WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and I’ve never left a review before on any service until now.The first picture is what I asked for and the second is what I got… THREE hours later. I showed them the picture and told them I wanted the ombré plus glitter on the ring finger at least 5 times. The girl said that she could do it, then just decided to do SNS plain grey instead without consulting me or telling me she was unable to do ombré. She ignored me when I asked during the SNS if she could do ombré with SNS. After asking her to remove the SNS and do ombré instead, she said she couldn’t and passed me on to another woman who “would fix my nails.” Well, she spent another 45 minutes on them and instead of doing what I asked, she attempted to paint white streaks on top of my SNS and then used a used eye makeup applicator to “smear it.” It looked even worse and got red glitter from the brush on and under my nails so I asked her to remove that (they wouldn’t clean the underside of my nails though and there is still red). I didn’t get one apology or offer to do the nails I disliked. Per the lady “that’s acrylic not SNS” but I never asked for SNS, I just asked them to do my nails like the picture and they refused to do the acrylic to fix it. They even kept on SIX WEEK OLD tips on my nails and did SNS over it because they were too lazy to do new ones despite me asking. Never going back! While the end result isn’t “bad” it’s not what I asked for at all and I wasted 3 hours of my time. *also- I was still charged half of the total price which was $50

I wish I could do 0 stars and 0 is not even worth it, this is the worse nail place that I have ever been, I walked in and ask for my SNS to be taken off I explain the manicurist that I don’t want to use the nail trimmer machine after the acetone and she was just ignoring my request not only that she was using the nail filer aggressively towards my nails (as you can see in the pictures)since I didn’t let her use the machine which of course will make her job easier and faster but harmful for my nails, I also told her to leave the wet cotton a little bit longer so it will be easier to be taken off without the need of the nail filer, and she just left and left me with the cotton for more long than is suppose to, I got sick of waiting for her because it was already burning my fingers and started doing it by my self, all the employees that were sitting next to me where just watching instead of offer me help or instead of simply do their job and do the service that I ask for, once I was done I stand up and asked them to charge me for the acetone because that was the only thing they provided in that miserable place and they just charged me the money no even a single apology was given or offered. I will never be back and I will make sure all my coworkers know about this horrible place if one day they are looking for a Nail place near work, make sure not to go to this one. I should had pay attention to the previous reviews, they were totally right. Great job

Stay far away. I came in with long almond shaped nails. I was asked if I wanted them cut, I said no. The nail tech then started filing my nails into a sharp square shape. I asked twice for her to not make them that way because it makes my clothes break easily and snag on my clothes. She rounded out the corners and left me with these ugly, short nails. I also asked her twice to paint my nails all the way to the cuticle. I tried really hard to keep my mouth shut but the nsuod are just ugly. When I expressed my frustration about it, the owner immediately started being argumentative and telling me my nails weren't cut, just filed a "little." The kicker is the fact that they charge for a manicure when all they do is shape and polish the nail. There was no massage. No hot towel. Nothing. Highly unrecommended. I will not be back.

Worst pedicure ever! The polish on my toes does not look professionally done. I also paid extra to get a foot massage, which I did not receive an extra foot massage just only the massage that originally comes with the pedicure. I was told that I would get my foot massage after the pedicure was finished. Once My polish was dry Iasked was it time for my foot massage she said I already gave it to you but you were on the phone so you missed it. I reiterate what she told me about waiting until afterwards, she said no I couldn't do it afterwards because your feet just been polished. I was like what! You just told me i would get it afterward Mind you I wasn't on the phone very long. Please stay away the pedicures are bad and the commicatuon is even worse. asked

I took my girlfriend to this place drop her off , when I came back to pic her up she was not happy with the service she had an appointment for 10:30 am and she was not attended till 11:15am it took 3 different nail tech to finish her manicure they kept moving her around she said , the did not pay atention to detail she had dry tick gel bubbles under the nails after they were done and when she told the nail tech the response was “it will come off once you wash your hands a couple of times “ . Definitely not taking her back to this place . Is been a couple of days since the glue under the nails didn’t come off and it looks like the didn’t even glued the nails properly . THEY DON’T PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL .

NOT GOOD... this place was recommended to me and my mistake was going in spite of the reviews. I was told $40 for powder dip. The owner charged me $50 saying "my nails were long(they are not)and extra to soak off the first product". They have to do that anyway and it wasn't a minute longer than typical. I heard the Building owner was selling and raised their rent price really high so she would move out. NOPE.. she just moved that expense onto the customers! Also, my nails were lumpy, bumpy and not shaped well. The music there was annoying and made me anxious to leave. WHY can't Jacksonville get a Nail Salon worth going to? I've been to several and this one is definitely not worth the high prices.

I never get what I ask for when I go there. I show them a picture as reference and ask if the work can be done every time before they start. They say yes but then proceed to tell me part of the way through that they aren’t to able do it anymore (either the nail tech doesn’t have the skill or they don’t have the right color polish or material). They eventually end up suggesting something different than what I ask for and it ends up looking very similar to the same thing they do for their other customers. It also appears that there is only one employee that knows how to do proper design detailing and a full set for the nails. Very basic work, very basic salon

Yesterday I called to make an appointment for that afternoon for my mom and I to get manicures and pedicures. We did have to wait about 15 minutes but were given priority over walk ins. From the time I called to the time we left the customer service was great. Both my Mom and I's technicians were great. My mom accidently messed up one of her nails while drying them and the technician was happy to fix it for her. We both got regular pedicures and my mom got a regular manicure and I got a gel manicure. Our nails both look pretty perfect. The cleanliness could be improved but overall I would recommend Hendrick's Nails for beautiful nails and kind service

I was a little apprehensive about visiting this particular nail salon because someone mentioned that they didn't wipe down anything after use and some equipment was already used and not sanitized. Also because I'm visiting from out of town and wasn't certain about their work even with pictures posted. Anyway long story short they did an amazing job and definitely followed guidelines for a sanitized space. So in love with my nails, Thank you Jasmine for your suggestion and being so gracious and professional. Anytime I find my self in JAX that will be the place to get my nails done.

I had my SNS manicure and gel pedicure, the dip powder manicure wasn't bad but they don't give you a manicure with it they just do the powder so the cuticles and side skin still there even after you pay for a sns manicure. The pedicure was not good, not sure if it was because it was done by a very young girl and perhaps inexperienced but it was not smooth I had to point out multiple times at what to fix and even after it wasn't great. I give 2 stars because the sns technician was good just for the price not getting a manicure seems outrageous.

Chin and Jasmine are AWESOME!!!! All the staff is very friendly too. Very clean, beautiful shop I Usually get gel nails which last more than 2 weeks and I'm rough on nails. Also, they guarantee that your nails will last for a minimum of two weeks. If you have a chip within that two week period they will guarantee their work and fix the nail that is messed up. Today, I wanted to switch it up and had SMS dip appied to my nails. Chin explained the process as she was applying the dip which I appreciated since I had never had it before.

Everyone here is nice, the place is nice, but I got my nails done on Monday and by Wednesday two nails had already begun peeling because they did too many coats. I tried to tell the technician that when I had them fixed but she disagreed. By Friday two more started peeling. I decided to go ahead and buy the kit to do them at home instead of returning for each nail, because a couple more are starting to bubble. All in all, I'm just not happy with the job that was done.

Due to Covid 19, the salon is open by appointment only. You also must wear a mask and if you don’t have one, they sell them for $1.00! We were seated 6 ft apart and some chairs were left empty for distance. It’s supplies, seats, tables, everything and anything are constantly getting disinfected! I felt safe getting my manicure and pedicure done here. The staff are friendly, my nails and toes look great! Would recommend this place to everyone..

Fastest mani I've ever had, and it looks like it too! There was one other guy that finished a young girl and went to watch vides on his phone and nobody else was waiting. What was the rush?? Half of the gel peeled off over the next two days and my nail beds are drilled down to nothing.. I called and asked about having it fixed and she said maybe she would take a look at it.. nevermind, Looks like I'll be buying some glue on for a while

BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!!! I came in on Valentine's Day from out of town needing a good spot to relax and treat my nails. I got acrylic ombre and it was the best I have ever had. Jasmine definitely did a wonderful job. Everyone at Hendricks Nails was so friendly and the atmosphere was peaceful and had good vibes. I DEFINITELY recommend going to treat yourself whether you are just driving through town for a short stay or if you're a local.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Save your money and go elsewhere. The technicians were rude and after I asked her to fix my nails bc they looked so bad, she did and repeatedly kept cutting me; and wasn’t even remorseful.I ended up having to leave and get my nails fixed elsewhere. The nail tech who worked on my mom was just as bad. Stabbing her under her nails and SMILING when my mom told her it hurt. Avoid this place like the plague.

The quality of the pedicure was terrible.The tech took her 2 tools from a small zip loc bag. She did not remove all of the polish from my toenails and when I bought it to her attention she acted like she couldn't understand what I was saying. She never applied cuticle remover. She went and got a cheese grater from somewhere which I refused . The warm towels were old and dingy. The polish was like a 5 year old did it.

My daughter and I walked in without appointments and were seated within minutes. Both techs did a great job. They did not have the color I chose for my SNS but they quickly found like colors in gel polish. My daughter asked for designs and they were very accomodating. Their services were very detailed and they still got us in and out in a reasonable time. Very pleased over all for our first experience.

I was in Jacksonville on a work trip and needed my nails done but was very hesitant bc I am SO PICKY about my nails. I showed the woman a picture and I was so pleased with the final outcome. I got dip powder and they lasted 3 weeks. I'm really hard on my nails and they never last that long! Prices were great. Staff was friendly. I wish I could go back every three weeks and get them done here.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. It’s owned by 2 ladies whom I’ve gone to forever. They have designed and decorated the salon beautifully, not like your typical nail place. Chien and Jasmine are so friendly and helpful and my nails look incredible EVERY time. Can’t say enough good things about these two female entrepreneurs- great ladies who care about their customers and do a rock star job.

I called to set up an appointment. She told me I could come in right now. But when I informed her I am deaf, she said to come in later because they dont have time to write back and forth. I tried to ask why not now? She hung up on me with the interpreter on the line. She is definitely discriminating!! That company need to be report for not doing deaf friendly! Im giving poor star!

I have officially found my new favorite nail spot! After being unhappy with my old salon, I figured I would give Hendricks Nails a shot. Upon walking into the salon (which is super cute btw) I was greeted immediately and had only a brief wait time. Jasmine did my nails and she was great! I asked for ombré acrylics and she did an amazing job. Will definitely continue to stop by!

This was the best pedicure I have had in a while. A lot of places rush you through and don’t take their time. Not this location, she was thorough and made my feet feel amazing. I haven’t been in a while because the last few places I tried just didn’t put any effort into the process. I will be back and if you have a chance to visit, you won’t be disappointed.

Nice, quiet, relaxing environment with good music and even better customer service. Mr. Kevin did my gel fill in. He was very friendly and did an absolutely amazing job. No cuts or over filing (burning) like other salons. The pedicure was pleasant as well. I didn't get the ladies name, but I will definitely be back again! Highly recommend!!

I went today, the place was empty. the lady who did my nails cut me multiple times, and made me bleed. she didn’t apologize or recognize that I was bleeding until I pointed out that she was hurting me. my nails turned out okay, just poor customer service, and I shouldn’t ever leave the appointment with swollen and bleeding fingers

Unfortunately hit and miss. My last visit will be my last. Felt rushed and not thorough. Literally bare minimum on massage portion. I had to ask for correction of polish twice. One of the worst manicures ever. Nail filing was not even. My polish was chipping on second day because edges were skipped. I usually get a week.

4.5 stars, gave me exactly what I was looking for! I had not been overly impressed with them people to this visit and even tried q new place (which was bad so I didn't go back). The only reason I give 4.5 is because some of my previous nail polish was not completely removed. But again I'm SO so happy with the results.

This place was awesome! I’m in town for the week and really needed my nails done. My one year also accompanied me (didn’t cry and just chilled) but the ladies were so kind! The place is clean and beautiful. Everyone was so nice. The best gel acrylics I’ve ever had. Fast but accurate. Highly recommended.

Hendricks nails may have some great technicians but I certainly didn’t get one. Understood no English pretended to clean under my nails even when I pointed out they needed to be done and i had polish on my skin when I left. After one swim in the pool the polish has began chipping and smudging.

So glad to have had the pleasure of having a mani/pedi at Hendricks Nail Salon. I was in town for a wedding and a bit desperate to have my nails done. They were professional and attentive to detail. I was so glad that they were in walking distance from my hotel. Great prices - great service!

Wonderful place! We made a reservation and came in with eleven people. The ladies at Hendricks Nails gave everyone an amazing pedicure and all of us (men and women included) can not wait to go back next time we're in town. They were very friendly and did a great job! Thank you!

My gf and I went for pedicures, mine turned out great...hers not so much. Not sure if the girl was new or what but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. Had to ask for a new nail tech but the damage was already done. Katie was good though.

My nails are always looking perfect, natural and strong. They respect appointment times, and have respect for your time. Jasmine does my nails and she is a perfectionist. I am one picky customer and leave this nails place pleased every time.

Convenient location, competitive prices, quick service. I almost always walk in. I made an appointment once, but I usually come in during the middle of the day so it's not too busy. They are always able to see me quickly. They do a good job.

Wish I could provide this salon no stars. I scheduled an appointment , got there on time … only for them to let the regular customers skip me for over an hour. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever had. New customers stay away!!!

Best gel mani/pedi in town. Results last 3+ weeks, clean and professional environment and great service. Jasmine does my manicure and Lee does my pedicure, but anyone on their team does a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Jasmine and Chen are A-mazing! I've been getting my nails done for almost 30 years, Jasmine does my nails now and she is, by far, the best! My Mom drives all the way from Orange Park to see Chen and loves her! Highly recommend!

Terrible service. The women could not understand English at all ! Very frustrating. Also they are not cleaning the chairs/anything between clients. Very dirty. The only Covid restriction is to wear a mask.

Great job for a great price and speedy service! Would get 5 stars if their cleaning practice was better. I never saw them wipe any chairs down after use and the file was definitely pre-used.

I highly recommend Jasmine and Chien, they do an incredible job. However, if you are getting SNS ask for Jasmine or Chien because some of the other nail techs DO NOT do a good job with SNS.

This salon has gone downhill! My husband and I both had pedicures that were so bad that upon leaving we found another salon to fix what this one had done. Will never go back!

They don’t really give you a manicure or pedicure. They just paint your nails and put lotion on (sometimes).
