I went to try on a pair of pants I saw online. Typically, I don't enjoy clothing shopping and usually do the online thing because I don't like the attention of sales people, and I often find the pressure/forced complements off putting. But, not here. The salesperson knew the balance of how to be helpful but not intrusive. She made suggestions that were welcome, and she was kind, knowledgable, and respectful. It was a pleasure shopping there, and I will certainly return, in person and online.

I love this store! It's my personal favorite when shopping in Yorkville. I bought a Z Supply sweat suit and Spiritual Gangsta tank and I love them both, they are both super soft and fun, and have become my weekend uniform at the cottage, when the weather gets cooler I plan to where my sweatshirt with jeans and booties in the city (just like the store owner suggested). She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I purchased a blouse on-line expecting to wait days or even weeks (as you do sometimes); ordered it late afternoon and to my delight, received it the very next morning! Also the product was very nicely folded and packaged in tissue. I do not live nearby so have never been to the brick and mortar location, but I’ll definitely feel confident purchasing from them again online and will recommend it to my friends.

I happened to stumble upon Heidi’s store today and am I ever glad I did! Over and above the really great and trend on-point pieces, Heidi was a total gem. Kind, courteous, quick to help with sizing and recommendations. But not in an aggressive way. I left with a bag full of fall/winter items when I did not expect to buy a thing. I’ll definitely be back!

This review is long overdue. I love shopping at Heidi Ho2 because they always have amazing stuff. Even if my intention when coming to the store is just to look around I always leave buying something. And the best part is the owner herself, Heidi, so pleasant and helpful. Thank you always. I’m a customer for life.

Such a wonderful place to shop! The clothes are so well chosen that it's easy to find great pieces that work from day to night. It's always a delight to come in as Heidi has great instincts when it comes to fashion. She also has a deep inventory that can accommodate all sorts of styles -- it's really like magic!
