Friendly service from the desk, a malay lady. You got to take the queue number then you can proceed to 2nd floor and wait for your turn by checking the queue number on the board. Friday 9.30am, not many people, so i got my turn almost immediately when i reached 2nd floor. Fast.

Old building, need to upgrade. The staff are ok, service is ok too, busy in the afternoon. We do our banking there. The staff are very slow, the teller talk to each other instead of doing they job. To do any transaction the teller go to back room and take time to come back.
