I’ve had great experiences with these guys and girls at Taren Point, from vehicle upgrades to just good service. This time round they went above and beyond! 2 weeks ago I rented a vehicle and on return I failed to notice an expensive item had fallen under one of the front seats. 10 days later I realised it was missing and contacted Greg at Taren Point and he managed to track it down at Sydney Airport over 2 weeks after I returned the vehicle! Awesome work and thanks very much!

Hired a car from Hertz Taren Point and was helped by a super lady called Carli who went over the car with me, even showed me where petrol lever was. Nothing too much trouble and in no rush, helped me with my luggage and was with me til i drove away. Great rate and great service, thanks Carli.

Really couldn't ask for more. Was there as booked. Easy for pick-up Car was clean inside and out. But scratches all over and rear bumper completely different shade.. not a car to impress but for transport only. Low Kilometers but Hertz can't help bad bad bad drivers have rented it.

Excellent service from the two ladies who served my husband and I. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. By far the best car rental experience we’ve had. The car itself was a new cx9, clean and lovely to drive. Highly recommend.

Great service! Staff is friendly and professional. they give relative advices and helping a lot with all the inquiries. Car fleet is pretty new. I have been renting cars there number of time, never had car drove more than 40k kms.
