Can get crowded. With new stations and increased populous down the line, increasingly difficult to get a seat during peak times. One way in and out makes it a challenge to enter and exit station's only road Macarthur Ave, especially during heavy traffic peaks. Wait times can exceed 30 mins, particularly when there's an incident on Heathcote Rd. Upgrade to both east and west parking towers was a great initiative. However didn't take long for patrons to discover additional spaces. Parking has taken a dive again with those who arrive late at the station parking wherever they want, and in some cases parking other patrons in. With complete ignorance and disregard by some late parkers, Railcorp & SydneyTrains need to do more with enforcing parking rules and illegal parking. Where are the Rangers when you need them??

The trains are good but a particular bus isn’t. If you take the 902 please AVOID THE 4:26 BUS !!This bus never comes, if you see on the map it is in a different area, I seriously don’t know how these buses work but flipping hell, just fire that driver please if it isn’t to be like that !! It’s a nuisance and I’ve had people came up to me asking me when this bus will come and I always says “yeah it’s cancelled you’ll have to wait for some time”.

Good size parking facilities. Toilets facilities. Little bit crowded when exiting due to the fact that all travellers should exit from one side of the station ( the other side is explicitly for military use) Also, no car access to the station or its parking from Holsworthy, you have to go outside via Heathcot Road.

Wth with this station. Their restrooms are all closed? When you need it very badly. It was on a saturday afternoon and I asked the staff the old man and he was so very unaccomodating. because you are closing you are also closing the restrooms? Seriously?! What happen to the taxes we are paying? Seriously...!!!

Nice and quiet station, it has many parking for commuters. However there is just few rest room and out of which one is closed for maintenance since 4 weeks. Wish they will finish this maintenance soon, since there is just one disable restroom. So guys plan ahead …

Clean train station and easy entry and exit plenty of parking also very easy drop off and pick up area! Buses are always coming and going and on time! And if your feeling peckish there are vending machines at the opposite side of the concourse to the staff enquiry office!...

New parking lot makes for a busy station but good protection from weather and easy access. Coffee van usually sits out the front in the morning to help you with the fix and trains are regular with short travel times into the city. Best local train station I have had

DO NOT TRUST THE 902 4:26 and possibly THE 4:56 BUS IT DOES NOT COME AT ALL !! you will wait forEVER if you want these buses to come, who ever said Sydney transport was good please respectfully beat yourself up !

Not sure why the map takes you to Miri Crescent Holsworthy??? wasn’t even close! literally drove around in circles until I located the train station at the Boulevarde, Holsworthy.

This station and the rail line in general is one of the best kept secrets of the South West. 35mins to the city. Local house prices don't reflect the real value of that 35mins.

For us lazy people, level 2 parking fills up first before level 1 .. (because it’s on level with the station entry and avoiding walking up the steps) …

A nice train station with frequently departing trains to the city, also sometimes you can hear explosions and gunfire from the adjacent army reserve!

Most times there is a parking space although its in need of an upgrade,like the drop off area.
