It is a pea patch garden not a park. No place to picnic. Mostly a walk through. Only one bench. Back yard of a duplex house. Cliff on east side. Too bad grass areas were removed. Good for viewing southward.
Nice public park with an awesome amount of garden beds. It is usually a bit noisy from the traffic on Boren, but offers nice views of Rainier
