Mehul, who usually works at the Garden City branch but was filling in at the Springwood branch, could not have been more helpful. He understood my request, answered my questions and provided me with options but didn’t make me feel pressured in any way. As a direct result of his excellent customer service, I ended up completing more business with Heritage than I had originally intended.

Mehul and Sandy were very patient and helpful when I opened up term deposits for my entire family. Sandy spoke in Mandarin which was helpful for my Chinese wife. Mehul advised me on how tax on interest is best not payed into a joint account. This should prove useful next year. Thanks for your help.

Went in today to drop off some loan documents to be forwarded to head office. I was served by a bloke named Nathan who not only forwarded the documents but also took the time to check them over with me and answer some questions I had about the loan process. Very happy with the service :]

Very poor customer service in this Garden City branch. It used to be a good bank. Unfortunately, standards have declined significantly. Staff need further training in dealing with customers. Being rude, dismissive and condescending is bad for business.

Daniel the manager at Garden City has been the most helpful banker I have ever dealt with. He made the process of getting my new car load super easy and even opened the branch early for me to sign paperwork so I didn't have to take any time off work.

Cannot thank Julie, Stephen and Tim enough for all their help over the past week. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. So much appreciation and gratitude for all the staff at this branch.

Been with these guys for years. Getting our home loan with them was such a breeze they really take care of there customers. Staff are always nice and bubbly and a joy to talk to :)
