Fall 2020 would’ve made two years at this salon. I have always been very happy with the services I’ve receive and never wanted to look elsewhere. I went in for my scheduled appointment with the woman I always see after leaving work slightly early to be in time. I get there and am told I need to reschedule with no explanation as to why. This isn’t the first time, so we decide to put me with someone else next time. I leave with orange hair and pay the $200 bill with the hope that it can be fixed with a toner. I go back following week with the woman I usually see and she fixes the orange by bleaching again but leaves my hair with two one-inch chunks of blonde in the front with no blending into the rest of my hair. I tell her I am unhappy with this and she says she will speak with the owner about the services I have received. After trying to contact the hair stylist for two days with no resolution she tells me I will have to pay if I want to go back in. I called and am told otherwise, so I schedule with the owner. He fixed it at no charge with no issues. I asked to be scheduled to fix the cut because when it was cut we were so concentrated on the fact that it was orange we didn’t get a chance to do anything else. I went back again the following week to get the layers trimmed. I left with the top layer of my hair being bluntly cut on one side of my hair five inches long with the longest layer of my hair being over 13 inches long. They asked me to go in so they could see it. I went it and they explained over 10 times that it wouldn’t take much effort to fix. It was the way my hair must have been parted when the cut was done. My hair was parted down the middle and dry when she did it. No one took responsibility, apologized for the many inconveniences, or ever offered to refund my initial payment due to all of my resources spent going back and forth for their mistakes. I now have to cut my hair over 8 inches to make sure it looks OKAY for a wedding I’m in this month. I will never return.

Absolutely love this salon! Beautiful and chic decor. Lots of clean open space and has great atmosphere! Since I was a new client, I described my hair and the style I was seeking and they referred me to a fantastic stylist named David. I wanted a medium length Bob with some stacking in the back and longer length on the front sides to include wispy bangs combed a bit to the side. I can honestly say this is the absolute best haircut I have ever received!! David patiently took time to give me such a precision haircut by carefully sectioning the hair and layering and stacking it so it fell in perfect symmetry even when I vigorously shook my head! Absolutely perfect and I will definitely keep David as my personal stylist from now on. In addition, I discovered he is highly trained and proficient in hair coloring so I'm excited about David taking care of all my future coloring and highlighting needs. He has had well over a decade of upscale salon experience and I promise that you will be incredibly pleased with his work! Love my hair! Kudos to David!!

Curly hair? Beware! I have (had) wonderful curly hair, that unfortunately has been damaged due to illness. You cut curly hair WET. You AIR DRY curly hair. You don't blow dry and brush is straight! You don't cut SHELVES into my hair because you cut it in sections instead of brushing the hair into its normal part to cut it wet. You do NOT cut curly hair the same way you cut straight hair!!! I needed my hair cut desperately to cut some of the damage away, but it feels very stupid to pay 75 for a cut that I'm on the wat to another salon to pay another 100 to fix. No refund policy of course, and why would I have the same salon try to fix my hair if they obviously don't know how to cut the texture?? I will say that the gentlemen here are very charismatic and friendly, and if you have straight hair or are giving them relative freedom with it I'm certain you'll be happy. But I'm personally very depressed. I never wanted to walk out of the salon with straight hair, something I emphasized several times.

I’ve been coming to see Erik here for probably 8 years and it’s the best salon I’ve found in the metroplex. I’ve been elsewhere and had decent but sub-par experiences. I most recently had my hair dyed at another salon in Colleyville and it turned out completely wrong, but Ginger set up a quick appointment for me and Erik fixed it to a beautiful natural red color in just 2 hours. Every time I come here I leave 100% happy, and even shocked that my hair looks better than what I could have anticipated. I trust them with my hair so much that I drive over an hour (from Allen TX) to see them. I have very long, thick, curly hair and no one else can manage it like they do! I’ll keep coming to see Erik as long as he’s here! He treats his work like a true art, and it shows. Thanks guys :)

I was really looking forward to coming here. I had Tim cut my hair, and we started talking. I told him that I needed a new stylist because I want someone to listen to me about what I want, not do whatever they feel is best without my approval. I showed him a picture of what I want and I got the total opposite of that. Not only was the style terrible, but when I got the sides fixed at a GREATCLIPS of all places, the lady said “who did that to you? The hair in the back isn’t even even” Long story short. Tim was nice, the salon was nice, and maybe I would’ve enjoyed it with a different stylist. But the haircut I’ve had was terrible and now I’m wearing a hat until it grows back.

I have been a client there for over 3 years now. Ginger is always there to greet you with a smile when you walk in. The stylists are great! They are up to date on styles and trends. I've been a client so long I recognize other clients there. London is my stylist. She is amazing. Everyone always looks great when they walk out! Definitely recommend! Stages of my hair. From bad box red color. London(I call her my magician) she has given me back my hair. I lost it because of an injury and had to cut it off. Now, I can do what I want with it thanks to Honeycomb.

Absolutely the worst haircut and blowout I have ever received in my lifetime! So choppy and uneven throughout the entire cut. Longer on one side and the layers are so choppy and horrible! It’s like a little kid cut my hair! No lie. The entire place seemed very hectic and the front desk definitely didn’t know what was going on either. Super bad experience and I just can’t believe that this is a “professional salon”

I've been having Erik do my hair for years. He's always been the best. I'm pretty experimental with my hair and he's always up for trying new cuts and colors with me. I wear my hair short and had always found it difficult to find someone who could do fashion forward cuts and still keep them feminine. Erik is great at this. Same for colors. Would and have recommended him to anyone and everyone.

My son who’s an actor and hopes to land a big role soon started going there almost a year agoWe’d been looking for a place and someone to cut his hair and was up to date with teen boys hair and luckily found DAVID who’s is WONDERFUL & always asks about what kind of acting gig he’s doing at the time, so makes him feel good that he remembers what’s important to him. Love him!

Bridget is amazing! I just to hop around to different salons with groupons until I met her! She really knows her color! I would always get highlights not then you end up with lighter and lighter hair. She introduced me to a thing called a base break! It blends the comor much better and is less expensive then highlights! Bridget has been my girl for 5 years now!

I looked for @ 2 yrs. for a salon &/or spa somewhere in Dallas/Ft. Worth area that provided the exact service's at Honeycomb. Beauty + Science + Skilled, Licensed with literally the kindest staff. Ginger, is freaking amazing in the front & Bridget is just amazing. For Christmas I treated my mother as well as my daughter.

I had the most invigorating experience here today....completely revived my shine roots color and soul......thank you for making my experience great. Very satisfied w my results. !!!! I love the new look the extensions came out great Brandon did an awesome job matching the colors and Ginger was great with scheduling she got me a same day consultation and they both worked extra hard and late to get me my new style before thanksgiving Im very thankful and definitely recommend this place

Customer service was good but I paid $200.00 for them to remove the green out of my hair & they said they could do it , not even a week later my green was showing & the purple on my highlights started to fade * yes I did everything the stylist told me to do * .. definitely not a color specialist ✌ …

Love Jenna and Brandon. The quality of their work is above and beyond, but not only that, it is the care in which they do it in. Brandon has been doing my hair for awhile now, and each time he does it looks Amazing! Cannot recommend this place more.. you have to experience for yourself.

Erik did a phenomenal job helping me go from a fashion blue to a natural color. Salon is clean and has a great atmosphere. Erik listened to that I wanted, was very detailed orientated, and delivered fantastic results. You will definitely get your money's worth at this salon.

Santos always does an amazing job with my hair. I've been following him around for close to ten years now, and wouldn't use anyone else. Through the years I've had short hair, long hair, and everything in between, always cut with precision. Highly recommend him!

Brandon did a meticulous job coloring and cutting my hair. He took his time and was extremely detailed oriented, which yielded beautiful results. It’s obvious to me that he’s a color expert. I’ll certainly return to him and send others his way.

Great but expensive $75 for just a trim and wash. Wow. I was truly floored. Never spend that much on hair. Total rippoff. Did not cut it the way i wanted and too short.
