Save yourself the disappointment and order somewhere else. Overall, an awful customer experience. One stars because the pizza was tasty but arrived cold - 2hrs after my order was placed. When I’d ordered, I was given an ETA of 85mins. Already a generous amount of time to agree upon, but I’d agreed to it when I paid $60 for 1 pizza and 1 bottle of wine plus delivery. My order arrived 35mins after the initial ETA. I ordered through the Hey Bianca app and spoke directly to customer service throughout the entire time. I had asked for my complaint to be escalated to management, after 85mins had passed. Throughout this time, I received no contact. 2hrs after my order had arrived, I received a text from management asking how my order was. I responded and had told their management, what had happened. I received no response. No apology. No explanation and no offer for mitigation or resolution. Again, an awful customer experience and an awful business complaints system and awful follow up by management (where you’d normally expect the best customer service?!). I’ve also read through previous reviews and this seems to be a known and ongoing issue in recent months… I’ve also ordered before and had similar experience with delays. Never ordering again. Will recommend others NOT to bother.

My experience of Hey Bianca was a relatively greasy affair. Ordered online through their app, which is very easy to navigate, and was immediately sent a confirmation message, then an update message, a message to say it was ready, a message to tell me how to eat it and finally a message to share my experience with friends for a $5 discount on my next order. Unfortunately, I doubt I'd be back to redeem my discount because I don't recommend the food. On pick up of my order at the service window, three young lads (kids?) were in the middle of a food fight, whilst one was flicking ingredients off his fingers onto the pizza he was making like he'd touched something outrageously disgusting. The pizza wasn't too bad and initially tasted very good, but after a few slices, I have an incredibly strong and pervasive taste of garlic or garlic oil(?) that won't go away and doesn't feel too good. I love a gourmet pizza and I also love a good old-school pizza bar, but unfortunately Hey Bianca falls flat. App uninstallled. Not recommended

Having never tried this pizza I decided to order for myself (CBD store) and for a group of friends in Brighton (from the Somerton Park store) who are in isolation. Unfortunately the dough is much too dense, even whilst eaten straight away and it was not the experience we had hoped for. We have travelled Italy extensively and the pizzas here do not come close to that of Naples or the Campania region. There is an issue with the flour-to-water ratio in the dough, and likely the proofing times. The dough also did not sit well in the stomach. I would recommend going to Pizzateca, OSC (Ridleyton) or Sunny’s if you want a good pizza. Please also ensure that your delivery drivers adhere to no contact deliveries. Both delivery drivers were request (through the window) to leave the delivery at the door, this request does not need to be repeated as we had already pre-selected no contact. The shop is marketed well, but a lot of improvements will need to be made. *Edit - we had a pizza voucher which the owner honoured, thank you. We ordered a few weeks later and the pizza was still not the experience we had hoped for.

Absolutely loved the Pizzas at Hey Bianca since first bite! Have been coming back weekly (even twice weekly before they reduced hours) because that’s how good the pizza is! The staff are lovely even thought you don’t really deal with them as it’s all done through the app. I feel once they “got me in” as a customer, the quality went down hill! If you pay $4 for an additional topping (after removing another item worth the same money) and you ask for “Heaps” of the additional topping in the comments, you would hope you’d oblige! But I got LESS than the additional amount. It was almost like it was teaching me a lesson for asking! Even though I paid of course. $75 for two pizzas is crazy. I can’t continue doing that, especially when I travel so far. It would be a much different situation if you had just put on some extra considering I had 1) Paid for it. 2) Had an item removed that was of the same value anyway in which you don’t get a credit for. Look after your regulars, they’ll spend close to a couple of hundred dollars a week! Sadly for me, I won’t be back.

Where to start? Cold pizza, 2.5 hours delivery after ordering, no contact numbers to ask what’s happening to the delivery, only a message box that no one reads! A few polite messages asking when do they think the food will be ready? No reply! Canceled order on their site, asked for a refund and ordered somewhere else, the pizza from another restraunt had arrived 20 mins later!(and hot, lovely) Then a knock at door with a cold ‘Bianca’ order delivered. We let them know by messaging again as to what happened and they simply offered a $8 off next pizza purchase. Omg! Warning!! Don’t bother, they replied that they had over 200 hundred orders and were short staffed, so clearly they are doing very well, Thank-you. But don’t worry about their loyal patrons, get the money and run.

This used to be great pizza. Now it's hit and miss, and I have some go-to pizza places I prefer, if they're open. I had my delivery service refund me for the last pizza I got, because, as another reviewer has recently commented (the comment has 5 likes, so I think it's a common issue) the pizza was not fully cooked. I expect cheese to be slightly browned and crust to be cooked through rather than doughy. Will give them another shot, because maybe it was just a busy night and they were rushing...? (No excuse, but things happen I suppose). Next time I will request in the comments that the pizza be well-done (cooked through). In short, give them a shot. It might be really great pizza. But on an off night, you could get an under-cooked pie. (And yes, I know that the grandma style pies are thicker - but should still be cooked through).

The absolute best wood oven pizzas in Adelaide conveniently delivered with garlic bread, gelati and wine or beer. Bianca provide the whole ‘date night’ package or in my case a great gluten free treat for a hungry teenager when I’m too exhausted to cook. They are really flexible with their toppings and their pizzas are consistently fantastic. We have been ordering for at least 4 years now and it has been wonderful to see the business grow from strength to strength, even serving from its kitchen window in the summer and during Fringe and we love the special treats that occasionally arrive with our delivery (bring back the Compost Cookies!) We will continue supporting a great South Australian business with their own delivery App and their own drivers! ❤️

I used to love their pizzas in the past. However, they seem to have gone downhill. The pizzas we ordered came quite late... so I thought, ok, maybe not their fault, that's fine. But the pizza's themselves were reallyy bad, especially the gluten free base. It was burnt to a crisp and had the taste/texture of cardboard. Unfortunately, it was virtually inedible... and they charge +8 dollars for THIS?? honestly kind of insulting. glutenous pizzas were a BIT better but not nearly up to the usual standard - no air bubbles, bad texture/bready flavour, and the base in the middle was quite soggy. Prices are very high for substandard pizza.

As a regular customer (from the beginning) last night was definitely my last order. So sad.... What was once a great pizza place has slowly gone downhill. I've given them so many chances.. hoping maybe they'd improve again, but they havent. Absolutely no love in these pizzas any more. The base was the real let down here.... it was hard, doughy and undercooked....they used to be light and airy .. absolutely unbeatable... Now they're definitely something I'd rather forget. Actually didn’t rate the pizza but I think it’s more my tastes than anything else, it was certainly a well “thought” pizza. The pepperoni and the darker bits of the base had a strange smell, the driver was super polite however, it would be MUCH better if you could use Uber eats and “create your own” - the options on the Uber Eats app don’t suffice (can’t remove anything, no notes either). Biggest reason I didn’t like the pizza: too much cheese. The middle was just a pile of sloppy wet dough and grease. 5 stars because most people would love the extra cheese and it is certainly better than most pizza places around!

Forcing a customer to download the app on mobile to order pizza is possibly the most anti customer friendly system I have ever encountered. It’s a great way to lose customers especially when the website doesn’t direct customers to the Apple store on chrome and also forcing a customer to share the location while using the app (you can’t order without it enabled) Seriously get a phone number and take orders on that number. Stop trying to be the next Silicon Valley unicorn and get real. There’s a reason dominoes allow you to call to order still and they are delivering pizzas via robots.

As a huge Margherita fan I’m often disappointed in what I get served, I mean it’s kind of like ordering an espresso in that it’s super simple (in theory) but because of this simplicity so much can potentially go wrong. But not here, it’s how a Margherita should be made, when you’re ordering a pizza which is essentially just tomato and cheese you need to make sure the sauce is all the way right and Hey Bianca have truly nailed the flavour, to add to that the base was perfectly done and the cheese was enough to have an appearance but not enough to take away from the star (tomato!).

The customer service is extremely bad. I came to pick up my order which already showed ready for “pick up” on my phone but the staff told me my order wasn’t ready yet and ask me wait for 5 mins. After the waiting time, I came to ask him again and this time he said: l maybe 10 or 15mins, I don’t know” and turned away. I had no choice to cancel the order. Waste time and money.

Bianca is hands down the best pizza places in Adelaide. Proper Italian pizza not like so many other local ‘pizza’ shops with their stodgy dough and low quality toppings. Always fresh amazing food and fantastic service. So many times the staff have gone the extra mile for their customers, you always feel appreciated even when they’re very busy! Hey Antonella the sister restaurant is very good too - especially the arancini balls! Great management of both! If you’re considering it get it!

Finally a good pizza place. Taste, quality & quantity all great but Giving you 2 stars less & I ordered ahead but the food quality change just in 1 day. I visited first time during regular day quality was so good I forced my friends to come with me to have vegetarian & margarita pizza the quality was so good when I visited but it suddenly dropped as no proper taste & pizza was not properly baked. It was not so busy else I can understand that might have happened.

Shocking service and delivery. Delivery driver sat in his car across the road and was on the phone for over 5min while we waited. he eventually came to the door and gave us the pizza which ofcourse ended up being cold. ontop of this a pip was also found in the pizza. Contact was made with the store and the response was rude and dismissing. definitely not going back to this place and would not recommend.

Hands down one of the best pizza places in Adelaide CBD; it’s our go-to on the days we want to enjoy a night in! The Sicilian range is delicious, especially the Garlic Bread Falco and Grandma Pie are at the top of the list too. Easy to order via the app, never had any issues with customer service. Highly recommended! ⭐️

Pizza was awesome - I'd have rated 5 stars but we had an issue where we found out after we ordered delivery, one of the party was lactose intolerant. We couldn't figure out a way to contact you to change this without making a whole new order (no phone number). I appreciate this is probably a deliberate move on your part, and shame on us for not checking, but a simple problem had no solution.

Delicious Pizza and in my opinion the best in Adelaide. What I particularly like is the airy and light dough and the tomatoe base that I can taste not only see. The pizza is not soaked in grease, but still is flavoursome. Usually, I am not an app person, but ordering the pizza through this custom app makes it so easy to get an easy meal delivered. Congratulations on a great product.

If you fancy a typical dirty pizza this place probably isn't for you, but if you want a fresh crisp Italian pizza then get around it. Hey Bianca I'd traditional style Italian pizza at its finest. Their cheesy garlic bread is also to die for, it is super crunch, garlicy and cheesy, but in the ideal ratios. Probably one of the best in Adelaide. 5/5 would and will pizza again

One of my new top 3!!! Given 5 star for a number of reasons. No 4.8, amazing concept, friendly staff and of course tasty pizzas. Had a Margarita Sorry for the poor pictures. Pizza. Crust fluffy and airy as it should be. Base cooked well. And pizza is nice n thin. Sauce on point. And I’ve just finished the whole pizza!

Initially I gave a 1star review without even tasting there pizzas because I had to use an app because you can't phone, being an old boy apps and technology aren't my cup of tea. My son showed me how to use app it was a seamless process to order. The pizza was excellent, I will definitely be ordering again soon.

The best pizza I've eaten outside of Italy. Authentic Italian pizza. Delivery is quick and the pizza was still hot. Have had them deliver twice and have been delighted twice. Great deals on too. The no call system is a terrible idea. The only way to order and contact them is by the app, which is absolutely useless. The prices were already high, but the last order was even higher. Extraordinarily high. Not value for money when the quality is inconsistent. That's the last time I order here. I'd avoid.

Great little pop up takeaway store, consistent and tasty pizza, good location close to the hospital, can order there with variable wait times, I found it easier to download and to order with their app as you can enable notifications and it keeps you updated with your order/ wait times. Doesn’t take cash.

We get Bianca Pizza delivered probably once every 6 weeks and were hooked after the first one! They are always still hot when they are delivered and we tuck in with gusto. The honey chilli on the miele pizza is delicious

The best Gluten Free pizza EVER. If you are GF and in Adelaide, you MUST come here. I've probably had 150 GF pizzas over the years, and I've never had one nearly as good as this. It really tastes and feels like eating a true Neapolitan pizza pie. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Surprised to find that these takeaway Napoli pizza bases were not soggy compared to an award winning pizza place we eat at back in Sydney. Focaccia pizza bases are filling. Good pizza from a cute looking shop. And efficient ordering process using the app.
