Came here expecting the worse however, the female toilets are clean, some may not be stocked with soap, check in was smooth and we were early so we did not have to queue for immigration and check in. There are a few food options inside and outside, few sitting area to wait. Inside aircon is okay, the shops are okay too. Souvenirs are pricier than in the local area but that is to be expected. Food and drinks range around 150000... for rice or noodles... or cheaper for a sandwich... there are also a few sleep zones available... cleanliness can be improved as you can see dirt in a few of the crevice of the chairs. Hope that the airport will continue to improve

Whilst we passed through on our way to Singapore it was calm and efficiency throughout. There is a small souvenir gift shop with cultural items and prices are reasonable we thought if yiu need that last minute gift. It was located at the far end of this concourse before you check in When you get through passport control you are straight into the departure gates area with shops all along this level. You need to go upstairs for the restaurants. We went to the Saigon Cafe and had Caesar salad and Special fried rice which we both rated and the salad was very fresh. All prices are in dollars.

No water fountains. 10 USD for a fanta and a water seems ridiculous when shop price is less tha 1 USD. Slow immigration check. Toilets are decent and cleaned regularly as I had the opportunity to stay next to one for 3h waiting for my delayed flight. Can be confusing as you don't find panels with all flights and their assigned gate. Too hot for my liking and AC not working well. P.s. do not use the taxis outside the airport just get the grab app which is similar to uber and will give you a spot on cost and driver tracking. Outside taxis can be scammers.

Đây là lần đầu tiên mình trải nghiệm điều này ở Việt Nam. Tôi thường đến Việt Nam du lịch và cho rằng người Việt Nam rất thân thiện và có nhiều người tốt, nhưng tôi nghĩ hình ảnh TP HCM sẽ xấu đi.

Sân bay Tân Sơn nhất viết nam riết rồi khủng khiếp thiệp luôn á trời .... không cho hành khách mang nước từ bên ngoài vô bên trong thì hok có vòi nước cho người ta uống bắt buộc hành khách phải mua nước ở bên trong Sân bay với giá cắt cổ...1 chay nước với giá 3k nhưng bên trong Sân bay bán với giá hút máu người là 2.8usd tương đương với giá hơn 60k ...! tôi là người Việt Nam nên cảm thấy rất là xấu hổ vì Sân bay Tân Sơn nhất quá tham lam tồi tệ......

Ho Chi Minh airport was quite big compared to hanoi airport, we had our flight at 2:20am but we reached the airport at night only around 8:30pm, so that we could buy something from the duty free, but later we found out that indigo does not have it's own airlines check in counter, there are third parties who allows us to check in, but in 3 hours time interval that was a big issue, as before that tym period we were not allowed to check in, rest everything was smooth

The airport is ok. But does not provide drinking water facility. Also airport shops english understanding is poor, as a result not able to communicate properly. No normal lounge for customers.
