Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff , I almost never do reviews but I’m so impressed with their customer service their products and family atmosphere ,With so many options in store can sometimes be a little overwhelming but Beth (the assistant manager) helped me find exactly what I was looking for very happy shopping there , they don’t just try to sell you stuff like those other commission based stores they want you to be happy and come back , Love my Weber Family Q making all sorts of yummy food and coming back to buy accessories for it like my Pizza stone and Roasting pack, Instant read Thermometer etc and trying the amazing Weber spices and Kosmo Q spices they recommend yummo , to quote Molly Meldrum “Do yourself a favour” and buy a BBQ or Heater/ Fireplace from these guys

I should have come here instead of Barbecues Galore but I didn't know it was here. I went in looking for some thread tape for my BBQ hose fitting but the older gentleman who served me was really honest, looked at the photo of the fitting, said it was a tapered thread and didn't need it. In fact, he said, it would make things worse. I will go back there again because I have a Weber. Great service! Great wise help! I'm grateful!!

Returned for more supplies and was greeted by the same staff member (B) that served me on my last visit. Excellent service and quality product from Penrith home heating from start to finish. Had a difficult project that others said couldn’t be done but with the help of Casper and Steve we ended up with exactly what we hoped for. They certainly think outside the box. Can’t thank them enough.

What an easy transaction. All our questions were answered and the different models were explained so well that we could easily make our decision. The hardest part was choosing a colour! :) thank you so much. We highly recommend this shop to buy a Weber.

This shop is amazing, staff are super friendly and they have a big range. I tried one of their sausage sizzles and it was amazing. Definitely the first and only stop if you are looking for a BBQ in Penrith!!
