Got a bad experience with them.Rented a small truck and done 85 kms approximately.While I was returning the truck they demanded extra money as I exceeded 23 kms more than the 150 free kms!!! While arguing they showed me the picture of odometer with date stamp which was not matching with my rental date.So they withdrew the demand but was not apologetic and blaming the computer but it was clearly a human error ie uploaded wrong details with the old picture.Lesson learned..take a picture of odometer by yourself before moving the vehicle

One of the best car rentals in the area. Absolutely love you guy!!! The new staff ( Sampson) was amazing and very helpful from the start. On the day of vehicle return, I was running late due to busy hour traffic. But the staff was so kind to wait for another 5 mins. They did not pressure me at all. So professional and kind hearted. Thank you.

I hired a car from Hertz Clyde North and I must say their service is excellent. Specifically I need to mention that Kyle's customer service was top notch and he went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best service. I give him 5 stars. Rented a car nearly 3 weeks using Amex card and transition hasn't shown up on my card due to Hertz system. I have been calling them every week to chase up and haven't had a call from them yet. Not the best first experience

Excellent and friendly customer service staff and car was very clean inside and out, I recommend this place to anyone over what I've seen and heard of some other companies in surrounding locations

Car/trucks are new and clean. However the customer service and communication is less than satisfactory. Would recommend using Pakenham or Warragul over Clyde North

quick to take money out - slow to refund - absolutely ridiculous - phone a guy over the phone and he was no help - useless company with useless staff...

they lie to customers by saying they are open from 7 am but infact the business is closed and the phone does not ring and they all are sleeping,
