When picking up the car the staff member was not really good. I use so many rental cars but this is the first site who asked for the return vehicle with fuel receipt. And next day when I returned the vehicle and presented the receipt the staff member (different from yesterday) said no it is not necessary.
My insurance company has used Hertz Penrith and I only have good comments to say about them.i dealt with Koray who was excellent but did have to converse on the phone to other staff who were just as professional and well mannered.The car was spotless and late model Well done staff!
Hertz have always had a vehicle or a similar product for me to hire. Other rentals, I feel, don't have enough vehicles at their deposal to service my need. I've used Hertz 4 times in the last 12months and have always had a commercial vehicle for me at my moment of need

I wouldn’t even give hertz Penrith a one star. The customer service is shocking. The staff are so rude and unwilling to help customers. Their quality of cars are terrible. Interior and exterior is dirty and have weird musty smells. DO NOT HIRE A CAR FROM HERE
Staff have tertible people skills, i had to ask how the vehicle worked rather than them taking me through the vehicles functions, they only told how how to turn on off, so was never able to use the cruise control sat nav etc. I will not use them again.

The absolute worst reception staff. Cold, impersonal, judgmental, unhelpful, and containing no personality (what a surprise). Hertz Penrith, please hire new reception staff. Everytime we go here we're left with a bad feeling.

Got a parking infringement fine of $150 whilst driving a hired car. Paid the fine in full the same day. 2 weeks later Hertz decide to charge a $55 processing fee as if the $150 fine didn't hurt enough.
