I had nothing to work with and he started my loc with hair as short as a little over a fade and he introduced me to his hair oil and when I tell u my hair was back to a mini Afro in like a month. I was getting my locs done by Antwan for months, but my last two visits were not good. He argued with me about my loc saying they are sister locs, and wanted to charge me $400 to continue doing my locs.
