Aweful service, car wasnt available for pickup, had to wait for 30 min and finally they gave a malfunctioning car. The car got broke down in the middle of highway. Steering lock, Breaks wasn't working and engine was shutdown. Had to use hand break to stop. When called up the customer service, they took 7 hours to get a new vehicle.

This branch can get busy but the staff work really hard and I have always found them to be the most helpful I've encountered with Hertz. Have rented from here on a number of occasions and they have helped me get the best pricing for my requirements and given very sound advice on routing, how much gas I'll need to put in etc.
