Got an acrylic set of nails. The first chair I sat in the girl was friendly. Then I had to move chairs to a guy. That’s where my appointment went downhill. I type all day at work so I requested to get my nails trimmed shorter which he got annoyed with and asked me why I want them shorter as they’re already short. I also asked for a shape with no rounded ends and he kept trying to convince me to get almond or squoval. Then when he finally put the acrylic and filed them I checked my first hand and the tips were all at a bad angle and uneven lengths. I asked him to fix it and he told me afterwards it was uneven because my nail beds are uneven. Which even if that was true how would that affect the crooked tips that you made my nail extensions?? I finally suggested I could file them myself before he does my next hand he said no and fixed it. Then when he was sanding the acrylic after it dried he did it so fast just to rush me out of his chair and sent me back to another chair to get polish. The original girl again was great and did a good job helping me find a Color. After leaving I took a closer look at my nails and they are all different thickness and the acrylic is misshapen. So unprofessional and the worst customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So I went in this morning for a new set of acrylic nails... showed them the reference photo of the shape and thickness I wanted. They ensured me they could recreate it.. boy were they wrong!!! My fingers were covered in glue and acrylic run off up to the 1st knuckle.. the shape is so wrong.. the thickness.. well they are basically flat!!! I am incredibly unhappy.. they are super overpriced for the quality of service they give. When I expressed my displeasure with the nails they didn't offer to fix anything or anything!!

I have went to this nail salon at least 4-5 times now and customer service is always great. moved to the area and wanted a salon closer to me and the girls do a wonderful job on nails and pedi's. only suggestion i would make is to advertise more of what they can offer for nail designs and keep up to date with the latest trends, so fare they have been able to do anything i have asked of them but i would like to see what styles they offer that might peek my interest. Great job ladies and i look forward to our encounters.

OMG .. This place is awful. I did a regular manicure and it took them hours... first the guy who is absolute beginner wasted so much time and then his wife came and cleared all nail polish saying that he did a bad job. Then she asked me to pay and asked for a tip too ... Then she applied polish again and again, cause she couldn't do a clear coat... Then she gave me a dirty pedicure fan to dry my nails... I'll never go to this place... ( This is my first ever review, I'm just sooo disappointed )

I am a very picky person when it comes to nails, and they have always done a wonderful job. I love that their work quality is fantastic, their speed is great, and their ability to multi-task is top-notch. I usually get a regular pedicure and shellac manicure when I go, and it's completed at the same time so I'm there for only as long as I need to be. Prices are good, and staff are kind. I have recommended them to my family and friends!

5-Star service!!! My mani and pedi so on point my nails never looked so good the polish was flawless - which is very hard to get with regular polish not Gel. They shaped my nails so carefully they looked perfect its 3 weeks later and I still stare at my pedi. My nails were damaged from Shellac. They put a clear polish that fixed my nails from breaking and peeling and they have grown! I'm going back today.

My first time at DJ today with my friend to get our nails done. The staff was really friendly and provided great service! The design that me and my friend wanted was a little complicated but Jenny managed to do it perfectly! Jenny is very good with her work, very patient and made sure our nails are perfect before we walk out the doors! I definitely recommend this place!

This place is great, lovely environment and lovely staff. Since walk-ins are welcome, you can often lose the attention of your aesthetician for a few minutes. If you are not in a rush, it's just fine. If you are looking for dedicated attention, I would recommend going during slow hours quality of service is fantastic for a very reasonable price.

This place sucks. The husband is very nice, but the wife sucks. Very rude and she doesn’t know how to smile. She’s rough with your hands and can’t apply the nail polish on your actual nails. It doesn’t even go side to side. I don’t know if they’re trying to be stingy so you can come back right away and get a new colour. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

These ladies are amazing they helped me with my ingrown toe nail. They fixed it and now I can walk and feel so good. The service here is amazing. You must come and get your nails done here. My nail cracked right in half after only 1 week. It hurt when they did my nails and it was uncomfortable. The nail had been chipping a day after getting them. Had to ask them to fill in half of my nail because they left it and also took over an hour and a half. It was awful.

I'm in town from Kelowna, booked a pedi, was able to get in same day. First time at DJ nail salon, and I'm very impressed. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and exceeded my expectations of what i asked. Very relaxing and clean environment. Definitely would recommend
