It could be that this school is fairly new but organization is sketchy at best. I think I expected more because of this schools affiliation with Herron High School. This school is supposedly ran by the same administration but 2nd time around may not be as easy as they hoped for I'm guessing. There are delayed start times and early dismissals and the schools seem to be sharing teachers(funding issue I assume), all of which is too much back and forth. Last minute school closings, like 15 minutes before school is to start only to find out once you arrive and they were unapologetic about it.lol I will review again if my child is still here next year, if so, hopefully things are better the 2nd year of being open and they will be in their permanent location. Also, apparently there is no funding for buses for sports teams either and they dont appear to be too big on athletics, limited sports available, so if that's your kids thing, this may not be a good school for any "star athletes" at this time that being said. They do offer Latin, I LOVE that as it's the basis of a lot of languages and it's rare that schools have that included in curriculum these days. All in all, I see the effort but this is the last 4 years of these kids school age youth and it seems to be extremely disorganized at the moment as far as start and end times and sports but they seem to have plenty of events to draw in future students which will be good to fill up the huge old naval armory. Lastly the face of your organization tells ALOT, that front desk receptionist is a bit unprofessional for the impression they try to make of the school. Visit the school a few times, multiple, before making your decision, ask ALOT of questions and go from there.

Amazing School! Faculty and saff are wonderful. Challenging curriculum including AP and honors starting freshman year! We couldn’t be happier.
