The receptionists at this medical centre are so rude and unhelpful. I have had at least 3 very negative experiences with 3 different receptionists over the last 18 months. I don't understand why they act as though they are on a a power trip when there are working in the medical field. To the receptionists at Hill Medical Centre - please try and consider that you are dealing with people that are ill and looking for assistance and instead of being condescending and making your patients feel like a nuisance it would be kinder to learn patience and respect for other people...Or get a job in a different field where you don't have to deal with people everyday if you don't know how to. It's a shame because all the doctors are quite lovely, but it's become such a disgusting experience dealing with the receptionists I will not visit this medical clinic again.

I have been seeing doctors in this facility but it takes forever for them to actually see you. This COVID time, they ask you to wait outside in your car. I had an appointment but I was waiting nearly an hour despite the appointment. I called the receptionist but just keep saying that you are the next. If you cancel they will charge you 55 aud for not appearing for your appointment. They just clearly don’t respect other people’s TIME. The essence of an appointment was to have everything organised. If the 1st appointment starts late, expect at least delays for the next so might aa well have a COURTESY call to your clients so they dont wait outside for TOO LONG! It is just very disappointing reading reviews with same issues, meaning they dont seem to bother fixing the issues.

No one should visit this place. These guys mocks you and make fun and ask “are you dying” the nurse asked me when i said i need my prescription urgently? I had a telephonic consultation and was to pay on call, no one called me to ask for me as i was working i forgot till the time i realised my prescription hasn’t come i called and the receptionist said she cant resend the prescription and i have to make another appointment to get my prescription. Please avoid this place.

Many of the most disrespectful and inconsiderate GPs work here especially Dr Ivan Ng and Dr Mary Ann Boulos. Firstly they did not empathize with my condition and said some hurtful comments to me, as if I am a debilitating patient with no hope. I am extremely disappointed and upset. Never going here ever again. I miss Dr Amita Roy she used to work here, she was so warm and compassionate.

The service that receive from Dr Bahadır Cem Demirdes is excellent.Dr Bahadır Cem Demirdes and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care.Dr Bahadır Cem Demirdes explained everything to me in a very clear manner.He was also kind and friendly.Highly recommend hım. “Thank you so much for your wonderful service."

The doctors here are the best. We used to have another family doctor and it wasn't until we started coming here that we realised how bad our other doctor was. We have a particular doctor we are here who is excellent but every doctor we see is great, very thorough and takes the time to give you a proper consultation.

I have been going to this clinic since I was young! They are professional, Caring and friendly. The doctors have definitely showed so much compassion and kindness to not only me but my family members who are also patients there. Lastly, All of the receptionist are lovely. Highly recommend this GP practice :))

Really happy about Doctor Nina. Very nice and helpful. Patient and professional. Already would like to thing more and provide extra helpful information. Just feel like she is really thinking for the patient. One con is that her time is really hard to book... Highly recommend her.

They are a very passionate group of medical practitioners and I highly recommend them for their attention to the patients and the services available. Wait periods are lengthy at times but take your iPod or a book and know that they will do their best to take good care of you.

Dr Nina Chiang and Dr Gor are professional ,nice, helpful, cos they found my problem that nobody suspended before. My test results were always fine but my symptom consistent.after more than a hour consultation She found that related my mental illness. Very impressive.

My first visit was such a pleasant feeling! The receptionists are friendly and professional. I would also like to mention that Dr. Benjamin is such a caring doctor. He is humble, enthusiastic, optimistic, and efficient with his profession. Thank you again :)

the receptionests so rude. my family doctor was fouad dawod for long time but he never treat the patient nicely, he is so low person who shout at his patients if we visit other clinic. he is so selfish unpolit person, he doesnt deserve to be a doctor

Extremely happy with the doctors here. They take the time to understand issues and explain remedies well. Love the addition of online booking system. Nurses are very professional and are great at putting kids at ease.

Absolutely the worst place! Waited 1 hour to see the Doctor EVEN with an appointment. I asked the receptionist twice and they kept saying I would be next. These guys play you like a trick! DON'T GO HERE!!!!

Dr Rebecca is the worst one here. Very rude, no empathy and take patients as the quick way to make money. I think she just passed the residency and already becoming worst doctor.

Reception staff is friendly and the doctors are great. I'd really recommend this but waiting time is a bit too long. Had to wait for half an hour even with an appointment.
