I 100% recommend Alberto @ Helvetia to laundry your clothes. We were in Naples for 1 night with a week of dirty clothes from a family of four from our time in Rome. Alberto turned around our laundry in less than 3 hours, he did an amazing job with our clothes washed and dry service (3 bags), affordable and delivered it with a smile. He did such a great job we went back the following day and asked if he could do another quick load and did it with a smile. Tenía una semana de ropa sucia. Pero lo hicieron muy rápido, y además la lavaron, secaron y empaquetaron muy bien. Mi ropa olía muy bien, no era un jabón demasiado fuerte y estaba perfecta al tacto. Entiende el inglés y podía entender el español igual de bien. (Yo hablaba inglés). Cuando vuelva a Nápoles le pediré que me haga la colada. I had a week's worth of laundry. But they did it very quickly, and they also washed, dried and packed it very nicely. My clothes smelled very nice, not too strong soap and were perfect to the touch. He understands English and could understand Spanish just as well. (I spoke English). When I return to Naples again I will ask him to do my laundry.

Ottimo servizio, veloce e molto gentili; se siete in viaggio e avete bisogno di lavare vestiti (anche in grandi quantità ) è la lavanderia che fa per voi , noi per esempio abbiamo portato 3 grandi valige ; Veloce, efficiente e tutto perfetto, inoltre si trova in un ottima posizione, quindi si può tranquillamente lasciare in questa lavanderia i panni da lavare , godersi la città e ritirarli in breve tempo , come abbiamo fatto noi . Siamo davvero soddisfatti ed è quello che cercavamo essendo turisti che cercano una soluzione comoda e economica per lavare le proprie cose in poco tempo , in maniera professionale e efficiente . Twice already used this lavanderia, here in Naples in the Spanish Quarter. Weirdly almost no apartments for rent here for short term (here for a production of Tristan und Isolde at the opera house just 4 mins walk from here). Service is reliable, very good value and friendly. Clothes are cleaned, dried and folded and well packed up for easy walk to apartment. Will have no issues using them for the duration of my stay and will pass on the recommendation to all my colleagues in the opera, all of whom are in the same, washing machine-free, boat.

Helvetia Di Starita was exactly what we were looking for. They took in our sack of dirty clothes, weighed it, and gave us the option of next day or same-day in the afternoon. We needed fresh clothes that evening, and Alberto said 6:00/18:00 PM. Everything was clean, smelled great and was very neatly folded. The price was a little more than we'd expected, but it's worth it for good service from a business owner who clearly takes pride in his work. I'd go back in a heatbeat.

We had been traveling about 2 weeks and needed laundry done. All of the hotel laundry services were very expensive. I decided to try this place based on the reviews. I must say the service was excellent and the prices very fair. I dropped off our clothes and picked them up a couple hours later. Everything was fresh, clean and very neatly folded. I used Starita for 3 loads of laundry during my month stay in Naples. They provided excellent service. Each visit I received fresh smelling, neatly folded cleaned clothing. Pricing is by the kilo. They were quick and efficient and laundry was ready as scheduled. They are a great resource for all those things that cannot be sink washed. I highly recommend them for their friendly, and efficient service.

Excellent service at the last minute! The owner was accommodating and was able to wash, dry, and fold our laundry the same day when we arrived to Napoli (from Rome). They didn't and excellent job! The price was very reasonable and we were able to spend our time seeing the city instead of watching the washing machine and hoping to the clothes would dry...

30 euro per 4 kg. I panni erano perfetti, ho solo sentito un po' di puzza di sigaretta su una delle buste contenenti le lenzuola, immagino che qualcuno ci avrà fumato vicino. Al telefono avevo chiesto se potevo avere i panni subito, la risposta è stata vaga ma positiva e infatti ho dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo. Non è stato il massimo come esperienza.

This is the perfect place for a quick wash and dry if you’re traveling to Naples. I dropped off my clothes when they opened in the morning and they had everything ready in a couple hours. Clothes are clean and neatly folded. I strongly recommend this place.

We took 6 kg bag of clothes here to be washed and it cost €40, which is what we were expecting. Ready that afternoon. Great service. Super friendly. Our clothes looked and smelled great. We would definitely come here again and would definitely recommend.

This laundromat was 10 minutes walking distance from our hotel. They were so welcoming and had our clothes ready the same day. Fairly cheap price and the clothes smells so clean. Glad we found this spot to get our laundry done. Definitely recommend :)

Highly recommended. Clothes were neatly folded and packaged such that golf shirts and wrinkle free shirts did not require ironing. Rates were reasonable. Close to Real Palacio, just off via Toledo. English spoken. Hassle free.
