Had three different people work on me today without much communication. The first guy told me he was “really tired” after finishing the base—a solid color dip and almond shaping, even though earlier in our conversation he said the day hadn’t been very busy so far. He said someone else would do the (simple dot flowers on four nails total) design for me. There was miscommunication at the start regarding the design despite me having pictures for reference so I asked him if he’d explain my design to the next person. I was frustrated that the first person was too tired to finish but since he had earlier gotten one of the bottles glued to his hand and had to step away to fix that (understandably), I figured he needed more time to address that. I was concerned for him but I noticed he went to another customer and did their pedicure… The second person did some of the flowers a little sloppy, so I asked that he redo two of the four nails so I had flowers that were recognizable and not placed/spaced out without any concern for the overall look. He did ask where I wanted the flowers specifically the second time and I did my best to tell him but I expressed that I just didn’t want to feel like I was being rushed or overlooked. There was a little girl in the salon who kept coming over to try to play with the polishes that we were using while he was working on the design. He finished the design and walked away, for what I assumed would be my paraffin wax and lotion. A third person then came by and put oil on my cuticles and told me I was done. I asked about my paraffin wax and she said that she didn’t realize I had selected that manicure (but my sheet was out the whole time and perhaps one of the first two people could have told her?). She kindly left to gather those items and was super sweet when she was doing the massage and wax. She explained that it was her day off and she had to bring her kids in. I understand these things happen, so I wasn’t upset about the little girl coming to play with the polishes so close to me anymore. I paid with her and left. And yes, I still tipped because I’m not a jerk and services were provided. I had come in because of good reviews online and my visit started out very friendly. I was also impressed with their dip/color selection! However I do not think I’ll be returning based on the constant switching, lack of communication, and execution. Maybe don’t lie to the customer about being tired if what you actually mean is “I have to move to another customer because we aren’t fully staffed.” In the sunlight I can now see that the shape isn’t smooth on every nail and the white gel from one of the messed up flowers wasn’t fully buffed off so there is now a white cast over the tip of that nail. Update: I have chipping on my nails, the clear gel is flaking off and exposing the matte black dip underneath.

I had a mani/pedi appointment with a friend on May 8th. The staff was absolutely polite, the establishment was spotless. This is one of the nicest salons I’ve been to. Every employee has a smile on their face and they all make sure that you are taken care of. My nails looked so pretty once they were done. But I now have an issue. I had my nails done about a month before this May 8th appointment (another establishment in South Texas), so needless to say it was time for a fix me up. In a matter of 3 days I have lost 2 nails and had a nail break. I lost the 2 nails WAY too easily and my other nails are working on wiggling themselves off. Underneath the 2 nails I have lost, my nail bed is GREEN. Upon some research, I find out that the green is a fungus. A fungus caused from moisture. So somewhere during my manicure, something went wrong. Proper procedure wasn’t followed, tools weren’t cleaned, etc. Whatever the case may be, I am very disappointed. I have never had issues with green nails/fungus. Please make sure your techs are cleaning their tools, following proper procedures, etc.

It was my birthday Day... so came to get pampered myself. 4/30 1st impressions. Place looks clean receptionist was nice. Offered me water bottle or alcoholic beverages. I ordered color Dip and tips with Hollywood pedicure. lady that did my pedicure was alright at the end my feet still felt rough and the polish was already peeling when sitting at the pedicure chair. Happened to look down was disappointed when I noticed that one of my big toe nail color was peeling and my nails did not look so evenly cut to size which I was not happy. Had the other person redo it he tried to use the nail file to shape them but before he even clean it he puts the nail polish over my newly filed nails which made it more bumpy looking. ok sigh * I had him take off all the polish off and put on a new fresh clean toes. My Dip and tips are alright. They don't look uniform in size he did not file under my nails so it be smooth. Maybe I'm being to over the top but because of my OCD can't even look at them. I do love my colors though just not my place to go back $131 for my business.

Not even a week my daughter has her nails done and they where already popping off and breaking. We went back so they could fix them and was the same situation only this time the nails where actually breaking. My daughter doesn’t work in a hard labor job. For them to be doing this I had been going to them for 2 years never have this done before. When we had gotten there for them to get fixed we waited for an hour before they would do anything. I had to ask when they would fix it since there was others coming in as just walk ins. Don’t recommend this place at all. High price and not the quality they charge for. We did go the next day this is the second time that Hollywood nails and spa had fix it. Never again I’m i going there i would not recommend anyone to go there. Customer satisfaction was their goal not anymore

Since I cannot reply to your review. I assure you this is what happened in your salon. I will come in in the next few days and show you my nails! All the polish has flaked off. I assure you I asked for the UV light 3-4 times and my daughter who was beside can attest that I asked and the tech said my personal gel polish wasnt "real" gel! If she had put me under the UV light, my GEL polish wouldn't be flaking off! I have been to your salon many times as you should be able to see by your incentive system. This just breaks my heart! I own a business and would never tell a customer that they were wrong and we were more professional. I would try to right the wrong. I am so disappointed in your response.

I decided to try a new place after many disappointing experiences with my regular nail salon. Found this place and luckily Tyler did my nails. He is fantastic! He was very nice and personable, made me laugh and did a great job on my nails! They look thin and are shaped like I requested. He didn't cut me and constantly asked if I was okay while he was doing them. Needless to say, I've had some bad experiences elsewhere. I'll definitely be back! They also have a full bar which I would've loved had I not been there during lunchtime. I can't wait to go back with my stepdaughter for a pedi with one of the girls Tyler recommended. Give this place a try!

Went in for a pedicure and dip manicure 7/3/2022 at 12pm and within the same day my toenails already look awful. $47 is a lot of money for a pedicure and it was completed in no time. I used to love this place, but it’s not the same from when I used to live in the area. I never have had an issue with my toenails being painted and they always last about 2 weeks, so less than a day I am highly disappointed! My dip nails are just okay, but not completely happy with them at all. They are not uniform and I have definitely had much better.

They have a couple of good techs but my last service was horrible. When I pointed out a mistake to the mail tech I was told “let me do my job”. The pedicure was so rushed and the guy was so lazy. When I told the manager which had to fix an issue with nails he said he was sorry but I thought he might take a little off my $150 bill but no nothing! Not even a coupon for next time. I would only trust Sherry to do nails & Hill to do feet. But you can’t pick who you want to do your feet. They lost a good customer!

I just moved to this area and this was my first time here. I have fell in love with it. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were also helpful with my daughter when she started crying, two of the staff were generous enough to rock her to sleep. While I tried getting my manicure and pedicure; which was not rough. The two personnel who assisted me took their time. It’s usually hard to find someone who actually take pride in their job. I will be coming back to this establishment for now on.

I love this nail salon they always do a great job no matter which nail tech I get they always hook me up! Shout out to Lee who gives the best pedicures and Don who never lets me leave the salon without my nails looking fresh! Relaxing Environment. Their menu offers a variety of treatments at reasonable prices. The salon is always kept clean and sanitary and the staff is professional and friendly! I don’t have enough words to rave about Shari. She’s amazing. I’ve been going here for months and she kills it EVERYTIME. She executes any design I want even those very detailed ones. I also really appreciate the staff helping out with my son when he gets inpatient. Even though I try to go when he’s taking a nap, there’s been a number of times when they’ve walked him around in his stroller to keep him entertained. Everyone is so sweet and kind. My go to nail salon for sure :)

Very clean place. I got a pink & white fill. The pink was not very pink, but overall the nails turned out nice. I can't remember the guys name that did my nails (I think it was Sam.) He was wonderful and fast! I went on a Sunday after church. I called to get an appointment and had no problem getting in the same day. It was the same price as I had paid for a full set at another place, but I think it was worth it Due to it being a Sunday & how fast he was. I'll be back.

Where to begin, this is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Thu give me a pedicure (regular polish) and had kristi do my nails (full set with shellac polish) simultaneously, which cut the time in half. It was the best treatment I’ve ever had, I nearly fell asleep drinking my frozen margarita. I had an ingrown nail they took care of, and paid close attention to detail while providing efficient service. 10/10 would return & highly recommend.

Been going here since I was little. They used to be the best of the best but they have gone downhill. Sunny is probably the last good nail tech here. I don’t know his name but this guy who was working on my nails drew blood on me once and when I came back he did it again and he proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I have small nails? Like cmon, do better. Once again, thank you Sunny for fixing my nails TWICE, and being so kind.

I personally stopped in to the salon to get information about the services and pricing but it was too much bother to provide me anything in writing - i was told all of the information was on their website (and didn't bother telling me the URL to the site). If a potential customer takes time to stop by, then please do more than direct them to your site. If this is the type of service I should expect then I'm not coming back.

After what had already been a long week treating myself to a spa treatment turned out to be just what the doctor ordered. The technicians made me feel so relaxed and didn't waste any time attending to my needs and fulfilling my requests. It was long overdue and worth every moment. When I'm in town this spa is my "must have" and "go to!" They're very personable and conversational, thanks Tyler!!!

Love Jenny been going to her for a while - long journey of growing my natural nails and she’s done so good listening to me and what I want!! Sherri was amazing with my pedicure she made sure and got all the dead skin and ingrown nails out will be going to her from now on!! 10/10 highly recommend, they both are absolutely amazing!!

Unfortunately, the service at this place used to be five stars. Now it seems to have changed. I don’t know if it’s new management, or what. Today I took my nine year old to get her nails done for her birthday and they severely messed up her manicure job. Her nails look like a child did them. I will not be returning again.

I’ve been going to Hollywood for about 8 years now and have a different nail tech every time and they all do an amazing job. No matter where I’ve moved in the DFW area I always come back because I’ve never had a bad experience. They’re all very friendly and always give me exactly what I asked for. Love this salon!

I really like this place. It’s is a little more expensive but seems worth the price for the following reasons- the chairs are in perfect condition, clean and work. So many other places the chairs show a lot of wear and make the place seem dirty. The staff is always courteous, and do a great job!

Had nails done a week ago. They were thick and bumpy. They didnt clean up around the edges and under the nail. Now I have three chipped, the top coat is flaking off and color has faded from pink to an ugly peach. I'll never go back to this place. Over priced, dirty shop and poor quality.

The photo I originally had for what I wanted, they didn’t have the exact colors for but he made sure I was happy with the results and even let me pick out the colors that were similar and to my liking and the results turned out perfect and better than the original ❤️❤️❤️ …

OMG Vivian made me feel as if I was in heaven today getting my pedicure ! If you can imagine your ideal pedicure , I have no words to explain how relaxing and how well she took care of me . She’s also an amazing lash tech ! Shari & Vivian have been my most fav experiences here!!!!
