(LADIES SECTION) Cut my hair way tooooo short. Making me look absolutely ridiculous. No apology received, received irritated expressions when it was their fault. Overrated!! I've been to many salons and the worst experience was this one! Ruined my hair terribly!!!!! Extremely unprofessional in dealing with the situation too. Do not go here!

Fazila and Zaheera are awesome. Excellent service and most friendly atmosphere. They demonstrate a positive and great attitude. Their recommendations are professional and with quality skills. I am definitely ecstatic with my new hairdo. Thank you guys, I am receiving plenty compliments.

They were unprofessional she was talking on the phone the whole time. My hair was cut uneven, I sat waiting for my hair to be washed told her repeatedly that my head was burning and dye needed to be washed out. Left unhappy and wasn't even the colour I asked for. Don't recommend !!

The lady cut the hair uneven and made shorter than requested, they don't even care to apologize for their mistakes. Never use their service again, very unprofessional.

Prices are good men and women. However i find that sometimes when I do 3 different things in one session depending on who does these for you they escalate the price...
