Came in here to browse and look around with a friend. The guy working greeted us then stood across from us with his arms folded, staring not saying a word the entire time we were looking at t-shirts. It was a very uncomfortable/awkward experience so we left almost immediately after coming in. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. We were both wearing face masks & after reading some other reviews it appears they’re very apposed to that for some weird reason. Also, couldn’t help but notice we were the only two people in the store which is telling. If people choose to wear a mask, it’s their right. & lastly, don’t hover and stare at people while they shop. Nobody likes that.

The guy at the register was very condescending I made a purchase Friday and came in to return two items that didn't fit, he continues to ask me weird questions that had nothing to do with the transaction may I add he asks me for my id to match my credit card but when I made the purchase Friday that didn't happen, this guy needs to brush up on his customer service, I come in this store and shop regularly and today I think is my last time coming in here.......sorry not sorry but you can't treat people that way especially a regular, this guy treated me as if I was some scrub that comes in stores to window shop

Came into Hidden Hype looking for some Yeezys and was helped out by Dallas which was very informative about them and had a positive attitude and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me out. I ultimately bought a pair and was happy with the price not too much over retail. Also the owner was there helping out customers which is always nice to see. 10/10 would come back. Really nice vibe too

went to go buy yeezy red foamrunners. after tax I paid $390 was told they were new. b4 I left mall I checked out the one he threw in box from back n it was used. It was worn. I got my money back. So advice check the shoes b4 you leave mall. because if I left I wouldn't of got my money back. He said someone tried it on and walked around, when u can't try them on there. lol
