Have used Hillcrest over the last few years and they have been fairly reliable when going in person, but arranging delivery for Valentine's day is NOT recommended! Ordered 11 days PRIOR to Valentine's day, they GUARANTEED "AM" delivery, mind you, i live less than 1 kilometre away, nonetheless they assured me it would arrive in the morning. After 3pm, the flowers had not arrived, I called through, they advised that they would follow up with the courier and get back to me. Over an hour later, I arrived home, still no flowers, I kept trying to call through to no answer. I went to the store directly (only being down the road) and spoke to the manager, she advised that she had not heard from the courier and would follow up, after 10 minutes of waiting, she said flowers were onboard for delivery. I advised that i wanted a refund as they assured me they could guarantee AM delivery, Manager would not refund me, but gave me a bunch of flowers to take home, defeating the purpose of arranging delivery and spoiling the surprise for my wife as a result. Once I arrived home, the delivery arrived shortly after at approximately 4:45pm, the greenery in the arrangement damaged, 3 of the dozen roses squashed, the arrangement NOT actually matching what was ordered (was supposed to be a mixed dozen, and instead had 3 pink roses and the rest were red) and the attached card wet and damaged. The one star is only provided because of the bunch given to me in compensation. I can appreciate it's the busiest day of the year for florists but if they are unable to commit to their service delivery, they should make that clear in their disclaimers! DO NOT USE FOR DELIVERY!

my husband went on Valentine's day in the morning (about 10am) and purchased me a huge bouquet of flowers. I got home from work at about 2.30 pm as much as I loved the arrangment, the flowers were starting to die. a couple of days later and all the flowers and greenery were dead. waste of hundreds of dollars. this used to be our florist and flowers would last a couple of weeks. shame the busiest day of the year and their flowers are not fresh

Christina, Tony and their team are so hard working and endeavoured to provide us with beautiful flowers for our wedding. We are truely appreciative of their effort and love they put into all of our arrangements! From my bouquet to the groom's boutonniere, they styled it to our theme and they reasonable with the cost. By far the worst experience I have had ordering flowers. I was unable to confirm whether or not the flowers had been delivered for over one week (kept being told to call back) and when I finally visited my friend and saw what I had paid over $150 for I didn’t recognise them because they were so small and insignificant. Unfortunately I would never use again.

This amazing florist saved my butt! When another florist did not come through for us she stepped in and made a beautiful casket cover arrangement out of the flowers she had available. It say it looked amazing is an understatement! It was stunning. I wod highly recommend this florist and her expert knowledge. Thank you again for saving the day!

I went in this evening to get bunches of flowers to make my own arrangements for my engagement party tomorrow. The lady was amazing! So so helpful, told me exactly how to style and what to do first. She also gave me advice on color and tone! I walked out with 8 large bunches and greenery for $99. Really great experience! Definitely recommend

Rude, walk in the shop happy and asked for a quote for roses and the lady just not stop pointing her finger at me and explained the price and said "be careful what you asked for" walked away. ??? I don't know. Everything else nice in there. But wasn't happy with the service. Might try next time but probably wouldn't.

I sent my order through Interflora. The flowers are okay but not worth the money I paid for them. They will be ideas in a couple of days. Really...really disappointing. This is the second time I have used interflora in a week and I will be complaining about the quality of work vs what you have to pay upfront.

I walk past Hillcrest Florist four times a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Without fail, they have a magnificent display in front of the shop and it's clear they work hard and deliver an excellent local service. Well done!
