After seeing the 4.5 star reviews i thought this will be an absolute perfect place for myself and my new fiance to enjoy a day of pampering. I was EXTREMELY disgusted that they promised a couples room however kept me and my fiance apart during the treatment which was 4 hours. they also promised some sort of special complimentary chocolate to celebrate our engagement however we received nothing. I was only congratulated by the therapist after being there for lengthy period. I would expect more from a place like this especially after spending R6000.00! I don't normally do reviews like this however i tried for DAYS on end to reach someone at the spa to explain what has happened however i ether get no answer OR the 'manager' is in treatments and will get back to me and he/she never does. To top it all off i was pushed retail products at every treatment! this ruined our experience. I highly recommend you star far away from this place if you are celebrating any birthday, engagement or wedding anniversary. its not WORTH IT!

What an experience. Our first experience at Westin, and oh wow!. My daughter booked myself and hubby for a full day spa on 03/12. From the time of arrival, we were welcomed with friendly faces. Not knowing what to expect, due to just being told to arrive at the spa for my birthday, we just patiently awaited further guidance from the receptionist. We were directed to the spa entrance and when opening the door, we were welcomed by the friendliest faces. Siphokazi Mhlakaza and Danielle Paris were allocated to us for the day. They were so sweet and guided us throughout the day. 5-star treatment of note. We as the client arrive there and allow a stranger to take control. They reassured us throughout and let us know what was being done continuously. They are brilliant at what they do and indeed valuable assets to Westin. Well done ladies. You have officially convinced us to return.

Awesome place! First time here and I loved the facilities. Spend all day here and rejuvenate .This was definitely a wonderful experience! I have had the excellent full body massage and Body Polish with Hilary ,and The Classic facial with Ingrid . A perfect pressure and technique will made me relaxed. Hilary and Ingrid took great care of me even I came late. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I really feel cared for and they gave me the best attention. I felt as if I was floating and was very relaxed.-)) You can get everything done here it’s a full service spa ! The staff that work here are amazing, friendly and professional! What can't I say. Upon entry I was greeted by super friendly reception staff, a quick covid questionnaire and was issued a welcome pack. I was showed to a well kept changing room and headed to the most beautiful waiting area with a few selection of beverages available. I was introduced to my therapist and was had the most amazing massage I had ever had, I thought I had gone for massages before this was pure bliss. The staff was attentive, friendly professional and just made the entire experience a research to return. After an amazing 3 hour session. I got to use the amenities available, indoor pool with an amazing view if the harbor and Bloubergstrand and the sauna with an amazing view of signal hill.

Initial experience was really great. The massage was amazing, to the point of dozing off. This time though, I got quite a chatty Cathy. Fortunately she was very sweet and kind. Quite entertaining too, but sometimes guests just want to relax and not hear or say anything. I felt obligated to participate in the conversation even though it was not to my taste. But she was so sweet I could not be impolite. Her kindness made up for it, it would be nice though to relax completely. Everything else, great. Facilities are clean and well tended. Thanks for the little gift, would also recommend guests purchasing some of the gels. They really work.

I read a review on this from a reviewer that specializes in spas. She had a terrible experience and I decided to try anyway, because the facilities sounded so awesome. I had a terrible experience. The worst was waiting over 1/2 hour for a towel for the shower. I rather left. There were people from the gym also waiting for towels and they were not impressed. My masseuse kept pitching me as she massaged down and struggled to massage with her longish nails. The decor and place needs a scrub down. The jacuzzi looked very dirty. I liked the steam room and sauna there. I wouldn’t go back.

Location, facilities , sauna, jacuzzi and pool are exceptional and outstanding. However, if you're expecting an equally exceptional massage treatment you will be highly disappointed. There is one therapist who talks too much and doesn't meet basic massage criteria. She believes she is God sent and thinks she is allowed to delve into people's personal matters and preach as if she is a pastor instead of massage therapist. Please ask for a therapist who won't talk the whole time and who is able to do a professional massage.

They have a small gym with wonderful views Great views overlooking the waterfront from the sauna, steam room. The massages are wondeful and very tranquil. Always guaranteed to leave happy and relaxed. Team is kind and always has a warm welcome to guests of the spa and hotel. There service is splendid and wonderful atmosphere.

The treatments were lovely (I thought the rooms were a tad bit small) but what I love about this Spa is their facilities. Equipped with a fitness Centre, jacuzzi, steam room, indoor pool and sauna all located on the 19th Floor with stunning views of Cape Town. Lockers and showers available with complimentary Charlotte Rhys shower gels and shampoo that smell divine. Hotel guests have the benefit of using these facilities until 10pm. I will definitely be back.

Went for the 60min Gentle Touch For Mom massage. Zodwa was my spa therapist and it was absolutely amazing. She gave me a pregnancy pillow and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the massage. Definitely worth every cent. Calming, relaxing and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also went for a swim in the infinity pool afterwards and I was lucky enough to have the entire pool area to myself. What a treat. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time at Heavenly Spa by Westin and OH MY HAT!!!! I am so relaxed. Booked the full day package with my mom and sister for a girls day. We had the most amazing time. Great experience purchased 2 half day spa vouchers! Service was amazing and treatments were luxurious, amenities are clean and compliant with covid-19 regulations. Service from staff, particular Sharadon was impeccable, she really is wonderful in her front office Service as well as checking on guests and making sure that you are comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

The water was not as warm as i thought it would be,the jacuzzi was out of order,the floor had no rubber mats in the changing room so coming out of the shower with wet feet i almost slipped we waited very very long for them to bring the cakes down to the lounge we we had our breafast and the cake stand for the high tea was really really tiny compared to other hotels.

This is not called heavenly spa for nothing.... it is heavenly from the atmosphere, the view, the tranquility and just everything.... my favorite spot to unwind, recharge, me time.... don't know what to get your significant other for Christmas.... make it heavenly with a heavenly spa treatment...

Had a Mani Pedi. Treatment was nice. Then developed abscess under 2 different nails. Toe and finger. Westin Hotel and the Heavenly Spa refuse to take responsibility. On my 3rd course of antibiotics and had to have 2 x incision and drainage surgical procedures done.

Absolutely incredible. The views are stunning and their facilities are pretty cool too: they have a steam room, sauna, infinity pool and a whirlpool/jaccuzi. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The massages are a bit pricey but absolutely worth it.
