"There is lots of really good shops at Homemaker Centre"
"Great variety of shops, plenty of parking, parking and shop fronts in good condition, good security"
"I enjoyed it as one stop shop"
Great little shopping centre here at Mt Gravatt Home Makers Shopping Centre. I personally love Spotlight, Bunnings, and I love the Good Price Pharmacy, they are really helpful and nice people work there. I live across the road from the shops, so they are very convenient for me. I also like the staff at the little grocery store and the Bakers are great too. To sum up the whole shopping centre for you all, it has everything needed and more. I like going to Bunnings in particular and I find them very helpful in finding the products that I have been there for. Great all round centre for just about anything you could be looking for. I also love Spotlight too. I have spent many hours looking around this shop. You would be amazed at what they have to offer all of us. So next time you are in the area please stop and check out our great shopping centre.
I recently visited the Mt Gravatt Homemaker Centre and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of stores available. The bottle shop had a great selection of beers, wines, and spirits, and the chemist had all the health and wellness products I needed. The pet supply store had a wide range of products for my furry friend, and the furniture store had some beautiful pieces that I ended up buying for my home. The JB Hi-Fi store had all the latest electronics and entertainment products, and there were also some specialty stores that caught my eye. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at the Mt Gravatt Homemaker Centre and would definitely recommend it to others.
There is lots of really good shops at Homemaker Centre. The Chemist Wearhouse is great value, and it's a large store with heaps of stock. Spotlight is also a good sized store. There is a JB Hi Fi where The Good Guys use to be. Bunnings is not as large as the one on Creek & Wrecker Rd, nor does it have the extensive garden centre, but is super handy if you need something quick. There's also a couple health food shops, a gym and another chemist in the Homemaker centre. Decent variety of stores.
Great variety of shops, plenty of parking, parking and shop fronts in good condition, good security. Bit of a bummer that the public toilets near Spotlight are now closed!!! (Staff only). Especially if you are getting your car serviced and need to wait for a while. Also just watch for some shady locals. There is a housing commission unit complex across the Rd and they sometimes steal small items from the stores.
I enjoyed it as one stop shop. Bunnings, jbhifi, radiology, chemist, spotlight & convenience in one place. As running early 4 an appointment & time after the fact gave me plenty of time to browse & to get what I needed. With certain shops running low on stock. Handy to source products from other places.
Don't like going there too many young staff talk a thousand words a second and in a language I don't understand I was there one day waited around 15mins for someone to approach me in the end I had to ask one of the staff if they could help I work in retail so I know what good service is
Chemist Warehouse is always a quick turnaround on scripts. Staff and Chemist's always available for advice with great product knowledge. Also open later than other stores in the area. Regularly go there for the cheap range of household products they stock. Would recommend to anyone …
Good location.. Good variety of stores.. Just the speed bumps are horrendous. Access to Good Price Pharmacy.. Chemist Warehouse.. JBHIFI.. Spotlight.. Wray organic.. Supercheap Auto.. Fix a Frame.. Sport Zone.. kiah organic.. Bunnings.. Pet Barn.. Godfrey.. and many more stores
Jbhifi, Bunnings, pizza hut and many other shops. Access is easy and located right on the road. Disable parking available. Enough parking space but even then you need to find a space sometimes. Toilet( Male/Female)is just next to Jbhifi and most of the shops have got keys.
Both chemists supply a large range of products .However I have found the orange pharmacy to be better if you require advice and detail on what you should be using for specific illnesses. We recently had our flu shots there and everything went well.
In general, useless. No food supermarket (one very small shop only), not convenient car entrance, small parking, all the popular shops like JB Hi-Fi or Bunnings with limited goods. So, you should spend 5 minutes more and visit the better place.
Yes the bottle mart is key to a good homemaker. The ice heads hanging around the city end of the big top are harmless, cept for that big unit that sat on someone's roof, shoeless and covered in mud. He still got away from the old bill though.
Forget the homemaker part just go down the northern end where you got the subway, the fish and chip shop, bakery, convenience store AND a bottle shop. Oh and domino's! You could retire over the road and never have to go anywhere
Good range of stores from a small type Bunnings, a JB Hi-Fi, SCAuto, Spotlight through to Chemists, convenience store, chemist, dental, gym, pet barn and a couple of organic grocery stores, neat location with plenty of parking
The Homemaker Centre has a good variety of stores. Kiah is a favourite with the organic products and The Sheridan Outlet for textiles. Also Wrays Organic is another good option for organic. Spotlight also has a lot to offer.
Plenty of great shops in the one centre. Bunnings, Supercheap, Chemist warehouse, Spotlight, Petbarn, Pizza Hut just to name a few plus a fantastic bakery and loads of smaller retailers. Everything you need in one location.
Great spot to shop when sales are on or for specific speciality store needs (ie electrical furniture clothing)... Can be busy anytime but access and exiting can be difficult especially peek hour traffic periods ..
Took 3 1/2 hours to get there from home but centre would have everything that a person would want.... visited Fix-A-Frame and found the shop and staff exceptional and friendly. Was worth the long trip.
C'mon, it's JB hifi - what's not to love? Bought some stuff here at the Mt Gravatt store and I found all the staff to be helpful and polite, even though they were very busy. JB, you've done it again!
Shame about the Beggars that frequent the carpark and ask people for money. Centre security doesn't seem to care that these Beggars are a nuisance and a security risk to women and the elderly.
Great suburban complex with a number (about 14) of shops to help the home handyman or decorator. Also electrical/white goods and other businesses like gym, chemist, lighting and framing.
Wouldn't exactly call it a home maker centre anymore; the tenancy is sporadic. The businesses inside aren't bad but the overarching property is run down and poorly maintained.
Good for the small bunnings, as well as super cheap auto, spot light 2 big chemists, and a number of other shops. There is also a tyre shop hidden down the side.
Loads of parking, jb hi fi, Bunnings and spotlight are the biggest retailers there. 2 discount chemists and 2 organic food stores make it a great little centre.
Multiple destination shops in one place. The Centre has everything you need for indoors, outdoors, or in the car. Plentiful parking, easy access to shops.
Been going here on and off for years. I like the place when I don't want to go to the major shopping centres. Mostly what I need is in the one place.
This place is pretty awesome and has lots of great shops to do your shopping at Such as JB hi-fi, and electrical stores, convenience stores, dominos.
Big stores like chemist warehouse bunnings, jb_hi and spotlight but parking is a real jassle unless you go early morning or late afternoon
Always a great Centre. I went to Fix-a-Frame to arrange for my late father’s charcoal sketch of Marilyn Monroe to be framed properly.
Plenty of parking and a small range of shops. However pathway to walk from one end to the other is exposed to traffic in some areas
Very busy place, cars coming and going, some quite fast in parking lot..Good choice of shops to grab something quick or to browse.
Lots of shops of interest within walking distance of each other and I was able to find a lot of what I wanted in the same place.
Easy parking near business of choice. Best dominos in Brisbane. Always put lots of toppings and cook the pizzas thoroughly.
One stop for all needs. Food, trades, electronics, medical centre, hand and craft, pet store, organic cafes and stores.
Convenient hub with various shops and warehouses for homemakers with plenty of parking space at Mount Gravatt area
Great parking. Good service during my shopping at the chemist and sports shoes shop. Cannot fault the place
Centre has most everything from takeaway food, convenience store, pharmacy, hardware to name a few
Great range, excellent service and willing to give lots of information and answer questions …
Brumbys Bakery has some nutritious yummy bread and other delicious food items, highly recommended
Terrific staff so helpful and knowledgeable, good learning experience. Be big help for my friend.
A good range of stores across a broad range of goods and services, plenty of parking available.
I mainly just go to bunnings and the convenience store but there's a spotlight and stuff …
I go to the dentist there. 6 months later and my teeth are still causing me nothing but grief
There are a number of different outlets in one area. Generally no problem getting a park.
Not a lot of choice stores but some good ones Bunnings JB hifi supercheap auto spot light
The centre has everything you might need but the convenience store is run by crustasians
Easy to park has a Bunnings, Chemist Wharehouse, Spotlight. Nowhere to buy a snack.
Plenty of shops and easily accessible. Several food places too, if you get hungry.
Lots of variety of stores, parking pretty user unfriendly, entries and exits poor.
Great range of shops with Bunnings chemist dominos Supercheap pet store and more
I love all the shops but when parked, and walking between them is not that easy.
Good place, bunnings, couple of health food shops and lots more, cheap chemist etc.
Great array of shops and parking. Better signage for exits could be appreciated
Very hard to find a washroom. Cannot spend while day like in a shopping centre.
Has a Bunnings Chemist Warehouse and a JB hi-fi... Everything anyone would need
Carpark ain't the best for the elderly or prams as it's all uneven. Very hilly
This place has everything u need. Quite literally everything!!! …
Small shopping strip that has particular stores. I went to chemist warehouse.
Never fails to impress with what you can find or imagine for home ideas here.
Service is very ordinary. Made to feel an inconvenience to their priorities.
Great little centre just about covers everything you need except groceries
Comprehensive range of everything needed for making or designing homewares
My 1st time there and I was pleasantly suprised to see so many retailers.
Handy place to get all things for home and garden needs a coffee shop
They gots all you need, like the subway and domino's and the bottle o
Bottlemart is great. Always helpful and friendly. Prices are good.
JB. Friendly staff. No pressure when buying a tv. Great knowledge.
Always the cheapest in town. Quick service and hassle free
Be handy and Very Helpful, it Needs a better food market
Great medium sized shopping centre with lots of parking
Lots of furniture options, for large and small budgets!
Good range of stores. Parking could be a bit better.
A good day I got what I wanted at chemest wherehouse
Has some great shops and the parking isn't too bad.
$6 for 3 cookies that were hard as bricks …
Its good for mt gravatt, bad for homemaker centres.
Some decent vendors - parking is a bit cramped.
Combines just about every store you could need
One stop 'shop' with plenty of parking spaces
Great spotlight but the Bunnings is to small
jb hifi staff totally unaware about products
Helpful staff but not a very organized store
I really don't like driving in that car park
Lots of parking and plenty of useful stores
Excellent customer service and fair pricing
Always gets you out of trouble after hours
It's an ok centre. Can get busy at times.
Easy to park and collect items from store
More staff needed it's always over busy..
Very convenient with great parking space
Great Variety of shops. Lots of parking
Lots of parking..good variety of stores
