I cannot recommend the service provided by Hills Self Storage more highly. I am moving overseas and needed to store the contents of my home but working to a budget meant that I could only afford a medium sized unit. These guys are the tetrus champions of the world! I spent some time meticulously measuring my items to ensure everything would fit. I judged what I would send to my new home based on what wouldn't fit but there seemed to be an endless array of little things that needed to be stored. I lost much sleep over whether everything would fit and was even ready to have to sell a few more items if they didn't. Rest assured... enter three brothers... Gavin who offered me a wonderful deal that beat Kennard's out of the water... Andrew who took care of the paperwork and made me feel welcome and Daniel... who deserves an Oscar for tetrus mastery! Daniel came to my house and helped to load everything carefully into their moving truck... my first panic as I wondered if it would all fit (it did!) and then assisted in the process of moving it all to the unit and getting it in inside. And sure enough... he fit every last item and gave me the time and smile that compelled me to share this here! Don't waste time with inferior service for exorbitant prices... Hills Self Storage is the best home away from home for my things! Thanks guys x

If you are looking for a good service, great value for money and hassle-free process to store your stuffs then I would recommend Hills Self-storage without having a second thought. The best service they offer is free pick-up and trailer for hire. I wanted a space to store my stuffs while I am away. They helped me, in fact guided me to get a proper storage space according to my requirement so that I dont end up paying more !! Their free pick-up and trailer hire serviced helped me to move my stuffs from Cherrybrook to the storage. And trust me the spaces are well maintained, they are very neat & clean. What else anyone want when they provide 24 hrs camera surveillance ! Long story short, I really appreciate their service, best customer service ever. Thank you so much guys for everything.

Our experience with Hills Storage was nothing but professional. We have used the Galston facility twice now, over extended periods each time. They came and inspected our home and advised us on what size unit we needed to declutter our home for sale - and they were spot on. The access to our unit was fantastic, and this made it really easy for us to come and go with extra bits and pieces whilst we were in the process of selling and moving. When it came time for us to eventually leave, all of our furniture and goods were completely clean and dry. They even gave us access to their courtesy trailer for me to move the stuff out myself. I came to the Galston storage in late January of 2020 and two young men greeted me like I was in the country town, there names are Nick and Ben. Along the way whenever anything was needed they were obliging and it was great. Unfortunately today 10/10/22 my time here has ended, I rang up to find out what protocols I needed to follow and spoke with a wonderful Gal named Kelly, again so helpful and thoughtful. To sum it all up, if I could recommend a facility that has what this Galston store has, I'd be more than happy to recommend it and there staff. Fantastic Storage Facility. We used Hills Self Storage in Galston for a 10 year period whilst we lived overseas. When we returned to Australia and emptied our unit, we were very pleasantly surprised on how well everything in the storage had held up so well. There was no 'musty' smell on anything, no mould or moisture, no dust nothing. Even our electrical goods worked perfectly (washing machine). The team were so helpful on every visit (never remembered what number our unit was!! Everything ran extremely well and always with a friendly manner. Highly recommend Hills Self Storage if your in need of storage solutions.

It is so rare to find a business run by genuine people who actually want to help. People not always after a financial return. We have used Hills Storage in Galston here and there to store additional stock, and to unload containers. The team are always so nice. So genuine, so warm. And so helpful and supportive. As a business owner, the arrive of a container or large amounts of stock, is stressful. And hard work. Hills storage are so helpful in these times, whether its helping with a forklift or meeting a delivery. A business is only as good as its staff. This business is 5 star all the way.

Hills Self Storage Galston are a great facility to deal with. Mark , Ben and Kelly have been extremely professional and helpful since I began storing my car there twelve months ago. Recently, I had to take my car out of storage and Mark was fantastic in helping me have the car ready for the tow truck when it arrived. He went to a lot of trouble to jump start the car and move it into position for loading. A very well family run and managed facility. We used Hills Storage to store our entire house contents when moving overseas and the assistance we received was brilliant and very helpful. We were given the use of the Hills Storage trailer which made life much easier for us with some assistance even packing the trailer. The storage facility and the units are super clean and tidy and being able to have access 24/7 is a big bonus for sure. Thanks to the Hills Storage team for all their help and we can highly recommend their facility and services to anyone requiring storage.

By using the facilities in Galston I noticed that not only me felt a great amount of respect for the Hills self Storage Management team. The way everything worked is a result of how good management is filtering through to everybody and I hope I have left everything in the best order. Everybody else seems to do the best they could including other tenants of appreciation and respect. HSS team even called me to let me know that as they spoke the last of my container left the premises and they would end the rental contract , i.e. I did not need to chase them.

Overall the experience at Hills Storage was made easy which was fantastic as there was too much going on at the time to have any other dramas. From professional handling of my enquiries to assistance with moving my larger items from home into storage at Galston. All of the staff are friendly, management is efficient & well received. Also the availability of virtually every type of moving box you will need with a free roll of tape for them was a great help.

I have been a customer of HSS - Galston for many years and I am continued to be amazed by the staff. The Gents that work here (I haven't met any Ladies yet) really look after there customers and just continually go above and beyond to help you. I run a small business with my wife and if they see my wife (or myself) needing help to lift a box they come over and help. Just an awesome well run business with good old fashioned customer service.

I was happy with overall experience. I just wish they would sort out the one gates that seems to be out of order a lot but that is just a minor. For my caravan it was a different story when the tree next to it dropped a branch right through the roof. They shortly after that removed the tree but still left me with the damage. I did not complain so in earnest I am not sure what the response would have been. The caravan is sold now.

I have dealt with multiple storage companies over the years and I cannot recommend the services of Hills Storage enough. The service, the price, the cleanliness of the place is second to none. A stand out above the other storage facilities in my opinion. I found the staff to be exceptional and know their product well and appreciate them truck hire, wine storage, the list goes on.
