.

Went in to by gift cards for 10 of my staff ($2000 worth) but was told that they can’t do gift cards as they don’t have a system for that yet. Insane
