Rooms 5/5 they're clean, have a rustic/local vibe. The bathroom was updated. We had a balcony that was shared with 2 other rooms, so be sure to keep the door locked. Service 5/5: The lobby is clean, and the staff is friendly. The pool closes at 10, but that's a good thing because it sits in the middle of the open hotel area so everyone can hear the splashing and ruckus going on. There is valet parking that was $51 for overnight gated parking. When we needed to get something out of the vehicle, they were friendly about it even though the parking was super tight (see video). Location 5/5: It's one street over from Bourbon street so it's extremely close to everything and all the festivities. The downside to this is that we heard alot of vehicles revving and roaring down the streets.

Hotel is within reasonable walking distance of all the bars and restaurants, but be aware if you need to go anywhere of distance this hotel is operating a slightly shady money-making scheme. They don’t proudly advertise it but they basically force you to valet park with them at the cost of $50 a night. The parking lot they park your car in isn’t anything special either, it’s literally just a barely hidden parking lot that’s just across the street. I didn’t have any issues with them retrieving our car when we needed it but at the same time, I could have easily parked and retrieved my own vehicle, it did not require any special type of skill to park in the valet parking area. Other than that the hotel was okay. Beds were on the hard side, toilet was finicky, if you limp wrist the handle it’s not going to flush. AC did a good job of keeping us cool. We only stayed a couple of days so I can’t speak on room service, we never needed it.

First experience with this hotel and it was a great one! When I arrived to check in I found myself on the desk as one of the "Guests of the Day" - which was super fun because things like that never happen to me! lol! I got a free upgrade to a balcony room, which was awesome. Every staff member I encountered was really nice and helpful. We didn't partake in any of the amenities in the lobby but they offered coffee and filtered water and such. The room was nice and clean, it had a Keurig and a mini fridge. There were plenty of outlets and places to put our stuff. The hotel was within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to do in the French Quarter. I mostly use IHG hotels for work, so that's where most of my points are - so I will definitely be staying in this hotel again on future trips to New Orleans.

The location was great, just a block away from Burbon St and (about) 8 min walk from the square. The staff was very friendly and we were able to call the front desk to get extra supplies and the valet to get our car ready before we walked down. My only complaint was the room. It felt like the AC never really got our room cold, and there was barely any lighting in the room. The tub also didn't drain properly when we showered.

I stayed here 4 years ago and loved it ,so I booked it for my son and his wife for their anniversary.we loved the location and restaurant and bar and music. What disappointing thing to hear that neither the restaurant or bar was open. The hotel is good and the location is good .But had I known that the restaurant and bar were closed I would have booked elsewhere for their first experience in New Orleans . I don’t feel I got what I paid for!

If you are searching for a wedding venue that captures the charm of the quarter, look no further. The location is great and away from the noise of bourbon. We blocked rooms and would highly recommend. The Beinville Suite was beautiful and added that special touch to our preparation pictures. Thank you Lizzy and Lauren for making our day unforgettable.

This hotel is the perfect location to the French quarter. The pool is perfect and the courtyard is spacious and comfortable. I had a double bed and at 5’10”, it was shorter than me. We had kids with us, but a king bed is the better option. My sisters room overlooked the pool but my room had a balcony. Definitely would stay again.

This is a great place to stay in the French Quarter. Very nice and attentive staff. They had rooms and let all 4 of our rooms check in early, which was unexpected and awesome! Great location and very clean room. Everything worked and we had no issues with any of the rooms. Valet parking was quick also. Will return.

We recently enjoyed the holiday Inn, Lemoyne in the French Quarter of New Orleans. This was at the conclusion of an American River Cruise. Our rooms were very well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The central location was great for walking around the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street and all Nola has to offer.

Beautiful hotel! Loved the character, architecture and location to Bourbon Street. Staff very friendly and accommodating. My room was very large. Hotel needs to provide coffee and water in the lobby 24/7 for guest. The restaurant on site is not owned by IHG and the restaurant personnel we encountered was rude.

  • Sueblue02

This location is great! It is not on Bourbon street but I don't think I would want to stay on Bourbon due to the noise and crowdedness at night. Front desk staff was very lovely and the lobby was air conditioned so well that I usually sighed from relief upon entering. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Although an older facility (everything is old in NO!), this is clean, well appointed, and in an awesome location - not too far, not too close - to the district. Many things to walk to nearby. The rooms are smaller, but super serviceable with a comfortable charm. The staff was incredibly friendly.

  • Jana Sitler

Staff was great! Saturday and Sunday $24 buffet slightly more than Continental breakfast! No food Monday thru Friday. Rooms are very small and hot. Housekeeping is excellent and very helpful. Our room was supposed to have a microwave, it did not. I am an IHG member but no special treatment. More

The staff was so attentive and polite, I was greeted every time I entered the lobby. The location was perfect for my trip as it was located just close enough to everything we wanted to do. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and room for the prime location but good price!

Convenient location, walking distance to pretty much all of the french quarter. Clean and quiet room. Friendly staff. Room had standard bed instead of queens, check before you book. Pool was accessible and kid friendly. There is no food, snack, or drinks to purchase on property. More

Jazz and Jade are wonderful. All the staff is exceptional. The Concierges are great. Valet staff is also nice. No restaurant or bar on property. Lots of great places in the area to try. Rooms are older, but have character.

So much potential wasted - the balconies have not a single redeeming feature such as plant life or planter, the restaurant shut down during covid and as a result there is no life to the lobby, and the pool is basically unserviced. It’s

Perfect location about a block from Bourbon Street. I received a warm welcome as soon as I entered the hotel, and I felt at home my entire stay. If you want to be close to the action but still have a quiet place to sleep, this is it.

We stayed in New Orleans on our way home from a family vacation. We wanted to be close to Bourbon Street. We purchased the parking pass with our room. The hotel has a French Quarter vibe--small rooms, quaint decor, super nice staff.

Simple yet comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, the pool was clean and there were plenty of towels. The location can not be beat. Exceptional value, helpful staff, and overall wonderful spot to post up for a quick retreat.

Super relaxing stay during my last buisness trip to NOLA. Close enough to all of the entertainment that New Orleans has to offer but far enough—one block—that you can relax. Great option for your next stay.

Great hotel - walking distance to all the attractions. The concierge and travel agent at the reception desk were phenomenal. There is a nice pool, and overall the ambiance is very NOLA. Highly recommended!
