HomeGoods is always a fun place to visit, especially if you are not particularly looking for anything. Last week I purchased an item, among other things, the cashier commented on how cool it was and how he liked it. Transaction completed I grab my purchases and left. Last night I realized I did not have that item. I returned to the store today and low and behold, they had held onto it for me to come and retrieve it. That is quality customer service! ********* HomeGoods is up and in the swing of things. Equal amount of fall/Halloween & Christmas items for your decorating desires.

First visit. I was not sure what to expect, but was shopping for a book shelf. They had more knick knacks and kitchenware than furniture, so i was disappointed. What few pieces of furniture they had were quite pricey. The service was wonderful. The experience was good and the store was very clean. A great place for gifts or partyware for sure. Even had a huge selection of pet products. I probably will only shop for those specialty items there. They do pressure you to join their credit card discount program, but it seems many retailers do.

I really do love this store. It has a great selection and variety of decorative, and practical items for your home. Prices are not too bad, and if you are really bargain shopping and spend some time in here you will find some great deals. Staff doesn't really seem engaged, but as long as you don't need help finding something and just treasure hunting, you will enjoy. The store is usually organized well and tidy which helps navigating from each section, and brightly lit to help you find those deals!

Home Goods is one of my favorite places to shop. They are pristine, well lit, and loaded with high quality well priced merchandise. Routinely find Murano glass at a fraction of retail. Nice pillows on line even Overstock, are just outrageously priced. Bought this accent pillow for $17 and is really well made and goes beautifully with the other two that were $24 each for just the covers from Etsy. Lots of different goodies on an ever changing assortment.

Will not go back there...Chris was the only helpful employee there! The other male employees were very rude and it seemed like customers were keeping them from break time and they did not hide the fact they were annoyed when asked a question. Found the same bedroom set somewhere else for almost $2000 cheaper as well as better customer service! Walking out was the best decision we made!!

I absolutely love Home Goods. I always find treasures there. Ive made several people happy with the fun things that ive bought there. I also find plenty of useful things and treats for myself. The store is always well stocked and clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. This is my go to place when I don't want to go to the big box stores and want something more unique .

They have a great selection of items, but stuff is just thrown everywhere and it makes it so hard to find anything. Sales floor staff were great but I didn;t want to get in their way while they tried to make sense of the massive amounts of product to put out. The girl at the register commented that a gift I was buying was over priced and that felt awkward.

I should have gotten their credit card four years ago when we first bought a huge rug...because I certainly spend over $100/week there anyway. Love their selection even during covid, the store is nicely sectioned so you know exactly where to find things, and their line for the cashiers goes fast. Who by the way are so kind, even in the holiday rush.

Being from Los Angeles...I am surprised that everything here is just as good or better. Great finds! We bought (after searching for a year) an outdoor bronze, iron seat that folds, holds two people and lovely items such as gourmet, kitchen, furniture, sales in back, AND plenty of beautiful blankets etc..a great place to shop!

Stopped by tonight to browse around while I'm traveling. This location is very clean and the staff are really polite. I always stop by their pet section and I found a very awesome toy for my dog for $5! I had purchased a similar toy 2 years ago and my dog is obsessed with it. I'm so happy I found the toy again!

Absolutely love Albuquerque's west side location. I always find what I'm looking for and then some. From management and sales floor associates to cashiers, all are very friendly and helpful. I definitely give my recommendation for anyone looking for excellent prices and a great shopping experience!

So much to choose from! Absolutely love it, staff are great and so helpful, check out was easy and speedy. Doesn't feel cluttered and you can find stuff you don't normally see anywhere else, which is a huge plus! Also prices are excellent and they will discount item if damaged. Happy shopping!

Staff is awful. We asked a girl there to help us with a rug she said she'd be right there. We waited 15 minutes before going to ask again, when we realized they took everything out of our cart but left the cart there. We just left after that. Waste of time, never going back

Always have a great time here. Great place for knickknacks. This Home Goods store seems to have more than the one off of Academy and Wyoming. Love the furniture and housewares. They also have unexpectedly good chocolates that are great for gifts. Staff are very friendly.

The Main Store Manager is extremely rude. She stomps around the store and doesn't ever seem happy to be there. This store seems to have a pretty high turnover rate. Some of the newer staff is quite friendly though, just try to go when the main rude lady isn't there.

I was at the Coors Bypass store this afternoon to return some items, not only was the man surly and grouchy, I just realized I was shorted $10 on my return, it should've been $65 and I only received $55, love the Eastside store, the Westside store lacks a lot.

They have cookies from around the world that I love at low prices. The staff are helpful and quick. They seem to follow all Covid-19 precautions as far as one could tell. This store is new to me since I moved to NM. Definitely has become a new favorite.

Walked in and immediately found what I couldn't find else where. Staff was great. The young cashier was really sweet. In and out in 5 min. Have to go back and look at all the great stuff. Believe it or not, one of the ladies from Walmart sent me over

They have clearance items, but you can never find them. They should place them together, instead they mark them with different stickers and it's impossible to find them on the shelves. Frustrating! I haven't bought anything in a while.

Nice stuff for the home. I saw some very cute throw pillows but at the moment I don't need anymore. The stuff looked very trendy, but I was really looking fir a narrow bookshelf and they did not have any. I.might go back again.

found some great outdoor parts and best of all of puppy dog all for unbelievably reasonable prices home goods should be visited at least once a month just a walkthrough I guarantee you'll find something you can't live without

There are always deals to look forward to as well as a variety of home items to meet the need of different types of style whether modern or traditional! Will continue to fill up my new home with all sorts of items from here.

I needed a 10 inch. frying pan. Fortunately, my sister who knew the exact isle they were on, we grabbed one, and took it upfront to pay. The gentleman who handled our check out was nice and funny, but very professional.

A TJ Maxx for home decor...amazing! We don't have one in Amarillo and I have really enjoyed shopping here since moving to the area. It is full of fun home items for a great price and plenty of seasonal shopping.

Always an adventure! We always find far more than we were looking for going in. I've bought some very good items here at very low prices. But it when you see it because it won't be there when you go back later.

I shouldn't have went. I bought the whole Halloween section lol. Lots of cute and fun choices. Do your Halloween shopping now, cuz once September comes out will all be Christmas yuk (sorry I hate Christmas)

I was so disappointed. This was my first time in the store and it was a mess. Super disorganized. We were super uncomfortable as we were made to feel like we didn't belong there. I will never go back.

do not get their credit card. It is a scam and if you don’t use it in 2 years, they will automatically close it and it will hit your credit score. My score just dropped 20 points. SCAM DO NOT GET IT.

Everything you need for your home at a decent price. You can also find unique gifts here that you can't find anywhere else. They also sell very healthy snacks. This is one of my favorite stores!

Some affordable items can be bought here. Some parts of the store are too congested. Trash cans are on top of each other and not in original packaging with shoe prints and fingerprints on them.

My visit to your store on Feb. 18th was the usual, pleasing experience. I could not afford to buy everything that caught my eye. I intend of returning to my favorite home store this week.

I went in to get wrapping paper and cards, and oh boy...came out with a beautiful 6 piece comforter set for my bedroom. It was a great price and so pretty! I will be back.

After listening to my wife about the products this place provides & their values, we’ve recently visited a couple various locations & founds some very interesting gems.

Pretty good store although I don't feel to be the expert on home furnishing stores but my wife really likes it. Plenty of stuff for basically every room in the house.

It’s a hit or miss but Homegoods seriously needs to widen the isles. Two baskets cannot fit and it’s not the most enjoyable experience. Widen your isles!

This store was well stocked but higher priced than I would've thought. The next time I come, I'll be sure to see if I can use any of my coupons here

My wife loves this place. I on the other hand wish there was a bar or a sports area attached. That way I could just sit and wait, while she shopped.
