Ive never actually have had to use a lawyer ever in my life. However, because the court system arrest my fiancé (who is a 3x war veteran from the Marine Corp) for a warrant (we had no idea. we got pulled over for a traffic violation) the day after Christmas and also the same day we put our service dog down. I was lost, alone and unsure what I was suppose to do. I called around that evening frantically looking for information on what’s the next steps to get him out of jail. Dan called me back late the same night and explained to me how things are likely gonna go. It was also the holiday weekend things might not go as fast as because of it. I walked into his office to sign paperwork and explain to him what happen. He was nothing but understanding and was so kind to offer me bailing my fiancé’s out of jail before paying him. I had plenty of money for both after I put my title of my car up for a loan at Title Max. He fought the system tooth and nail to get him out as quickly as possible but he didn’t get released until 9 days later. We spent New Years part, and couldn’t even contact each other due to the case. After everything we went through, the case is now over and Dan truly is the best lawyer Ive ever seen. A lot cards were stacked against us and we STILL won! Thank you so much for the amazing experience for it being my first and hopefully my only! I definitely recommend Dan. There is something to be said about a lawyer that is clam, respectful, empathic and understanding that truly shows how much he cares about his clients.

Do not hire this guy. I hired him because my mom’s friend used to work for him and she recommended him to us, plus I saw he got good reviews (which is shocking after how he treated me). I am reporting him to the state bar. He lied to me constantly, never responded to my calls or texts, when you call his office he’s never in, he will show up to your court dates late and looks completely lost and not prepared, scrambling through his paperwork and when they ask if he’s ready he laughs and says “no”. When he doesn’t show up late he will send someone in for him without letting you know beforehand and that attorney will also show up late to your court date and act lost and confused. On the most important court date Dan Hill is nowhere to be found and doesn’t call or text to let me know he won’t be there and is sending someone else in for him. Completely unacceptable since I paid him in full, upfront. The very few times I got to speak to him he told me he would do things that never got done. He didn’t work on my case whatsoever and had zero decency to answer any of my questions or concerns. He doesn’t care about his clients, just their money. Overall, this guy is a liar and unprofessional, he did absolutely nothing for me. The only time this guy will act like he cares is when you tell him you are reporting him to the bar because you have proof of everything he did, only then will he write you a long email, too late for that. Again, do not hire this guy he is untrustworthy and will not help you.

First thing that I want to acknowledge! Is how amazing Mr.Dan Hill is!! I was fighting 2 Felony charges. DUI and Substantially bodily harm case. Which could have resulted in me having to do prison time!! From the beginning of my case until the end Mr.Hill has never let me down!! He was honest and didn’t say the things that I wanted to hear just to make me feel like we automatically had the case in the bag!! This man is the absolute best attorney that I have ever seen. I’ve hired other attorneys in the past and have felt like they were the boss of me, telling me what to do even though I am the one that hired them to do a job that I payed for. Dan went above and beyond and finished my case in a week. A case that took another attorney that I hired for previously a whole entire year and didn’t even finish.
