At approximately 5:50pm on Dec. 5, 2022 I witnessed an injustice when the bleach blonde male manager asked one of the waitresses sitting at the bar to take off her sweatshirt but she didn’t want to because she was cold. When she wouldn’t comply he went to the female manager to make her deal with it. Both managers were wearing fleece jackets themselves so when I raised concern and told them the optics from a guest perspective make it look like you are operating with double standards and that if you are cold maybe she’s cold as well but apparently corporate officials were there so they wanted everyone in company dress code, and looking their best. I had a problem that they chose to handle this disciplinary action in front of all guest at the bar instead of reprimanding her behind closed doors. More to the point when management came to address my problem with the whole situation I was asked to leave by the female manager. I graciously accepted the request to leave and did not put up a fight or argue about leaving. I was finished with my meal and already paid my tab anyway, which should’ve been refunded. As I was walking out the male manager was making a phone call to local security and told them I was trespassing making sure he was close enough so I could hear his conversation. He went as far to follow me out of the establishment trying to instigate a fight. When I said he should stand up for his employees he responded with “I’m standing right here” and other remarks like “I’ve called security on you for trespassing, why don’t you stick around and find out what happens.” I’ve never been more insulted for standing up for what I saw being a social injustice and plenty of people at the bar were agreeing with me which is certainly the reason they asked me to leave. I however don’t understand how a manager can be so quick to try and label it a trespassing situation when I never argued about leaving in the first place. Seems like a quick way to try and defame someone’s good name with criminal charges all for the sake of having standards. Zero stars.
I wish I could give zero.. On 8/22 we were seated directly next to the waitress register. There was alot of traffic in that area however it wasn't the primary problem. It was the first one tho. We then ordered some type of bacon burger and a cheese steak. The burger pictured had huge onion rings, the burger we were served had two tiny onion rings on the side. Asked about it and the waitress said she'd bring some more, so we were like cool. Instead the manager named "Jacob" walks over half wearing his mask under his nose and says they don't have the big onion rings anymore and the ones in the picture they just don't use. So we didn't make a big deal out of it and were like ok understandable. The next thing is an outrage. As we're finishing our food my girlfriend gets a refill on her lemon water. I look at the glass and realize it has lipstick on the rim of it. During the pandemic, I'm here getting served with dirty dishes. I already finished eating and didn't want there to be a question if I had money so I paid (I know I'm weird). However after I tipped the waitress I asked her to call the manager back over again. I tell this guy to look there's lipstick on my drink, my girlfriend doesn't have lipstick, and aside from that were not putting cups to our lips because of covid anyway but this is crazy. He looks mad that I even brought it up to him, asks do I need anything else, half apologizes and turns his back. This Jacob guy should be a busboy not in management. Wasted one of the Saturdays we were able to get a babysitter. Crazy negligence the way Corona virus is spreading, and even worse the way it was handled. Probably try to contact corporate or at them via social media. Disgusting.
This is the first time visiting this Hooters location. I brought my group of 5. Friendly staff upon entering. Our waitress collected our order and that's when the experience didn't go well. We waited about 30 minutes for food and did no time in-between were we serviced for refills or checked on. Our food was served by another person and then after that did our waitress check in on us. After eating for 30 minutes or so and our waitress literally standing 2 booths away has not acknowledged us or checked on us. More interested in the football game or the silverware she was putting together. Again literally 10 feet away. Aside from that. The food was mostly cold. It was good in taste but could of been better if warmer. It might of been sitting for a while. This is a Thursday night but it's not a packed house. Floor manager seems to be present but our table experience was a missed opportunity for him. He came over and took our appetizer plate but didn't recognize that we were low on drinks or the time our table was last visited. I'm sure our server is a cool person and by no means rude but just not a solid performance service wise. I witnessed the other ladies servicing and hauling but all around getting to their tables. The fastest service we got was paying for our food. Less than 3 min from asking for the check and getting my card back. Whenever you pay for for your food faster than you can get a how is everyone doing, you know that service is not up to par. I still left a reasonable tip but hopefully we will have a better experience next time.
The place is a joke. The food is mediocre at best but hey, it's Hooters. Ive never had big expectations when eating at this chain but when you can mess up wings, burgers, and tacos, you've got a problem on your hands. I've been to to handfuls of Hooters locations in my years and this is the only place I've been where the kitchen continually messes things up. Under cooked food, wrong orders, VERY poor ingredients, and so on. Now let's get to why we all really come here.... the service. The Hooters Girls They are pathetic here. Absolutely pathetic service. Super slow, oblivious to doing their jobs correctly, full of attitude, and basically do NOT care about providing quality service to their customers. They completely ignore infrequent customers, continually mess up orders, or just don't put it in until you ask 3 times, and can't pour a good drink to save their lives. If you're ever in downtown Ft. Worth just skip this place and go get a burger at Jakes, wings at Flying Saucer, or tacos at MiCocina. If you want to test your luck and walk in and see a red head working the bar. Run, don't walk, right out of the place because you won't get served for 2 days and management is oblivious to everything as they just sit a chat with the regulars. Note, this place is ALWAYS dead and they still cant get anything right. The place is the worst. It should be a hard pass if you are thinking about stopping by.

The only reason i’m adding a second star is because our *second* waitress was so much better. We had to get a second waitress because our first one was just terrible. We asked for 6 waters for our table of 6, she returned with 3 waters and 2 straws. No one got their appetizers and EVERYONES drinks were extremely late. After the server brought our first 3 waters, she then did not check on us to even know we needed 3 more waters and 4 more straws. I had to get up and go to the bar to get straws. By this point our drinks still have not arrived so the boys had to get up and go to the bar to ask where the drinks were and the bartender wasn’t even aware we were missing drinks. Our food finally comes out and at this point we still have not seen our server since she brought the first 2 waters. Other servers bring us our food and some of the items were inevitably wrong and we were missing 2 orders of fries. When the manager finally brings our fries we then explain to him the situation and, with an attitude, he offers us another server but kinda seems annoyed to assist us. FINALLY we get an awesome server at which point we FINALLY get the remaining 4 waters for the rest of the table and she assists us with the rest of our problems. But overall the service was absolutely terrible. You can come across a bad server from time to time but the manager shocked me. The last server was our only saving grace during this experience. Will not be returning.
2.5 maybe... To start, I am not a fan of chains like this. I like great food and enjoy trying new things. I really wanted a chicken salad to end my day after my workout and swim. This was the closest place to my hotel. Not busy, a few customers (5) tables to be exact. Sadly, the one young lady working was running around in this adventure. It took over 6 minutes for the manager to notice me and come over. I had her order my salad and waited.... just over 11 minutes. I know the young was doing her best, so the service score is for the place, not her. She kept my drink full and did her best. She gets a 3.9. Ordering what should have been the easiest thing for a chef to make seemed to be too much for them. The salad was upsetting, to say the least. The picture didn't tell the story of how bad the lettuce is. It was over saturated with the worst Cesar mixture I have had in a long time. Sadly, the chicken was cooked right, texture, soft, and tender, but the over salted concoctions killed the taste. I didn't finish the salad. Which for $13.69 should have brought better quality and quantity. If this is your spot, that's on you. Maybe the other items on the menu are not so bad. Sorry if I am in the area again... I won't be coming by. Cheers...

If I could give a 0 for this I totally would!!! This location is large,.. yet never packed no matter what day/ time,.. I imagine this is why. We come here at least 2 times a month and consistently the service is horrible! Today it took 8 minutes for anyone to even come out of the kitchen to see us waiting to be seated, then another 15 minutes of waiting for a waitress to come take a drink order,.. when I finally asked the bar tender all the waitresses were sitting in a booth playing on their phones. Then Our waitress Isabella brought waters for the whole table instead of the drinks ordered bc “it’s been a long day” I had to ask several times for a refill as well. And lord let’s not forget to mention the completely useless manager there, he dresses like he’s running to Walmart and NEVER helps with anything. The time he “sat” is he walked straight past all the tables and left us standing there without telling us where to sit,… tonight we witnessed him do the same to two other parties. He seriously has to be the worst manager to work with bc he is definitely not in anyway there to help the customers and their experience. Food as usual was consistent,… but that’s the ONLY reason we go there! They need a complete overhaul especially with this being a down town restaurant
The BBQ place I was going to go to was closed. Hooters was right next door. There was no wait. I was seated immediately. The restaurant was clean, cool and the manager came over to welcome me and made sure everything was wonderful. I had heard that Texas ladies were the most beautiful in the world and they weren't lying. My server had the most pretty face and beautiful blue eyes. She took my order and never ghosted me the whole time constantly checking up to see if I needed anything. I ordered a burger and added a paddy for a few extra dollars to make it a triple. They have specials everyday that actually save you money! Wednesday's was by 10 wings get 10 wings free. I usually don't even order wings at restaurants because they're such a ripoff 1.75-3.00 ea. However here I was able to get 20 for under $14 The Burger came with delicious curly fries which I ordered with chili and cheese that was no extra charge:) and all the food was cooked perfectly. Great experience no complaints.

Well it's Hooters... If you don't know by now it's where hot wings were commerically born for the Masses. I went to this location for 2 reason 1 all of the other sports bars near by it were booked up for the national college football national championship game and 2 its location was easy to get to. Now I try not to hit up a chain restaurant if I can ovoid it. But seeing as the game just started I was SOL These Hooters are know for making your sports watching experience even better right!? Well not so much at this one. While the place really nice inside and out. It's lacking something I can't explain. The place was dead even though every where else was an hour wait. The service was good untill.. at no fault of any of the servers the place got over run with people trying desperately to find a place to watch the game. The food was as expected nothing special. I think if your needing a quick bite and really want hot wings and a beer. It's hard to beat this place. But if you want to watch sports with your buddy's while eating great food. Not so much, I would suggest for you to try some where else cause not much has changed with this place in 20 years
Just left this Hooters. By far the worst service we’ve ever had. It was not busy, I believe there was 1 other table sitting and then multiple people at the bar. Started off fine, Savannah was sweet but after she took our order she went over to a table full of Hooters girls and proceeded enjoy her own lunch. My son’s food came first- so he was eating and finished his drink then had no drink for a while. I finally got up and stood in a place where someone would see me holding an empty cup they all looked over at me as if decided if any of them wanted to help then our waitress oh so kindly stopped eating to get up and get it, did not see her wash her hands which is disgusting. Someone else brought our food out as she went back to finishing her lunch. Mind you she was still in uniform so appeared to just be eating while also “working” if that’s what you want to call it. My husbands food was cold, mine was actually good but that was the most unprofessional service we’ve ever had. And no sense in speaking with the manager because he was right there with them at the table while they were eating. Awful. They need to do better.
If I could give a 0 I would. I don’t know which selection of staff they chose for tonight but it was horrible. Was greeted by the hostess in the middle of her personal photo shoot. I know one thing, it should not have been a priority at that point because after locating our table, the table was not cleaned off. We had to wait while she went to retrieve a towel to wipe it down. Lastly, the waiter took 10 minutes to wait on us. Placed our drink and appetizer order in. Well I didn’t see our drinks for about another 20 minutes all the while she’s conversing with a table of gentleman directly behind us. It took my husband to ask “where are our drinks?” She suddenly hops up and retrieves the drinks and appetizers. Oh did I mention that I had already asked for a another drink. She came back after another 20-30 minutes to ask for our dinner order. Well for 1 cheeseburger and 1 garden chicken salad that took well over 30 minutes, we were absolutely disappointed. We have a lot of patience but this took me over the top. I say all of this to say this place is horrible! Nothing but a waste or time, energy and money.
Hadn’t been in a Hooters in over 10 years but this one happens to be one right next door to the hotel I am working at for the next 2 weeks so I figured it would be easy to sit at the bar, grab a burger and watch the Thursday night NFL game. Walked in and took a seat at the bar which was about 60% full. And then I waited. And waited. Watched an entire drive and commercial break and still hadn’t even been offered a drink. Made eye contact several times but it still didn’t result in any effort to even greet me or offer a menu or beverage. 2 bartenders were working so this wasn’t a staffing issue. At that point I wasn’t about to continue hanging out at somewhere I was clearly not welcome. Picked up my jacket and quietly left. I did let the hostess at the front door know. I’ve got 2 weeks of meals to eat while I stay on Fort Worth for work and, as I don’t have a rental car, I’ll be on foot my entire time. I will find other neighborhood establishments to visit.
It's been a long time since I've been to a Hooters. I think it's been over 18 years. I only went because my friend has never gone. But I'm glad that my friends and I went that night. Our waitress, Skyller is very friendly. She was very attentive to our party, came back several times to grab our orders (we were indecisive) and was pretty much very accomodating. Definitely an outstanding service. The food is good. I had the smoked wings with the garlic habanero dry rub. Very delicious. I wished the curly fries were seasoned. I completely forgot that it's just regular fries but curly. The drink I had, Orange Hooterade is good but not strong on the alcohol. I didn't come to write about the food. I came to write about our wonderful waitress and that alone was worth the long overdue experience. We came around 6 pm and left in 30 mins to catch a show just down the street. The service was pretty fast but it was not jam-packed that night.
I have ordered 2x on door dash first time we got correct food and wrong sauce but it was doable. This time we ordered the 5 wings and 3 tenders hot honey sauce in Borge and fries this was to feed 2 ppl. Instead we got 5 tenders doused in Buffalo sauce no wings and fries. Door dash got the finances fixed and we reordered and called to try to just be like hey if you could check our order before sending it out but it took a good 20 mins to get anyone on the phone. I do feel bad for the girl who answered saying cooks have walked out and they shut the kitchen down for a bit and we’re just getting started again so if this were the first time I wouldn’t review but it seems to be an ongoing issue. So if you are going to order be aware that the chances of you getting the right food or even all of it for that matter are slim. If you like to gamble go for it!
Celeste (Server) - was the only enjoyable part of this dining experience and she deserves five stars. The rest of the experience was a one-star event. First time I have stepped foot in a Hooters in about 20 years. Likely the last time too.. Party of five (+21 years of age). Arrived about 2.5 hours before the place was supposed to close. There was about 18 people in the entire restaurant. Hostess didn't want to sit us at a table because all of the servers had been cut Manager - A dude who was wearing cargo shorts that were 8 sizes too big and a t-shirt also tried to explain that the servers had been cut and offered the bar as seats. Food - Tasted like it had set in the freezer for the last six years, thawed out last week and served tonight. Atmosphere - Not horrible, not great. Restaurant appeared to be cleanish.
Wouldn’t recommend this Hooters as there appears to be some condiments that are no longer available even though they are on the menu. Coleslaw no longer comes with the shrimp platters but the waitress didn’t advise at the time of ordering, only found out when the meal arrived and we questioned it. It would also appears that you get charged extra for things that say are included with the meal, so check your bill before paying. Some of the food came out cold and not to the standard you would expect. The Manager was rude and didn’t want to listen to what we had to say even though there was an easy solution. Based on our experience tonight will no be visiting another Hooters ever again.

We stopped through Fort Worth for the evening and wanted to watch a specific pay-per-view sporting event. This Hooters location was showing the event but was extremely crowded. The staff did an excellent job getting us seated, instead of making us wait for hours, they got creative and offered to combine us with another party so we could get seated and watch the event, also they gave us a complimentary appetizer for our wait. The food was great and our server was top-notch. The crowd watching the event were very interactive and lively. This was a great experience and made me appreciate the management provided at the restaurant, and the patrons were so kind and friendly that I will definitely visit Fort Worth again. I highly recommend this Hooters location.
1/29/22 - took my son and his friends to this location (Throckmorton) for his 16th birthday - there were 7 of us in all. They were not overly busy and we were sat at the very back of the restaurant. Our group was not being loud or obnoxious. Our server was less than friendly the entire time, almost as though she drew the short straw to have to wait on us. Service was extremely slow, so I asked for the check at the time food was finally brought to the table - that was the fasted she’d moved all night - to bring us our ticket! I did still tip 15% but would have left more if she had made the slightest effort to be friendly and create a good experience. It really put a damper on the night.
Avery is the WORST server I have ever had in my entire life. I understand we all have bad days, but for her to continuously roll her eyes at us every single time we ordered anything or even asked for some plates to be cleaned from our table is ridiculous. It’s literally her job it is not that hard Considering the restaurant was over half empty. She is beyond rude and the fact that we had to clean our own table because there were so many plates and empty cups the bartender came over and helped is ridiculous. I ordered a WATER over 10 minutes ago and as I’m typing this she is on her phone standing in the corner and I’ve yet to get our waters.
Friends and I decided to give this place another try after a previous bad dining experience but same thing happened again today. The wait for our food was so long and some people from our party did not receive their food and the server did not even notice. She also would not come back after we asked for simple things like straws and extra sauce. I know she forgot because she checked back to ask if we were okay and walked off before anyone could respond. No wonder this place is completely dead except for when there are sporting events.

I gave one star because the food was decent. The service is HORRIBLE!!! Definitely need to train waitresses more on customer service. or Our waitress just didn't get it. Food took almost an hour to come and it took her a very, very long time to ring up our tickets. I had to explain things to her several times. I don't normally write bad reviews but our visit was just ridiculous. I'm sure they don't care if I ever go back but I hope to save someone from wasting their time. Hopefully they will eventually get it together. And we went at lunch where people have to get back at a certain time.
I came in today at 2 PM and sat at the bar. I saw 3 waitresses and I’m guessing a manger hanging out at the end of the bar. They all saw we walk in and I was never greeted. I sat at the bar and no one waited on me so I left. There was one other person in the entire restaurant. I left and went next-door and had a great burger. When I was walking back I noticed all of them smiling and laughing at me. It’s kind of funny at $2.13 an hour they still can’t do their job, maybe they are over paid lol. I guess they just don’t need the money. That $2.13 an hour must be making them rich lol.
Over the years I’ve enjoyed all the simple pleasures Hooters has to offer, good food, clean & comfy atmosphere, groovy chicks easy on the eyes. The management has covered all the bases from bathroom cleanliness to world class service and the staff Represents the purest of esprit de corps. No other hooters has fried my pickle the way this particular Hooters location has. The overall teamwork and experience was outstanding, which says enough for the managing staff itself! Impressive! I just wish I remembered the closing managers name!
Worst service at hooters I've seen for a long time. Waitress had no idea what beers they had. Took 20+ min to get a pitcher of beer for two adults. Ordered wings. Took another 30 min. Ordered another pitcher only to be cut off by a bearded server(maybe manager). One pitcher between two guys and you cannot get another one! When food finally arrived it was cold. Incomplete order. No napkins. No condiments. No water. Incompetent server and an arrogant, pompous bearded server/manager. Avoid it.
Stopped in for a Sunday night dinner. They there woo ups be a wait for a table or we could sit at bar so we chose bar. Service was good, order came quickly. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with medium sauce but there was absolutely no heat on the sandwich but it still tasted good. Onion rings were good as well. Had a good time dining with friends.

Our server, Chrystal, was arguing with us saying that the wingsday plate only comes with the wings, if we wanted the fries, we'd have to get the all you can eat. After we explained that it comes with 10 wings, fries and dressing for 10.99, but that you can make it all you can eat for 5 bucks more is how it's worded on the menu. She just walked off to go ask managment and came back with some lame excuse, saying that they can adjust the price later on.
Table was never bussed after we finished eating. We had dirty plates in front of us for over an hour. The bleach-blonde creepy manager spent more time trying to get in the waitresses pants than running the restaurant. The manager you guys have at this location is the slimiest person I’ve ever seen at a Hooters. Typically the food is good at Hooters but when you encounter someone like that guy, it makes me question the companies real ethics.
Sadly this location has gone downhill. Tried to place order online for pickup and it forces you into options you just don't want. Ended up calling in the order and they still try to push options at least you can say no to. Even after repeating the order items repeatedly, they still effed it up. The burgers are nothing like they were 6 months or a year ago. Cost savings measures maybe? Wings still very good. Staff always nice and friendly.
I go in there all the time and drink. Like three or four times a week. The GM knows this. He asked me what I wanted to drink and I told him my Uber's about to be here so he kicked me out for not buying anything to drink. I'll never come back to this store and I don't think anybody from Texas de Brazil is going to go back there especially if I'm with them. Way to make one of your regulars wait outside in the cold for literally no reason.
Been going to this establishment for their Amazing Wings for over 20 years now in different states and locations. This location wings sucked in my.opinion! Also had an issue with the order, manager came by and was Really Not friendly. Had to Debate with him regarding the issue, before it was Resolved! He came dressed very casual like he was not working. The whole experience I give a rating of a 1! Not Ever going back to this Location!
I Understand it’s a holiday and they were short staffed but the way the restaurant handled their service tonight was awful. We waited 40 minutes to get our drinks and appetizer. (This was after we had to remind her of our drinks and appetizers), food was taking entirely long so we asked to get it to go. Didn’t get our sides. Food was EXTREMELY cold.

I love going by for the oysters and wings. The service has gone down seriously. Went in after Lunch to avoid the rush but even after the rush the service was still horrible. Bartender would rather sit around and talk to employees and when I would remind her about Items I had already ordered she was bothered by it. They need to retrain and be more hospitable I mean that’s what they are they for.
Love visiting the Hooters downtown location for lunch(average once a week). The longest I've ever had to wait for a table is about 5 minutes that was around 12:00 on a Friday. The setup up the restaurant flows really well. There are TVs everywhere. The staff from servers to cooks and up are all wonderful. If you are a wings fan get the Garlic Habanero dry rub. You will not regret the choice.
Service was very slow when i went and .. i had to wait almost 20 minutes to be greeted and another about 10 mins to be seated .. some frustrated customers stormed out complaining about the service while i was there.. but my waitress .....Bell ....was great .. checked on me often and made sure i had everything i needed. I would recommend her as a server if you visit this place.. Thanks..
Just a great Atmosphere with girls that are so awesome. I got Boneless Wings and Buffalo Chicken Dip. The Boneless Wings could have been warmer, but they seemed fine and eatable. Aspen was such an awesome server to me and had such great personality. I am glad one the girls came up to get a picture with them. I had told each and every one of them that they are very special as always.
This is the nicest (and one of the largest) Hooters I've ever seen. It's really well run with a very good staff. (I'm not just talking about the 'aesthetics', but there's certainly no deficiency there.) What I want to share with you most is the size of the breast on this chicken burger! Woah momma! They've got a whole build-your-own burger system on the menu now, and it's GOOD.
This might be the best Hooters in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The servers are super friendly and beautiful. The food is good. The managers are friendly also. It's worth it even having to pay to park. Let me just say this. I was visiting this area for 3 days and this is the only place I wanted to visit twice. I even traveled all the way from Allen to come here the second time.
Food here has been much better than some of the other local hooters. Service can be a bit slower because they're rarely busy and often have less servers staffed.... best hooters in FW imo. Kelcee is a great server

Fun atmosphere. It has changed a lot over the last fifteen years regarding how the waitresses dress. This location is great. The food is pretty good, which is another thing that is different than it was fifteen years ago. Came here again. Waitress Destiny was not very attentive. It wasn’t even busy. My burger was good, but my curly fries seemed a bit undercooked.
The Host was more interested in have his back turned to the door on his cell phone and when he finally did turn around to acknowledge us, we still had to wait until he was done texting before we could be seated. Finally after waiting 10 minutes for a server just left and went to Buffalo Bros where the food is always good and service is always prompt!!!!
The bartender gave us a dirty shot glass with lipstick on and and it was sticky! When the waitress told the bartender, she shrugged her shoulders and said it’s not a big deal! It is a huge deal! It’s disgusting! How are they going to serve drinks in dirty glasses! Go somewhere else to eat! Thank his place is disgusting

I was so hungry walking downtown and decided to get hooters since it was the closest option. I came in, ordered an appetizer, & it took more than 20 minutes to come out. Whole time the people next to me ordered after me & got their whole entrees faster. Also my server was flirting with a customer while my food probably sat in the back getting cold.
(((No sure what is going on but lately the food quality is going down, maybe the pandemic? As a come back they should be even better and strive on food quality!, but maybe they lost the bearing along the way))) Place was clean, good service. Food was on point, staff made us feel welcomed, there was a couple of hiccups but they were corrected.
our food took 40 mins to come out. When it did it was cold, my son got the wrong wings and they took them back re fried the same hot wings and just added lemon pepper to them. Waitress was very inattentive.. Don’t recommend this location to anyone

We was not greeted once someone did come he said they only have one waitress so we sit at the bar and the girl working at the bar never came around on the side that we sit on never even spoke to us we sit there for 15 minutes and decided to leave felt like racist because we were the only blacks in there.
I had a great late night meal of wings & beer with a good friend. Our server Hannah was outstanding and checked our table frequently. She even taught me a new way to strip the meat from flapper wings. Everything was clean & everyone wore masks it was a great dining experience all around. Thanks Hooters!
Waited 40 min for wings. When I inquired, they suddenly appeared cold. The place was 1/4 occupancy at best for a Friday night. Use to be a great experience. Now it’s Walmart at best.

Ugh I do love this place. Unfortunately this service just isn't even okay. Took the girl at least 20 mins to tell us she will be right with us. She just was talking to her boyfriend. Then we ordered wings. We were missing 4 wings this last time and 8 the time before that. Count your wings
It was clean. One waitress who didn't wait for orders. Food was half the size it used to be. Bentley sauce no longer exists. Over $120 for 3 adults and a child. Nope. The don't know what service means. BTW no alcohol was harmed in the event. Bentley and service is what Hooters was about!
The food was great, the restaurant was clean and inviting. I'm sorry to say but my waitress was rude and ignorant. The bartender and manager were wonderful and made my experience alot better. Thanks you

Absolutely love the sauces and light batter on tenders, the spicy garlic sauce was my favorite - you can tell the grease is so clean! Check out the crab legs on dinner or lunch menu. Cold mugs / frosted to perfection for your beers. Monica should be the GM of this location!
The food was very bland. I've never had a dry Philly cheesesteak sandwich in my life until yesterday. Also the big fish sandwich was also dry snd there was more fish than bread. The staff was unattentive and seemed not to know what their job entails. Never going back!!!!!
staff are nowhere to be found, I had to flag someone down to get a drink and menu after I sat down at the BAR for 5 minutes, I've been sitting here with an iced tea forever now and still waiting on my food, they need to pay more and hire more staff, never coming back
Food was as good as it always is at any hooters I e been to. The server I got was great. The other server though was stuck up and rude to the other server. I could hear her complain about everything when she wasn't at her tables she servers.
Management was not helpful at all, and wait staff acts like they don't want to be there. It starts at the top and if your managers have a foul attitude then it trickles down to the staff. Sad to say but don't waste your time going there.
Brought the team in for dinner and the Manager there Monica made sure everything ran smoothly. Some of the best service I have ever had. Will definitely being going back soon.

I've been here a few times now and this is my favorite Hooters location. It's clean, so many TVs it's almost ridiculous. The staff here is wonderful, they're service top notch and the did was really good. I'll be back for sure!
We always get amazing service from every waitress we encounter at this location. The food always comes out hot and fresh. Plenty of TVs for any game. Wish the patio area was a bit bigger but overall a good hooters location.

The best is now the worst. From fruit flys fighting for your beer to the worst day old fries and way over salted wings . O and the coupons from the calendar won't be honored. used to go all the time . NEVER AGAIN
Probably the best Hooters I’ve ever been to. Also didn’t even know there were Hooters restaurants open anymore.

Kaellie was a terrible waitress. Rude, never smiled, just a sh!ty personality! No issues with the wings just bad service. Forgot to mention that the manager looked drunk or hungover.

Fantastic Hooters location. Very well managed with a great staff. Plenty of TV's for events. There isn't a better place for game day in downtown Fort Worth.
The daytime manager is excellent. The guy was running orders the whole time and sitting people. What a great improvement from 2 months ago.
Bartender was awesome. Brittany S was great. She smiled and gave us great customer service. Would highly recommend this location.
Lots of Tv's! Great sound on the game we want to hear. Great service. Lots of seating around the bar. I will return regularly.
