I was looking to increase the energy efficiency of my old home and looking for a siding and exterior wall insulation contractor. I am very happy that I ended up choosing Home Vision Inc. Oleg and his team did an amazing job on my house (and my neighbour as we did the work jointly on our semi-detached homes). The outside of my home looks fantastic now with new siding, eaves, soffit/fascia and downspouts. Plus, my home is now much warmer in the winter because of the added panel insulation. Were recently hired Home Vision to replace our exterior siding, soffits and eaves. Home Vision was outstanding to work with from our initial contact through to the final inspection and follow up. At the outset, Oleg listened to our budget and what we were hoping to accomplish and provided us with a detailed and creative proposal. This included which products and colours he recommended as well as the down spout and pot light locations. He even emailed a few renderings/photos with design options that showed us what our house would look like before we made our final decision. Klay and the crew worked hard, were respectful and it seemed like every one of the Home Vision team were proud of their work and genuinely wanted us to be pleased with the end result. In the last 3 years, we have carried out a major renovation to our home and hired many contractors and trades. Home Vision Inc. sits at the top of the 'best in class" list. Oleg is knowledgeable and accommodating. He provided solutions to our specific and unusual needs which included colour-matched leaf guards and a better configuration to our downspouts. When the job was completed, we received a portfolio of 26 pictures showing the job as it progressed. Attached are a few. You can see how well his company installed the leaf guards, how they cleaned the gutters before installation and how they handled the corners. His crew was polite and tidy. A piece of siding blew off the side of my house due to a wind storm and needed replacing. I contacted Home Vision Inc. and Oleg responded promptly to my inquiry; he was so easy to communicate with. I needed eaves trough replaced on my house as the original eavestrough was not large enough to hold the recent downpours. Oleg came to assess the problem and recommended a solution which involved replacing only a small section, noting that the rest of the house's eaves troughs seemed to be in good condition and working effectively at this time. He gave us a detailed quote which was very reasonable compared to other quotes. His team arrived when they said they would, did an excellent job and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. I would certainly hire them if any future issue arises.

We have used HomeVision on two different projects (siding and roof replacement) and in both situations they really went above and beyond. We had a leak in tour house that had damaged drywall. It's been a headache for over a year. Three contractors had not been able to figure out where the leak was coming from. Home Vision came over on time, did a thorough inspection, correctly assessed the problem, provided a competitive quote, and the friendly roofers came over and completed the work within a day. I highly recommend Home Vision. They installed siding on my 130 year-old house, replaced all the soffits, fascia and gutters, put a new flat roof on a one storey addition - and the work was top notch! Not only was theirs the lowest quote, but they were prompt delivering it and turned up as promised to do the work very efficiently in the length of time they had estimated.
