I experienced excellent service by Will and the High Point team! Will came in and provided me with an estimate and then interacted with my insurance company as needed. He found multiple items that were left off of the estimate. He was able to work effectively with the insurance company to correct those items and deliver on the repairs. I want to note that my roofing team was also headed by a person who could easily communicate with me and listened to what I had to say. He presented me with options when needed and the work was completed in an efficient manner. My shingles were upgraded from the builder base shingles to a version that could withstand more wind and harsh weather. I feel that High Point provided real value with this upgrade. I was kept updated throughout the entire process of replacing my roof, painting, replacing gutters/downspouts. I could see the many years of experience in the business coming through in their work.
