The experience I and my guests had at the Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow last week was truly world-class. Their attention to customer detail, dietary restrictions, personal preferences, and special requests was truly met without limitation. Having studied luxury management in Paris, I understand the importance of catering to and addressing the various customer touch points. What was unique about this hotel in Lucknow is that they took it upon themselves to surpass a rating of 10 with each individual touch point as though it was a stand alone rating obligation and not a collective one. To provide examples: When I arrived at the hotel, I was met with a bouquet of flowers and greeted personally by the head of housekeeping. The third night I was there I ordered room service and was surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine and and an assorted cheese tray by the head of food services personally. Each morning when I went to breakfast, both the hostess and the restaurant manager already knew my room number and asked if we had any special food requests we would like the chef to prepare. Additionally wait staff and chefs in the restaurant and in-room dining always greeted us with a smile and were always certain to ask if we wanted anything special from the kitchen whenever we seemed to even give a facial expression of remotely appearing to want something new or missing. To go further, our laundry was delivered every day exactly 24 hours from the time we provided it the previous day. When I made a special request with my food to in-room dining they made a special effort to purchase items that day to make a dish I requested and personalized the items would be ready the following day upon request. Finally the last day we departed, the restaurant staff surprised us with a bon voyage cake plate that was designed for us and then asked to take a picture with my guest and I with the restaurant staff. Every member of the staff made us feel special on our stay and it started even before we arrived with the hotel manager and management staff giving our reservation special attention to even help assist us by making the car pickup arrangements upon airport arrival and special arrangements for checkin procedures. Every member of the hotel staff viewed achieving the highest level of customer service as their personal goal and it was surely felt. Truly, at a time when the USA, as a whole, is experiencing a huge lack of desire to achieve even a modest level of customer service, this hotel has managed to achieve something that most American business units of operation could only dream of and I highly recommend that their model of service be reviewed by the Hilton home office so that it may be shared with the entire international Hilton Worldwide operation. The contribution of this hotel to the service industry is truly a gift that should be shared. And I look forward to visiting this hotel again when I return to a Lucknow.

The room size or washroom size does not matter to a guest if the service is pathetic. This is normal that Hilton will have a good room. For last 20 mins I am calling Housekeeping / Front Desk / Duty Manager / Guest service Hotline for a Tea Bag . It is ridiculous. Service is the essence of any good property. Spacious rooms/ washrooms anyone can built if fund is there . But to offer good service , you need to have will & professionalism.

Service is horrible. No one takes call at 8 in the morning . The hotel provides one single Tea Bag in the room with 6 sugar packs. Installing modern lightening system in the room does not make the stay comfortable ratter it makes life complicated. The management must concentrate on providing the minimum amenities in the rooms.

Situated in Lucknow's business district - Gomtinagar, you would expect a Hilton property to be at least decent. The only positive of the stay there was the breakfast spread. We arrived early in the morning and requested for an early check in. We had 3 rooms reserved and the hotel failed to provide an early check-in for even one room. I had requested for a non smoking room and got a room that smelled like cigarettes with burnt cigarette marks on the curtains. The guest that checked in immediately before me requested for a smoking room and was given a non smoking room with the excuse that they are fully booked. Basically bad property with horrible service and good food. Never staying there again.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Lucknow. Traveling with my two adult daughters, the room was nice and comfy and the food amazing. Special mention to Mustafa at the restaurant who prepared a table outside specially for us as we regretted not having some outside space to have dinner instead of the heavily air conditioned restaurant - without hesitation, he requested some staff to take a table out for us on the empty terrace, and came back later with mosquitoes sticks, we had a great dinner and the food was amazing. The breakfast buffet also was the best we had on this Indian trip - great choice and tasty food. The room also was nice, clean and confortable.

The Hilton Hotel in Gomti Nagar Lucknow is a great place to stay for solo or with family. The staff here is very welcoming and responsive and friendly and helpful. The checking in was very smooth and quick. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean especially the bathroom. The food, be it, room service or in the restaurant is great and well prepared. The breakfast had good verity and options.

Room was spacious and bed linens towels etc were clean. The room and corridor carpet was smelly and looked unclean too. They had a system where the outside indicator of do not disturb sign was indicated when the inside switch was in the off position. Hence to was not getting cleaned and tea coffee toiletries were not replaced. The staff in general was courteous and polite. The location is right in the heart of the posh Gomyo nagar area .The breakfast had amazing range of choices. The team in the breakfast restaurant was very active and courteous. Overall a good hotel but definitely doesn't do justice to the brand Hilton .

Great staff, good food. Location is convenient and close to malls, offices and small eateries too. Suitable for family and business travelers. TV set up box was giving a problem but they resolved it within no time. Delighted with their response time for everything. I got injured outside but they were kind enough to send me milk with haldi which helped me recover fast. Truly amazing. Thank you everyone at Hilton Lucknow.

The staff at the front desk was not able to handle crowd during checkin as it was a long weekend. It wasn't even a crowd, just 4 families. The staff was also getting agitated when asked about the room status instead of talking politely, this is not something we expect from a hotel like Hilton. The AC in the room was not working properly and we had to change rooms just because the hotel did not properly check all the amenities before allotting the room to us. The only good thing was it's breakfast spread. Expected more from a hotel chain like Hilton. Disappointed.

We had good time staying at Hilton Garden Inn for 3 days. The room was spacious. There were a few things that were missing in the room , e.g., iron board and iron, hair dryer, and body lotion which were provided by the staff only after enquiring about them. Breakfast buffet had lot of options and food quality was good. Manager Gaurav was very helpful and was constantly seeking for the feedback. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quality stay.

Had fallen ill. Had fever and shivering. The hotel staff were extremely caring and helpful. Right from the reception staff to room service to housekeeping.. Everyone !!! I would like to Specially mention Gautam (for lending his phone charger as I had forgotten to get it ) and Arohi from Reception, Ashwini from Room Service and Ismita for taking care of me as if I was their very own. This is the room 418, I got until complaint was Registered. The phone also was broken, hangars were not there, bathtub was bad, pictures shared with duty manager. I have 2 witnesses also. It was clearly a defunct room passed on to me since booking was through corporate makemytrip at an attractive rate...Hilton this is not done...duty manager didn't even bother to check room....training big time required...avoid this hotel...though food is ok. Not an experience to have at night 9 pm.

Hilton is a nice hotel at a nice location in Lucknow. Good food, large and well maintained rooms. But the reception staff and management are non customer friendly. Me and my colleagues stay in this hotel almost every month for 3-4 days. We never get early check in or any other customer pleasing support.

Everything was very good. Right from decoration, hall capacity and many more but the reason for 2* is the poor food except Carrot pudding. आप लोग साधारण दाल चावल भी देते खाने में तो अच्छा था पर कच्चा आधा पक्का खाना कौन देता है जहा न स्वाद का पता और ना ही ढंग के खाने का पता .. कहते हैं ना दिल का रास्ता पेट से हो के जाता हैं and the food was not good . So 2* for overall look and 1* for carrot pudding.

The reception people were very very helping...... I really would like to thank them as a token of appreciation.... keep up the good work..... Also request management to complete the ongoing construction ASAP....

Carpets in the room were dirty. Not cleaned properly. Food was absolutely tasteless. Simple thing like omlet was dry and tasteless. Focasia bread was a joke. Dosa, sambar etc..all too tasteless

Great Hospitality and Good food. Location is quite nearby to all the key destinations be it Bada Imamabara or Chowk Market. Le Martineire, Aminabad and most of the destinations are very nearby. I recommend this place for couples, families. Just one missing thing, place misses out on activities for kids.

An unfortunate safety related experience. I will suggest anyone should double check before checking into this property. Hilton in other cities is much better and nicer.
