I wanted to say a massive thank you to Portia and the gentlemen teller that helped me with the process of locking my accounts after a hack into my other bank account (another bank entirely). They stayed open an extra 45minutes to ensure my account was closed, I had a completely new account and that they had discussed all possible outcomes/solutions with the fraud team to ensure that no one would access my account. Considering it was a very stressful time, it was a huge relief to have there help and understanding. I appreciated it a lot. Thank you!

I have never met anybody so rude, arrogant or sexist as the "gentleman" who handles loan applications. I was very happy with heritage until I met this man yesterday. I will now be swapping banks. (I fully understand the legality of what I was asking for, however telling someone their idea is a joke, ridiculous etc and being literally no help at all. Just sat there and basically told me I was stupid! Is not ok for ANYONE to do!) This man is not good at his job on any level and really needs to work on his people skills.

After enquiring about a credit card, I reached Aman, who very professionally helped me through the entire process, even reaching out after the initial questions to let me know how everything was progressing. He was very upfront about the expectations and reasons behind each step of the process, and flexible with contacting me when I was available. This has been the most pleasant customer service I have received from a bank in a long time, and I am very glad I chose them!

Worst experience ever. Firstly, I was told I was all good for a personal loan.. wasted 2 days of my time and giving them basically my whole life info to to then be told oh sorry actually we can't. I have the best credit history, and other banks can lend me. So not sure why the stuff around. But they wanted to come across for my home loan.. hahahH yeah, no thanks, bridges are burnt. Don't waste people time.. you had all tge info from beginning

Great experience wing to wing. Lodged internet application. Phone call from Aman within 30 minutes. Sitting in the branch completing the application within an hour. Information exchanged and application submitted and fast-tracked. Anytime I needed to talk with Aman I could always speak with him. Zero hesitation in recommending Heritage Bank at Brookside.
