Just writing this review after my excellent experience at the Carindale branch....Nikki...you are a legend ...you cut through so much paperwork for me and provided me with the right options I desperately needed...forever grateful...and as I said when leaving...they're definitely not paying you enough money

We would not recommend Heritage. We have a considerable loan with them but the process has been confusing, and disappointing and the staff does not know what one hand is doing from the other. Conflicting advice, poor communication and a general lack of empathy to try and resolve issues.
